Hotel con colazione a Taipei

We enjoyed our stay at Doubletree Zhongshan. Location is super convenient. The MTR station is a 5 minute walk and there’s a lot of nice restaurants and shops within a 15-20 minute walking radius. There’s also a park and a fruit stand.

La posizione è molto vicina alla metropolitana, quindi la comodità è eccellente. La camera è molto più spaziosa dell'Hotel Humble nella zona di Xinyi con un prezzo molto più economico. La palestra è anche migliore, e ha una piccola piscina (non ho provato questa volta), ma ho una piccola suggerimento per la palestra di prolungare l'ora di funzionamento (24 ore sarebbe buono come Humble Hotel). Il servizio è molto amichevole, perché si ricordano i miei dettagli di prenotazione prima che il check-in fosse molto semplice. La camera dispone di bagno, doccia, un bagno di stile giapponese separato. Un'altra cosa che mi piace è come trattano l'acqua, ogni stanza ha una bottiglia di vetro per ottenere il brio o ancora l'acqua dalla macchina dell'acqua nello stesso piano, oltre a essere amichevole all'ambiente, Permette inoltre agli ospiti di prendere la quantità appropriata di acqua da soli senza chiedere bottiglia aggiuntive dall'hotel. Tornerò la prossima volta. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Hotel Gracery Taipei! L'ambiente è bello e confortevole. È comodissimo: a soli 3 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della stazione ferroviaria. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di acqua minerale gratuita su ogni piano e il design della camera è davvero curato nei minimi dettagli: c'è un WC separato con sedile intelligente, una vasca da bagno separata e persino un'area dedicata per lavarsi le mani. Il letto è molto comodo e il personale dell'hotel è estremamente gentile e disponibile. C'è anche una lavanderia all'interno dell'hotel, quindi non ho avuto bisogno di uscire per cercare una lavanderia a gettoni. Inoltre, ci sono un 7-Eleven e un FamilyMart proprio fuori dall'hotel: comodissimo! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Taipei! 🌟

Excellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Ho dimenticato di fare una foto della nostra camera, ma è al secondo piano e non ha finestre. All'inizio mi sono preoccupato per via di alcune recensioni sull'odore, ma non c'è nessun problema: il letto è pulito, niente odore di sigaretta, il bagno è buono, la doccia calda è aperta 24 ore su 24, asciugacapelli e bollitore elettrico in camera. Se siete al secondo piano, potete riempire la vostra bottiglia d'acqua vicino al bancone. La lounge al sesto piano (tecnicamente il quinto) è ok, c'è la lavatrice, il bagno con doccia, l'asciugacapelli, il ferro da stiro e un bancone self-service per il cibo. Ho persino conosciuto un nuovo amico nella lounge. Anche la colazione gratuita (al sesto piano) è abbastanza buona. È abbondante, ma spero che aggiungano varietà o almeno la cambino ogni due o tre giorni. Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni e 5 notti. Potete anche lasciare i bagagli se arrivate prima dell'orario di check-in. È vicino all'uscita della stazione. Il personale parla anche inglese e giapponese. Mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Myself and my friends stayed at Papa Whale Hotel for the 2nd time, and we had another great experience overall! *What we loved: 1. Room: The room was awesome – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. 2. Room Service: Almost perfect! The staff were quick and attentive. 3. Breakfast: Fantastic! Myself and friends really enjoyed the variety. Would love to see a few more options next time, like fried chicken, French fries and more. 4. Location: Location is convenient and perfectly fine. It’s a bit of a walk from Ximen MRT Station, but nothing major. Small note: On one day the staff forgot to replace our towels, but it was a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay. Overall: A perfectly nice stay. We’ll definitely consider coming back again. Thanks to the team for making our trip comfortable.

Inizialmente ci hanno dato una camera al terzo piano, cosa che non ci piaceva per via del design. Il pavimento è troppo colorato. Abbiamo chiesto al personale di trasferirci nella camera standard, dato che era quella che avevamo prenotato. E ha accettato la nostra richiesta. La colazione è sempre buona. Anche l'illuminazione della camera è buona per scattare foto. Molto sicuro e vicinissimo al 7/11 al piano di sotto.

La posizione era ottima e le strutture e i servizi non erano male, ma dato che si trova nella zona di un business hotel, potrebbe sembrare un po' angusto per venire con i genitori! La colazione può essere consumata in vari modi e in un locale spazioso, ma era affollato perché c'erano tanti ospiti! È stato il mio primo viaggio a Taiwan e ci sono stato molto comodamente perché era proprio di fronte all'uscita 5 della stazione di Ximen. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto anche solo della posizione, quindi lo consiglio!

E'molto lontano dalla stazione di Taipei, ma cammina circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione più vicina.Poiché non è una città, è facile indicare Uber alla porta dell'hotel.Ho scelto questo hotel perché ci sono molti mercati notturni vicino. La stanza è molto piccola, ma sto solo dormindo, quindi il personale della reception sarà molto amichevole.Se lo scopo, la portata d'azione e così via corrispondono, si può raccomandare.
