DDanielledaneIl servizio era di prima qualità! Tutti i membri del personale o del personale di questo hotel erano molto accoglienti e amichevoli. Le strutture erano più di quanto ci servivamo. E siamo stati aggiornati in una favolosa stanza e la vista era bella. L'interno della stanza è il mio preferito. Mi piaceva il mio tempo qui in W. La piscina, anche se era un po' fredda per me. Probabilmente non usano molto il riscaldamento della piscina, ma mi piaceva più nella loro sauna, giacche e stanza a vapore.

The gym and pool was very well equipped. All amenities were well thought out. Service staff was top notch too. Thank you for a great stay, we know we will be coming back soon.

UUtente ospiteTutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per me, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla biblioteca di Beitou, dal museo delle terme di Beitou e dal parco. Dato che l'hotel si trova in cima a una collina, di notte è molto tranquillo ed è perfetto per una passeggiata nel quartiere silenzioso. Tuttavia, proprio per questo motivo, portare i bagagli su da soli potrebbe essere un po' faticoso. Consiglio di utilizzare il servizio di consegna bagagli presso la vicina stazione della metropolitana!

WW$C$SMolto comodo, e buona disposizione della stanza con attrezzatura. Rimasi 9 giorni e chiese un paio di tazze e piatti. Ci vuole circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metro più vicina di Nangang Esposizione. 7 minuti dalla mia sala esposizione e Lalaport (spot). Tuttavia, l'hotel fornisce un autobus di shuttle per Nangang High Speed Station. Il secondo piano, può andare a un edificio abituale di famiglia Mart via ponte celeste, apre 7am-7pm. Ci sono depositi NT$2000 per soggiorno giornaliero e restituirà 2 settimane dopo il check-out.

The bathroom was well-designed, featuring modern fixtures and good water pressure, which made the stay feel very comfortable. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and the lobby area was welcoming with plenty of seating The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.

TTravelBeautyBugAbbiamo soggiornato al Regent per il nostro ventesimo anniversario. La camera era pulitissima, la temperatura perfetta e ci hanno offerto uno spuntino di benvenuto. Purtroppo non c'era un benvenuto personalizzato, ma la camera era fantastica. Non offrono più prodotti da bagno monouso come spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, cotone, pettini, spazzola per capelli ecc., è necessario portare i propri. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare il Tai Pan Lounge. È aperto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 per tè e caffè, ma offre snack durante la colazione, il pranzo e la cena per un periodo specifico. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la spa. Non hanno bagni comuni, solo in camera, quindi il tempo a disposizione è limitato a seconda del trattamento prenotato. Hanno un centro fitness e benessere nella zona B3, dove è possibile usufruire di tali servizi a proprio piacimento. Abbiamo cenato per il nostro anniversario al Robins Grill ed è stato perfetto. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, il cibo squisito e l'atmosfera era davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente al Robins Grill, era la seconda volta che ci andavamo! Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno è stato splendido e non volevamo più andarcene.

UUtente ospite1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention.

JJay626A stunning view greeted us when we first checked into our room. We didn't expect to see a great view of the Taipei 101 given the hotel's location. A perfect place to watch countdown fireworks. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. You can see the small details and effort in maintaining the room. Welcome snacks were delicious. Special mention to the popcorn which was so good. Good location with walking distance to nearby hypermarket and 西门町. Well connected to nearby mrt and bus stations. Definitely living up to its high scoring.

CChok KYI had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Taipei. The location is unbeatable—right next to Taipei 101 and in the heart of the Xinyi district, making it so convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff always greeted me with a smile. My room was spacious, very clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a great view of Taipei 101. Housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay. Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, both Western and Asian, and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool, which were well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Taipei for anyone visiting the city. It truly delivers a luxury experience with comfort, excellent service, and perfect location. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.
