The hotel was right next to the train station and the space and cleanliness of the room is very good. The breakfast set provided was also very delicious and there is free coffee 24 hours. Will definitely stay again.

The service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.

Hotel is next to the train and bus station, very clean, warm and quiet.

It was our first time travelling to Tokyo. We were stressed about where to stay. Hotels in downtown were really expensive. We chose to stay here and we loved it as you can get anywhere with the train network in Tokyo. Check-in process was smooth. Receptionst very helpful. Loved the rooms. We got two rooms. A bit small but larger compared to other hotels with more expensive rates. Enjoyed our stay for a week. The JR line is actually just besides the hotel. You can use an app to help you get to where you like in 15 minutes. Alot of restaurants, mcdonalds, lawson, family mart besides the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location. Check in process with machine is not good.

Great hotel, super convenient as it's right next to the metro (15 second walk away). Rooms have been newly renovated and the amenities are great.

The bed is the best part, so comfy and service is on tops. Location is another point, right next to the exit and breakfast is superb

住了幾次了，性價比特別高，JR沿線，去哪都方便。吃飯的店也不少。唯一的是周邊晚上有點亂糟糟，注意點就好。

地點JR隔離，附近有嘢食都方便

交通方便，食市為選擇，24 小時食市及便利店，旺中帶靜，酒店服務員處理事件效果很迅速，整體表現十分滿意

酒店指定停車場在酒店約3分鐘路程，職員服務非常好，房間整潔，酒店附近多餐廳及近JR車站，地點方便，值得推介
