My stay at T-hotel in Taichung was a breeze. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The location is really convenient, self laundry shop just 2mins by walk , metro just 7 mins by walk and there is a restaurant inside the hotel but you want to eat elsewhere there is a street food type of restaurant next to the hotel as well.

It would be helpful if the platform could include both names to avoid any check-in uncertainty. Now, on to the good stuff: 1. 💰 Great Value for Money The pricing is very reasonable given the level of comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness in the overall design. We felt it was worth every dollar spent. 2. 🪵 Beautiful Wood Furniture We absolutely loved the solid wood furnishings in the room — they offered a classic, elegant feel that added a warm and cozy atmosphere to our stay. 3. ♻️ Creative Eco Touch One of the most surprising and impressive elements was the use of recycled paper to create the sofas in the lobby. It’s not just environmentally friendly, but also incredibly creative and beautifully done! 👍 4. 🙇♂️ Friendly, Well-Trained Staff with a Sense of Humor The staff was consistently polite and professional. Though they had to "decline" some common guest requests (such as bottled drinking water, breakfast service, or complimentary late check-out), they did so with grace and good humor — even handing out "online"" forms for guests to submit their queries. Their awkward yet genuine expressions while saying “Sorry…” made us smile. It was all handled in a very human and light-hearted way! 🤭 5. 🛏️ Clean & Comfy Beds We had restful nights — the beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable, which is always a huge plus. 👍👍 6. 🧼 Restroom Flooring Suggestion A small tip for improvement: the restroom flooring could benefit from deeper cleaning (e.g., bleaching), as it looked slightly yellowed or worn in spots. 7. 🛠️ Ongoing Renovation The room floors are currently undergoing renovation. While the carpeted areas felt slightly aged and dusty, we appreciated that improvements were clearly underway. 8. 💦 Sparkling Water Refill Station A brilliant touch! We loved the availability of sparkling water in the common area — sustainable, refreshing, and convenient. 9. 🎭 Fun Costume Corner The costume corner for photo-taking was unique and playful — such a delightful bonus! That said, some of the costumes could use a bit more care or cleaning, as a few had noticeable stains or light odors. Still, the idea itself is creative and engaging. 🌸 Final Thoughts Despite a few minor quirks, we were truly charmed by the hotel’s creativity, eco-conscious details, and warm-hearted staff. One of the worst hotel I ever visited around the world. Bad service with nothing I were happy with. Stay avoid this hotel

Nice hotel room and good location

Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier. But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm. Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in. On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.

酒店都有一段歷史所以東西舊也是正常的 包括桌子 衣櫃 也有明顯的痕跡 最明顯就是化妝檯下的牆腳 而有些插頭的位置有點鬆散 門鎖有點舊 不過整體居住的體驗也是很好 床很舒服 大浴缸也是泡浴的好選擇

飯店的空間很大，樓板高度也很高沒有壓迫感。空調開的非常有誠意。四人房兩張雙人床的房型，房間很大打掃的很乾淨，摸不到什麼灰塵。地板不是地毯是合成木的地板擦的很乾淨，浴簾也是新的，浴室磁磚的縫隙也很乾淨，整體來說雖然是木頭老裝潢，但有用心在保養維持。樓板間的隔音比較差，9樓房間蹦蹦走8樓都聽到。停車可以去附近的社區住宅地下停車場，走路5分鐘，15小時最高140，星期五晚上10:00去停都還有位置。

房間很大，床很好睡，本身沒有停車場，飯店旁有2個城市車旅特約停車場，停車費1天上限是290元，所以住一晚要付580元（可跟飯店買24小時優惠價150元

房間整潔乾淨就是廁所稍微破舊了些，其餘沒什麼大問題 不會太吵，較淺眠的人也能好好睡 而且一晚的價錢便宜算是CP值不錯了

酒店外觀在台灣屬於很氣派的，客房也很大、寬敞。設備齊全。就是馬桶太舊、水箱壓力小、無法沖凈污物。酒店公共交通很方便，有公車直達高鐵站。周圍小吃店也很多。在台灣能用不到400元RMB的價格住到該酒店是很值的

环境：環境挺好的，前台的小哥幫我升級套房，很讚，然後整體入住感受很好，舒緩一天的疲憊 唯一可能需要進一步改善的地方，電視機吧

酒店是傳統的，床睡得很舒服，位置就去哪裡都要坐公交車。前台服務態度很好。隔音就不過不失這個酒店有健身室。整體上不差。值得再一去
