Ero in un accordo di 18 ore e era una buona permanenza. Il mio pick-up aeroportuale era in tempo e non si importavano che il mio volo fosse tardi. La macchina aveva WiFi e era un viaggio semplice. Il check-in era semplice e il ricevitore parlava inglese. Ho avuto alcune domande che erano tutte risposte sufficienti. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'hotel era vicino al 101 edificio che era una bella vista. C'era anche un centro commerciale a meno di 10 minuti di distanza. Mi fermerò di nuovo.

Hotel is located in the glamorous district of Xinyi. It’s in walking distance to fancy malls and 101 building. From the pictures of the rooms, you can see the hotel has moderately aged but still decently maintained. It’s functional and bright but does not fully adhere to the chic Le Meridien vibe. I wish the management can redesign the hotel to suit it more to the brand during next revamps. My SNA got approved to the junior suite and thank you to the team for assigning a corner suite for my stay. It is the same size as the regular suite but closer to look at the 101 building. However it may have some noise from the bar right outside and some events down on the street. Luckily it only lasted until before 11pm which is totally reasonable. The bathroom however, is gigantic. It’s nearly too big that wasted some space. I do not like the breakfast option in this hotel as it does not taste good. The options are not that much and most are really mediocre. I hope they can improve their F&B if I visit next time. The lounge is also very small. It’s easily full and the bar /snack area is tiny, same as the Renaissance. The lackluster food and self served cocktails are a let down for the premium price tag, pricing at almost the same as the W nearby. The pool is big and good for lap swims. However, I believe there are many locals joining the health club in the hotel which makes the already tiny hot bath area cramped and wet towels everywhere. People are also taking so loudly which kills the vibe. I immediately walked out as it is not relaxing at all. All in all despite the letdowns, I still think it is worth a visit due to its location, functional rooms and friendly service.

It's a great hotel with great facility and great location. It has great and instaworthy design.n Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down. The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get. Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price) The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair treatment. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me). So my insight from this trip is: 1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room 2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

CHECKinn's location is its crowning glory. Just a short walk from the Taipei International Convention Center, it was incredibly convenient for attending my conference. This proximity saved me valuable time and the hassle of navigating through traffic. Additionally, being in the heart of the Xinyi district, I was close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore Taipei during my downtime. It's a stone's throw away from some of Taipei's most iconic attractions, like Taipei 101 and the vibrant night markets. The proximity to the MRT station made navigating the city a breeze. The staff at CHECKinn were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpful recommendations for local dining and sightseeing, they truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ comfort stood out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay, which was particularly reassuring in these times. While the hotel excels in style, the amenities are somewhat basic. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the lounge area was cozy and welcoming. However, I missed having a fitness center or a pool, which could be a downside for some travelers. In terms of value, CHECKinn is a clear winner. It was the most affordable option near the Taipei International Convention Center, without compromising on quality or comfort. For budget-conscious business travelers, it’s a perfect choice.

La camera dell'hotel era bella con tutte le necessità, ma consiglierei all'hotel di investire in un pulitore d'aria per la stanza senza finestre.. La qualità dell'aria all'interno della stanza non era buona in alcun modo e libera un odore di meraviglia. (Ho sniffato troppo all'interno della stanza, sono molto sensibile con polvere) Ma la posizione dell'hotel è sorprendente con molti ristoranti vicino... ed è molto conveniente!

L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio va bene, quello che mi piace è il tipo di camera! ! Lo spazio è molto spazioso, il letto è molto grande e la posizione è molto vicina alla stazione MRT. *Se vuoi chiamare un taxi, devi ricordare all'autista di girare sul retro del Mingyao Department Store. In caso contrario, il conducente si fermerà spesso nel posto sbagliato. Nonostante sia una stanza con una finestra, le finestre non si possono aprire troppo perché il pavimento è troppo alto (molto sicuro) ma la porta sarà un po' soffocante quando si entra, basta accendere il condizionatore! C'è anche una TV da guardare nella vasca da bagno (̀⌄ ́) *Lo svantaggio è che l'isolamento acustico è troppo scarso, altrimenti va tutto bene.

Mi piace la zona circostante, soprattutto il sito di Taipei 101, che è quasi Infront dell'hotel. I servizi sono i migliori e sono tutti accessibili e disposti ad aiutare ciò che avete mai bisogno.. La stanza era pulita e accogliente e la doccia era grande. Il letto è confortevole e pulito. Sicuramente consiglio l'Hotel Sparkle a tutti, soprattutto per la prossima stagione di vacanza per voi di godere anche. Buon lavoro e più potere! ♥️🥰

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. The hotel might not new but still nice and clean and i love the design of it. Its quite vintage location was perfect 2 mints walk in mrt Station below is bus stop 10 to 15 mint's away from taipei 101 world trade center its nice to be near in mrt Station as it is very accessible we took train going to the airport and its just took as in total of an hour plus including the interchange as we payed for the taxi from airport to our hotel quite pricy so we decide to take a train to the airport actually its quite easy for all the staff that we've ask for directions is very accommodating. Took train going to the zoo and cable car it was fun. And we are thankful to the hotel staff they might not can't speak and understands English that much but they try their best. They are totally amazing. To the housekeeper who always clean our room even we don't need too provide us a clean towels daily. Our room is just nice room is so much worth it how much we payed for it. There's breakfast provided but felt sorry not to have it as its not halal but we are still greatful and appreciate it. Really recommend this place but if ur looking for a high end hotel like a five star for sure you will complain but for us it's totally good.

La prima volta che ho soggiornato a Tianhao House, il design della decorazione del bagno è buono, ci sono bagno turco, colonna d'acqua termale e jacuzzi, ma l'umidità nella stanza è troppo pesante ed è un po' ammuffita e scomoda. La condizione del contatore di notifica per il deumidificatore è stata migliorata e anche il contatore di consegna ha aiutato a consegnare la stanza alla stanza. Il servizio è molto buono. Questo prezzo è un buon valore per vivere nel distretto di Xinyi!

La posizione è molto conveniente. È a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT Taipei 101 e proprio sotto l'hotel è un negozio di comodità 7/11 con una catena di cibo rapido MOS hamburger. L'edificio sembra vecchio, ma l'interno e le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate. Il mio unico problema era il piombo nel bagno. Esso rilascia un odore cattivo in certi momenti, ma diversamente che la stanza è veramente pulita

La pulizia dell'hotel è semplicemente buona, ma alcuni dei trucchetti mostrano tinni e mi fanno sentire piccante, forse perché abbiamo pelli sensibili e eczema, ma è ancora una cosa da sottolineare. L'hotel è buono e è una stanza spaziosa. Il buon colazione è semplicemente ok, ma sarà stanco se dovete mangiare per una settimana o così. In generale è OK.

The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio va bene, quello che mi piace è il tipo di camera! ! Lo spazio è molto spazioso, il letto è molto grande e la posizione è molto vicina alla stazione MRT. *Se vuoi chiamare un taxi, devi ricordare all'autista di girare sul retro del Mingyao Department Store. In caso contrario, il conducente si fermerà spesso nel posto sbagliato. Nonostante sia una stanza con una finestra, le finestre non si possono aprire troppo perché il pavimento è troppo alto (molto sicuro) ma la porta sarà un po' soffocante quando si entra, basta accendere il condizionatore! C'è anche una TV da guardare nella vasca da bagno (̀⌄ ́) *Lo svantaggio è che l'isolamento acustico è troppo scarso, altrimenti va tutto bene.

Mi piace la zona circostante, soprattutto il sito di Taipei 101, che è quasi Infront dell'hotel. I servizi sono i migliori e sono tutti accessibili e disposti ad aiutare ciò che avete mai bisogno.. La stanza era pulita e accogliente e la doccia era grande. Il letto è confortevole e pulito. Sicuramente consiglio l'Hotel Sparkle a tutti, soprattutto per la prossima stagione di vacanza per voi di godere anche. Buon lavoro e più potere! ♥️🥰
