Molto bello hotel con grande design e strutture. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. E 'un nuovo hotel, quindi tutto è nuovo e di alta qualità. Sauna, giornata e massaggio disponibili. Molto ben situato accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, tuttavia è piuttosto un vecchio hotel senza una manutenzione adeguata, sauna e piscina con molte acqua potabile e scarpe, la sauna ha un buon potenziale se ben mantenuta, la camera è molto scuro, avere problemi con la prima stanza a LVL 4 con acqua sporca dal doccia, cambiare a LVL 2

The overall experience at this hotel is just disappointing. Rooms are far from elegant and lack the basics of any 4 stars hotel rooms. No tissue, no water, no slippers, no laundry bags and no iron machine. The bathroom fan can't be controlled and only works every once in a while which is very embarrassing when you are sharing the bathroom with someone else. The glasses in the bathroom were not clean. We cleaned the toilet use ourselves before the 1st use cause it didn't look well cleaned. When requested from the reception they say you'd have to wait until the next morning cause the room keeping department had closed and they fail to send it the other day when asked again. The breakfast area is small and suitable for winter, but not for summer. It is indoor with no air ventilation. If you book here dreaming of having your breakfast outdoors to enjoy the air and the lack I'm sorry to disappoint you, but that won't happen. When we asked to sit outside we were told that it is not allowed although some other people were already there having their breakfast. The service is slow. The waiters are overloaded and can't afford to smile. The food offered in the breakfast buffet is average. There was only 1 kind of cheese the whole time and then a board of assorted cheese appeared on the buffet 30 minutes before closing time. There was no change of cutlery. We had to eat fruits with the same cutlery that we used for eggs. The waiter didn't seem well informed and she wasn't sure about anything. She also barely spoke English. Although everyone in the town did. The experience would have been better if the hotel was cheaper and if it was rated as 3 stars instead of 4. But, it's the high expectations that disappointed us. The hotel could definitely use a lot of reannovation and enhancements.

Abbiamo potuto trascorrere 2 notti nel bellissimo hotel Rainhof Scheune. La posizione è fantastica. In 8 minuti si trova alla stazione di Himmelreich e da lì si dispone di 16 minuti con il treno fino a Freiburg a Breisgau. Abbiamo prenotato una suite e mi sono completamente innamorato della stanza. Siamo arrivati con la nostra cane. Anche i cani sono molto benvenuti. La colazione era molto deliziosa e tutto il personale è estremamente accogliente. Ci piacerebbe tornare.
