Hotel con spa a Taipei

L'hotel è stato prenotato come abbiamo fatto a Taipei per concerti, e la posizione è stata molto conveniente. È circa un 10–15 minuti a piedi a Taipei Dome, che ha reso facile prendere un bel, divertimento passeggiato indietro dopo il concerto invece di sfregare sul metro ricco con tutti gli altri. Il metro più vicino è la stazione City Hall (Esit 3), a circa 5-minute passeggiata dall'hotel. Ci sono molti negozi intorno alla zona, e durante le ore di funzionamento del negozio, si può anche camminare all'hotel attraverso cammini protette, che è stato davvero conveniente. L'hotel offre 4 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno, e si può chiedere di più se necessario. A causa delle norme ambientali di Taiwan, la spazzola e la pasta dentale non sono fornite, ma si può acquistare un kit dentale sul desktop frontale per NT$50. L'hotel utilizza Arotherapy Associates toilette (shampoo, condizionatore, lavatrice e lozione corporea) e tutti hanno un odore sorprendente! L'hotel accetta anche le parcelle per voi e le consegna alla vostra stanza, che è stato un toccamento molto pensante e apprezzato.

Il miglior hotel del mio viaggio a Taipei, davvero degno del suo status di progetto di punta di Regent e di classico hotel *********. Il servizio executive è stato professionale e attento, e anche il cibo nell'executive lounge era eccellente. Mentre l'esterno dell'hotel mostra segni di invecchiamento, gli interni incarnano perfettamente gli standard di un hotel di lusso. Anche la superba esperienza culinaria e l'esclusivo modello di business della boutique lounge mi hanno lasciato un'impressione molto profonda.

Simply stunning, the hotel from the outside to the inside was flawless. They had upgraded us to the deluxe skyline room with a Taipei 101 view due to us celebrating a special occasion and had provided very special amenities. This service was flawless and the check-in and checkout process was so seamless. Breakfast is largely à la carte with a small buffet selection and very high-quality dishes. There is also a living room which is open to all in house guests which has various snacks and activities. Capella is a luxury brand that not only offers luxury service but also allows you to indulge in the local culture There was not a single thing that I would fault from this hotel.

We love the location of JR Metropolitan hotel. It is in a quiet business district very close to two lines on the MRT. There is a small non-touristy night market 5mins away on foot. A great breakfast place also 5mins away on foot. The facilities (hot /cold tub) are great. The room is very comfortable and clean. The service is also very good. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Taipei Marriott Hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were professional, polite, and generally helpful whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant space to relax. In terms of dining, however, I found that the on-site restaurant options were somewhat limited, especially for longer stays. It would be great to have a wider variety of choices for both local and international cuisine. The hotel’s location is decent, with access to transportation that is acceptable but not exceptionally convenient. It may take a bit of time to reach the main tourist spots or central areas. Facilities such as the lobby and common areas are modern and well-presented. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 stars and consider staying again, but mainly if I do not rely too much on in-hotel dining.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. La posizione era a 3 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria, da cui si può raggiungere la maggior parte delle destinazioni, e nei dintorni c'erano molti negozi, ristoranti e un mercato. Il famoso mercato notturno di cibo era raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. L'hotel disponeva anche di un motel annesso e noi abbiamo soggiornato in quest'ultimo, che aveva un parcheggio privato. La camera era molto spaziosa e il bagno enorme, con vasca idromassaggio, doccia a vapore e divano. La camera era un po' buia, ma venivano fornite bottiglie d'acqua gratuite. La colazione non era eccezionale, ma accettabile se inclusa nel prezzo. L'insonorizzazione era buona, non abbiamo mai sentito nessuno e c'era un grande locale karaoke proprio accanto. La camera avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, dato che si vede che è un po' usurata e l'unica luce proviene dal bagno, ma essendo di fronte a un edificio residenziale non si possono tenere le tende aperte se non si è vestiti. Non c'è una porta per il bagno, solo una tenda, cosa che ho trovato un po' strana. Il personale era gentile e il check-in e il check-out sono andati bene. Consiglierei questo posto e ci tornerei per il grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio!
