Having travelled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently state that my recent experience was the worst ever. Despite seeing several negative reviews about their service, I thought they were just occasional lapses. However, I soon discovered that the hotel had a persistent service problem. I had a problem with my reservation and spent two days trying to resolve it, but no one cared. To make matters worse, I was charged ten times the amount I had originally paid for the same room (i.e., $300 instead of $30) without any reasonable explanation. When I questioned this, the staff merely shrugged it off, citing fluctuating prices as the reason. The lady in charge of reservations was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the ordeal. In addition to the issues with my reservation and the exorbitant charges, the air conditioner was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, the fridge in my room made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep at 2 am (I recorded a video as proof). Moreover, the noise levels in the dormitory were unacceptable all the night! making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In short, I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look for other options.

L'hotel è situato nel centro della gamma in termini di tariffe e strutture, le camere sono piccole ma ben assemblate. Come persona più piena, deve chiedere una stanza con un bagno amico disabili, perché i bagni in camera sono impossibili da usare, per la mia ansia. L'hotel è convenientemente situato nel centro della città e tutti i ristoranti e le attività sono a pochi passi. E' la mia prima visita e per il prezzo pagato è un valore per la destinazione monetaria.

Venendo in Sudafrica per la prima volta mi confortò di rimanere in un hotel conosciuto. Usavamo la navetta aeroportuale. Un allenatore accompagnò il nostro conducente. C'era una miscela con il numero di persone, quindi non c'era abbastanza spazio nella macchina per tutti. Il treno è rimasto all'aeroporto (che sarà poi preso) mentre il conducente ci ha portati all'hotel. Così sacrificioso e bello! Ci sono state goduto la decorazione dell'hotel e l'atmosfera rilassata che le divano offerte nel ristorante. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite fantastica, e il personale era molto amichevole e disposto a aiutare con qualsiasi cosa.

Le camere sono molto accoglienti, consigliate per i coppie o per i viaggiatori solitari/business. Il bar e il ristorante sono deliziosi e decadenti.La posizione è molto centrale e vicino a tutto, ma riceverebbe un accesso consigliato ai veicoli, poiché non ci sono molte cose a piedi. Ha una grande scena di vita notturna, è popolare tra i club di hip hop e la scena sociale.

Ottimo alloggio, le camere sono le stesse foto, ottimo servizio in camera, eccellente wi-fi, ricevitori efficienti e simpatici. Camere pulite, spaziose, cucina condivisa è grande e ha spazio ben diviso per gli ospiti. La posizione è ok, perché è centrale. Nel contempo è buono, perché ha tutto intorno, la notte diventa un po 'insicura per camminare, soprattutto donne soli, è anche un po 'di distanza dalle spiagge, ma uber/bolt è economico.

La stanza era pulita.Il colazione era sorprendentemente piacevole - non era una grande diffusione, ma serviva l'obiettivo di un caldo colazione prima del nostro volo. L'acqua calda era disponibile nel doccia, che era cruciale per me. Amichevole personale.
