Era in un quartiere sicuro di San Francisco. È a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Lombard Street.

Must be one of the safest areas in SF. Did not see or smell a single anomaly. Carpark not suitable for large SUVs, though we managed our Tahoe with literally hairsbreadths to spare, very grateful for the parks. Beds were comfortable. Lacking sound insulation but neighbors were not too bad. Cleaner trying to clean at 9.30am every morning. Has a microwave. I'd say this is an ok 3 star accommodation, or a very comfortable 2 star.

Good location. Free parking. Front desk clerks are helpful.

Toiletries a bit disappointed, bathrooms is a bit tight, beware of the glass doors Rooms clean everyday and spacious Overall have a good stay here 😃

Good location. Great thing to have free parking as well. Bed was a bit lumpy, but no other complaints.

Very clean and spacious! Location down the street from Ghiradelli Square. Would recommend for budget travelers wit a car!

辦理入住手續超級簡便 連護照都沒查，直接報上姓名就全完事了 前台工作人員還拿了一張地圖 跟我們交代了附近吃飯的地，旅遊景點 哪裡不安全，感覺真的有幫助！ 房間條件不錯，對於二星的旅館來説 有微波爐、冰箱和咖啡機 基本上買些冷凍食材就能解決早晚飯了 衞生打掃也很盡責，態度很好 整個酒店都比較乾淨也安靜 停車位不緊張但不好停 進去倒個車都費勁 建議租車選擇小個兒的 大了給自己找麻煩 房間空調很響，晚上一陣一陣轟隆隆的 樓板隔音不夠好，樓上走路都能聽見 其他都很好，前台、服務員都很不錯👍🏻

酒店較小，前台平時沒人、要按玲找人。我是晩上8點多到的，接待室有走幾級樓梯上去。按玲找到一名女工作人員有點不大耐煩。希望次日退房後將行李放到晩上領取，她説必須在下午三點之前領取。她交待幾句後就走人，丟下我去自己摸索如何使用簡式電梯。房間不大，但佈置較好、設備齊全。沒有早餐，有微波爐和冰箱。

服務特別好，前台特別熱情，給我們介紹了酒店周邊的各種景點情況，以及不太安全的區域，都在地圖給我們標記清楚了，房間很大，很乾凈舒適，佈局很合理

酒店位置不錯，衞生也可以，但服務特別差。 我們提前一天得到通知，要求入住必須11點前到店入住，不然需要打電話。我們9點半到機場，考慮還要租車，開車等等，想打個電話先溝通下，結果前台很死板地向我強調必須11點前到，不然是我的原因造成無法入住，他們概不負責！這是我遇到的最霸道的酒店，很讓人生氣。

房間乾淨，地理位置好，去哪都方便。有免費的停車位，我駕駛技術不行，前台幫忙停的車，非常感謝他！
