La posizione è buona. Pochi minuti a piedi al metro più vicino. Molto vicino al supermercato Carrefour per rifornire forniture. 15 minuti a piedi al tempio di Lungshan e al mercato notturno addiacente.

(Soggiorno di una notte.) Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile! Anche se siamo arrivati ​​molto prima dell'orario del check-in, ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli nella hall dell'hotel proprio accanto alla reception mentre andavamo a fare una passeggiata. La camera era come pubblicizzata, piccola ma pulita e confortevole. Se posso dare un suggerimento, sarebbe quello di fornire più grucce e di mettere dei ganci a muro nella doccia e nella zona del lavandino per gli asciugamani. Ci sono un paio di ganci nella zona della camera da letto, ma non è un posto pratico dove tenere gli asciugamani. Inoltre il materasso era un po' troppo morbido per me, ma so che ognuno ha la propria preferenza. Il check-out è andato liscio, abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata di promemoria intorno alle 10:45 e il personale della reception ha chiamato un taxi per noi. Nel complesso, sono abbastanza soddisfatto!

Purposely choose to stay with M.O. check-in process was smooth with special house tea and cold towels. The room was big and elegant setting. Toiletries were sufficient, however, with a strong sustainable mission. This MO still uses toothpaste instead of other MO toothpaste paper. I found their bath towels were rather old, which I don't expect from this level of Hotel. Most of the hotels have water kettle but not here. They offered a Japanese hot water machine which made me think of 30 years ago. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. I have the same similar level of hotel , they have a person to guide you to your room but not here.

五一去台灣，入住了兩晚台北新開的嘉佩樂酒店，和大家分享一下入住感受。 酒店的硬件環境堪稱一流，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到嘉佩樂一貫的高端審美與品質標準。14層的接待大廳大氣又不失格調，其中的living room兼具check in和lounge功能，無論是辦理入住手續，還是會客、休憩都十分體面，氛圍感拉滿，細節之處盡顯奢華。早餐很棒，配得上奢華酒店的標準，終於在東京Park Hyatt 後看到有酒店早餐水果配藍莓草莓，直接加分，嘉佩樂早餐有含香檳，一大早就是香檳生蠔，我覺得有點暈～台灣當地特色早餐包括蛋餅牛肉麪粥都有，冰拿鐵意外好喝，台灣做飲料真的是絕！ 然而，這次入住體驗在軟件服務方面卻不盡人意，可能是因為新開，客房服務響應速度極慢，急需物品時往往要等待許久，影響入住心情。因為政府規定，房內不配備任何一次性洗漱用品，雖然可以理解，但總有點拿政策搪塞服務的感覺，變成實際入住時需要個浴帽需要個牙膏都要一次次電話……服務響應又慢，這與嘉佩樂的高端定位有些不符。 最讓我不滿且擔憂的是游泳池的問題，酒店衹有一個室外游泳池在14樓，我先生在上午8:30去游完後回到房間身體嚴重不適，心跳飆升至160，一整天都沒緩過來。原因是泳池水温過高，已經超過人體正常體温37度，這不是在游泳是在泡温泉啦，可游泳池居然沒有救生員，存在極大的安全隱患。和老外經理溝通無果，衹會一個勁説：“謝謝你們的建議，給我們提供了寶貴的意見～我們的救生員8:30才開始上班。”難道不該游泳池開放的時候都必須有救生員才是嗎？ 泳池旁也沒有顯示水温、水的酸鹼性以及當日水監測報告等關鍵訊息，客人無法瞭解泳池水質及水温情況，難以安心使用。 總的來説，台北嘉佩樂酒店硬件環境確實出色，但軟件服務的諸多問題影響了整體入住體驗。

Il mio bagaglio era già stato sistemato nella stanza. Se alla camera fronte 101 aggiungete una camera, la vista è davvero impareggiabile: è diversa di giorno e di notte. Anche la posizione è molto comoda. Non sono riuscito a prendere un'auto sabato sera il primo giorno. Ho chiesto loro di prenotare un'auto in anticipo lunedì mattina e ho preso un'auto che mi portasse all'aeroporto senza problemi. Non ci sono molte opzioni per la colazione, ma è tutto delizioso. Devi assolutamente fare una nuotata in piscina, è una bellissima esperienza. La qualità complessiva dell'alloggio è molto buona. Ci tornerò la prossima volta.

Ho avuto la camera accessibile per una notte. Non posso lamentarmi del soggiorno. La camera era di buone dimensioni e il personale era cordiale. La posizione non era delle più comode, ma l'hotel ha un bel divano a 7 posti come navetta per la metropolitana durante il giorno. I comfort in camera potrebbero richiedere un upgrade, poiché gli interruttori e il sistema non sono ancora del tutto a posto. La piscina e la palestra erano buone. Altrimenti, ci tornerei se rientra nel budget.
