Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Thoughtful Amenities – But Bathroom Needs Attention We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found many things to love. The location is excellent—just a short walk to metro stations and bus stops, and about 15 minutes on foot to Ximending. It’s close enough to the action but still quiet at night, which was perfect for us. There are also several kid-friendly attractions nearby, which made getting around with our son easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is a great convenience, although it would be even better if it started earlier and ran more frequently. One of the highlights of our stay was the free guided tour—our guide was amazing! She spoke fluent English, was very knowledgeable, and made the experience truly memorable. Another charming feature is the old-school snack corner, which is complimentary for guests. It’s a nostalgic and fun touch. It’s not available 24/7 (unlike another hotel we stayed at in Taiwan), but since it’s part of the restaurant area, it follows their opening hours—which is understandable. The staff deserve special praise—they were consistently helpful, proactive, and kind. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms have recently been renovated and look fresh and modern. I particularly appreciated the switch from carpeted to hard floors—it feels much cleaner and more hygienic. The room itself is spacious, with ample closet space, and the layout is thoughtful, especially for families. However, the bathroom design could use some improvement. While I liked the concept of having a bathtub in the shower area—great for kids to enjoy a bath without splashing everywhere—the tub design wasn't very family-friendly. It's a Japanese-style, tiled tub with sharp edges, and I got scratched multiple times. It doesn’t feel safe for young children. The wooden rack and bucket also had visible mold, and mold was beginning to appear around the tub edges as well. This was disappointing, especially since my son has sensitive skin and developed a rash after using the tub. Despite the bathroom concerns, we still had a great overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, thoughtful services, and family-friendly features—just be cautious about the tub if you're traveling with young children or anyone with sensitive skin.

Super convenient for Taipei Central Station and the MRT to the airport, with it's own entrance way to the subway system 50 metres from the front door of the hotel. Its also well located for good shopping, and the Peace Park and the Taipei Museum. Classic old fashioned service awaits here, with friendly staff who speak good English and well furnished rooms with superior bathrooms. I got an upgrade to a room with a window which was a bonus, even though I was in and out of the hotel mainly after dark so didn't get to appreciate it. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good and strong. There's an in room fridge and coffee maker too, and lots of nice touches all round. Buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor was very good and plentiful, and check in/out was smooth and easy. The bedside light and alarm controls were a bit confusing, but I figured them out in the end. The only annoyance was the silly AI or Alexa box on the bedside table that kept talking to me at random times but didn't respond to any voice commands, so a bit useless. Overall, a great stay and I will return here again next time I visit Taipei.

La posizione di questo hotel è molto comoda, è a 2 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Mi è piaciuto prendere delle caramelle 🍬 nella hall tutti i giorni. La colazione a buffet non è molto varia ed è abbastanza buona per ciò di cui hai bisogno.

Sì, le camere sono un po' piccole, ma abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno confortevole! La nostra famiglia ha adorato Bee House perché ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Letti solidi e comodi, servizi completi in camera (anche se non c'è lozione in camera), deliziosa colazione gratuita, snack dolci gratuiti che potevamo portare in camera, simulatore di corse al 7/f, posizione strategica (è così vicino alla stazione centrale di Taipei) e, soprattutto, la reception e il personale dell'hotel più meravigliosi (di lingua inglese) che farebbero il possibile per aiutare i propri ospiti. Se mai dovessimo visitare di nuovo Taipei, saremo le api che torneranno al suo alveare.
