Hotel con spa a Taipei

Durante il mio lungo soggiorno ho prenotato un'altra tipologia di camera, ma non sono riuscito a trovarne una disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno, quindi ho dovuto cambiare stanza a metà. Nel complesso, il soggiorno in hotel è stato un'esperienza piacevole e tutto il personale è stato gentile e paziente. Sono rimasto bloccato in hotel per due giorni durante il periodo del tifone, ma il servizio in camera era comunque disponibile. Il piatto di pollo fritto salato che abbiamo ordinato al ristorante era sorprendentemente delizioso! Il ristorante ci ha anche aiutato a riscaldare gli onigiri che avevamo comprato al 7-Eleven, un gesto molto apprezzato.

Simply stunning, the hotel from the outside to the inside was flawless. They had upgraded us to the deluxe skyline room with a Taipei 101 view due to us celebrating a special occasion and had provided very special amenities. This service was flawless and the check-in and checkout process was so seamless. Breakfast is largely à la carte with a small buffet selection and very high-quality dishes. There is also a living room which is open to all in house guests which has various snacks and activities. Capella is a luxury brand that not only offers luxury service but also allows you to indulge in the local culture There was not a single thing that I would fault from this hotel.

Il nostro soggiorno è solo ok. non così grande come previsto. è arrivato prima del 1 maggio vacanza così ci si aspettava di lasciare l'hotel a 12pm.

È stato un soggiorno molto bello a Shangri La , il personale è molto attento e amichevole , la posizione è molto conveniente , le strutture molto belle , in generale tutto molto buono

Un posto estremamente piacevole dove soggiornare, il personale è stato disponibile, la camera era pulita, la vasca da bagno con acqua di sorgente era meravigliosa. Ci torno ogni volta che torno a Taiwan.

In generale, ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel JR. L'hotel dispone di un grande e grande hardware con un design elegante ed elegante. Le camere sono molto spaziose e la mattina è estremamente comoda, offrendo un'ottima esperienza di riposo. La squadra di front desk offre una vivace e consapevole ospitalità di stile giapponese. La qualità generale del servizio è impressionante e ogni dettaglio è ben organizzato. Sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'intera esperienza di soggiorno e sicuramente tornerò di nuovo! È tranquillo e piacevole. Molto raccomandato, e certamente scelgo di rimanere qui in futuro!

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per me, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla biblioteca di Beitou, dal museo delle terme di Beitou e dal parco. Dato che l'hotel si trova in cima a una collina, di notte è molto tranquillo ed è perfetto per una passeggiata nel quartiere silenzioso. Tuttavia, proprio per questo motivo, portare i bagagli su da soli potrebbe essere un po' faticoso. Consiglio di utilizzare il servizio di consegna bagagli presso la vicina stazione della metropolitana!

Sweetme Hotsprint Resort è un fantastico luogo per rilassare e ricarregare. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti’ a piedi dalla stazione Xinbeitou e convenientemente vicino a molti ristoranti. Una delle principali caratteristiche del soggiorno è stata l'esperienza di spa. Gli ospiti possono godere sia della primavera calda privata in camera che delle strutture di spa pubbliche. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e concisa per il comfort. Il pranzo è stato un altro punto forte, con una buona selezione di cibo per iniziare il giorno giusto. In generale, Sweetme Hotsprint Resort offre un'esperienza ben arrotondata con grandi strutture, una posizione di prima qualità e un'atmosfera rilassante.
