"L'esperienza complessiva dell'alloggio è stata fantastica. Ho chiamato la sera prima per chiedere informazioni sui problemi relativi alla camera molto tardi. Il mio bagaglio era già stato sistemato nella stanza. Se alla camera fronte 101 aggiungete una camera, la vista è davvero impareggiabile: è diversa di giorno e di notte. Anche la posizione è molto comoda. Non sono riuscito a prendere un'auto sabato sera il primo giorno. Ho chiesto loro di prenotare un'auto in anticipo lunedì mattina e ho preso un'auto che mi portasse all'aeroporto senza problemi. Non ci sono molte opzioni per la colazione, ma è tutto delizioso. Devi assolutamente fare una nuotata in piscina, è una bellissima esperienza. La qualità complessiva dell'alloggio è molto buona. Ci tornerò la prossima volta."

The hotel is located in the Beitou area, and is designed in the spirit of the Lanting preface, "The Flow of Water", with "Taisho Romance" as the main axis. The hotel is equipped with a white sulfur hot spring suite, a Nikkei hot spring bath, a wine cafe "Musk" and a "Traveler's Study" focusing on food, travel and video.
"E'un hotel che tornerò quando visiterò Taiwan per un viaggio di famiglia.
Mi dispiace di non poter passare più tempo all'hotel.
Camera : Spazioso, molto vintage decorazione che mi piace molto.
Servizio : Amichevole personale, penso che la famiglia gestisca questo hotel.Mi dà la vibrazione di un hotel tradizionale giapponese quando ho viaggiato in Giappone.
Inoltre, questo è il motivo principale per cui prenoto questo hotel : viene con la primavera privata calda nella stanza!!
Ma una cosa da notare, non c'è ascensore all'hotel, quindi andare a piedi con il bagaglio, ma non mi dispiace molto."

CChinaJungMi piace venire lì quando sono a Taipei. E 'un buon hotel e generose camere di dimensioni. Devo anche ringraziarvi per il grande check-in. Sono arrivato un po' presto e potevo controllare prima per rendere fresco (infelizmente ho dimenticato il nome delle signore). Il servizio di camera giapponese è stato anche consegnato con delicatezza e rapidità. So che in questo momento tutto è necessario sostenibile, ma sarebbe più conveniente se ci fosse un kit di rasoio e un tovagliolo nella stanza o il desk front chiedesse il check-in, se necessario.

XXander WangSi trova convenientemente in un quartiere più commerciale di Taipei, e proprio vicino all'uscita 1 della MRT. È a soli 2 fermi dalla stazione Zhongshan e conveniente sulla linea verde per l'accesso al mercato Raohe Night.
L'hotel stesso è molto pulito, bel design e grande bagno caldo/bagno freddo nelle camere di cambiamento. La piscina è piccola, ma perché è su un primo sistema di prenotazione, non è troppo piena. Amichevole guardia di vita. Il personale è efficiente e molto cortese.

UUtente ospiteTerribly convenient to everywhere with connection to 捷運、臺鐵 & 高鐵 station. There’s also a direct bus from/to Taoyuan international airport which takes ~80 minutes.
Eating / shopping is also convenient as it’s linked to shopping malls.
Room is spacious & clean, only drawback is no supply of toothbrush & toothpaste. Service is good. When checkin, staff asked if we brought toothbrush & toothpaste so that it wouldn’t be a surprise to us.
6 bottles of water are provided everyday which is great. However, free bar only has 1 coke, 1 sprite & 1 apple juice and no refills in our 4 nights’ stay.

CCHELBESono estremamente soddisfatto della mia esperienza complessiva all'Hotel Royal Beitou. La posizione dell'hotel è splendida, convenientemente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e diverse attrazioni turistiche, rendendolo una scelta ideale per i viaggiatori. Il prezzo è anche molto ragionevole, offrendo un grande valore per la qualità del servizio e delle attrezzature fornite.
La stanza era senza spazi e ben mantenuta, dotata di una vasta gamma di strutture e di servizi che soddisfavano tutte le mie esigenze. Apprezzo anche le sofisticate aggiustamenti come candele spezzate, un sistema audio, un deumidificatore, un snack e bevande uniche. L'unica questione minore è che la connessione Internet della TV era sbagliata, che mi ha impedito di guardare qualsiasi programma.
Il servizio offerto dal personale dell'hotel è stato eccezionale, amichevole, professionale e attento, assicurando che ogni aspetto della mia permanenza fosse confortevole e piacevole. Dopo l'ispezione, hanno preso il tempo di introdurre in dettaglio tutte le strutture della stanza, che è stato molto utile.
Il colazione offerto dall'hotel è stato delizioso, con una vasta gamma di opzioni da scegliere, la catering a diversi gusti e preferenze.

JJC 8 8La camera è più piccola del previsto. Eravamo con un bambino. Ci sono sorgenti termali separate per uomini e donne, e ai bambini non è consentito l'accesso. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare la vasca da bagno privata con acqua termale in camera, ma non è molto grande.
Il servizio dell'hotel è eccellente. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Il personale è cordiale. Anche uno dei camerieri del ristorante che ci ha servito al tavolo è stato molto gentile.

UUtente ospite1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

CChok KYI had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. The location is unbeatable—right next to Taipei 101 and in the heart of the Xinyi district, making it so convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.
From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. My room was spacious, very clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view of Taipei 101. Housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay.
Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, both Western and Asian, and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool, which were well maintained.
Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Taipei for anyone visiting the city. It truly delivers a luxury experience with comfort, excellent service, and perfect location. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.

JJay626A stunning view greeted us when we first checked into our room. We didn't expect to see a great view of the Taipei 101 given the hotel's location. A perfect place to watch countdown fireworks. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. You can see the small details and effort in maintaining the room. Welcome snacks were delicious. Special mention to the popcorn which was so good. Good location with walking distance to nearby hypermarket and 西门町. Well connected to nearby mrt and bus stations. Definitely living up to its high scoring.

AAllie LoweSia l'onsen privato che quello pubblico sono molto belli! Mi sono sentito rilassato dopo averli usati.
Ho provato la cena (à la carte) al ristorante 2/f. Si nota che il loro chef è molto professionale e persino la zuppa di vongole, le verdure fritte e il panino con avocado e bardana erano davvero buoni.
La colazione è così così. Troppi carboidrati e dolci (e poche proteine tra cui scegliere). Inoltre, le patate dolci e le verdure al vapore sono fredde e alcune hanno un sapore aspro, quindi presumo che non siano fresche o troppo cotte.
Ma nel complesso l'esperienza è molto positiva e troverò il tempo di tornarci.
