Nice for a couple trip. Can call to hotel or WhatsApp to hotel to arrange the van pick up from the metro station.

This a sweet little family run hotel with private hot spring tubs in your rooms should you stay the night. The place may be retro and a blast to the past however it is well maintained, clean and tidy. The free shuttle near to xinbeitou station is a lovely addition for hotel guests however the stroll down to town is relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel receptionist and management is friendly and cheerful which also makes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately there are no beautiful views out the windows and the vegetarian breakfast seem to end well before 10am. The breakfast lady had unapologetically packed up by 9.30am .... but no matter. There is still alot of food in town. Otherwise a wonderful relaxing base for adventures in the vicinity.

Phoenix pavilion hot spring hotel was amazing! Due to big luggages we have, they upgraded our room for free to a larger room, the room has a private onsen room 🤩🤩 Hotel also provides car shuttle services from 10am -10pm that fetch you to Xinbeitou MRT station which is just 1 station away if you would like to head to Beitou which is very convenient, by foot it’s about 10 mins back to the hotel if you’ve surpass the shuttle services. Highly recommended! 酒店房间超美的 ！

Location is uphill, approx 20 mins walk from the nearest mrt station. But dont worry, they offer a free pick up and drop off from and to the nearest mrt. Vegetarian breakfast is included

It is located far from the train station, but the facilities were not bad and they provided free shuttle services. The room size was okay and the bed was big, but one thing I didnt really like is that they had no hot water for their normal bathroom. But overall still not bad for its price

Nice room for family. Private hot spring area. Love it so much. And also a nice driver to pick us up from Beitou station. It's on standby anytime.

Receptionist was kind to upgrade our room. They serve local breakfast. Mainly porridge, soya milk, coffee and tea with toast bread which was acceptable to us. There is a driver to pick us up and drop off from the train station. Was a great experience and values for money.

A great hotel to stayed in. We booked a family room and they gave us a free bed upgrade for our room. We have 2 bathroom with white hotspting water and it is definitely nice to have a soak in it after a whole day adventure in BeiTou district. Shuttle bus is available anytime when we need it to bring us to the nearest MRT station back and forth without having to wait for schedule. Breakfast was simple but good enough with local ********* type of breakfast. It was a good stay here and I would definitely come back again.

Phoenix Pavilion Hotspring Hotel is a very cosy and family oriented hotel. We booked the quad room and we have 2 Queen sized beds and 2 toilets. The hotel staff is very friendly and service oriented. The hotel has van to fetch guests from Mrt Station. The hotel stay is value for money.

Everything was good except that the walls are poorly sound proof.

Enjoyed the in room hot spring very much. The room is also huge. Arranged for in hotel van to/fro hotel daily and they are quite friendly. Regretted not taking hotel breakfast as hearsay it was traditional ********* style breakfast. Need to say hotel doesn't seemed to have lift and my room has few flights of stairs to climb.

What a beautiful old hotel. The welcoming staff were wonderful and the style and quality construction materials were beautiful! I had heard about a hotel where they piped in Hot springs water to a tub in your room and I was enchanted. I hired a driver from the airport for one night layover and I'm so glad I did! After a 14-hour flight this was just what I needed. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you so much!
