Hotel a Tagaytay, Filippine

L'hotel è stato particolarmente bello in posizione, in ogni piano hanno fornitori d'acqua e è facile consumare l'acqua potabile , penso che sia un bene che mi piace, però le cose cattive che per i fumatori : non si può fumare all'interno anche se non si può fumare all'esterno dei locali dell'hotel, si deve andare a piedi sulla strada per fumare, penso che sia piuttosto rude, l'hotel almeno permette di fumare fuori dall'edificio dell'hotel. Se sei fumatore non venire

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

My family (wife and 3 kids) recently had the pleasure of spending a relaxing one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the serene ambiance to the attentive staff, there were several aspects that left a positive impression on us. Our room, a Executive Suite 3 Bedroom, was comfortable and well-appointed. The view from our balcony was not that breathtaking but there was a glimpse of nature and the city bound by one look. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. The staff at Hotel Casiana deserves special mention. From the front desk personnel to the restaurant servers, everyone was courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests, and their warm hospitality contributed significantly to our positive experience. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, offering a range of local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of options to suit different palates. The only downside was that the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meals. While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few areas where Hotel Casiana could potentially improve. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak, which could be frustrating for guests who need a stable internet connection. The cable channels mostly have no-signal as well. Additionally, some areas of the hotel seemed to require a little more sound proofing to lessen the sounds of the highway of cars and motorcycles zooming along as we slept. In conclusion, our one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay was a memorable experience. The combination of the breathtaking view, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made it a worthwhile getaway. With a few updates to the sound proofing and signal interruptions, the hotel could easily reach five-star status. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the tranquil escape this establishment provided. We would certainly consider returning for another visit in the future.

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

I would say it's not the best place to stay but the sunrise makes everything worth it. SMDC Wind Residences has almost everything nearby. Convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, main road, few minutes away from Sky Ranch and one of the best overlooking spas in Tagaytay, Qi Wellness. It does not have Wi-Fi and there's no mobile phone signal as well. Generally, the room is deadspot unless you place your phone right beside the main door. It has simple bed, simple design. No smart TV nor cable but it has the TV box where you can watch local channels. I guess this place is just for people to sleep in, shower and take a quick meal. There's a functioning fridge and kitchen utensils that you can use. There's a rice cooker too if incase you need to eat rice or heat noodles. Overall, it's an okay experience. Just don't expect too much. Besides, it's very affordable compared to most rooms you can rent in Tagaytay. I got the lake view room for only 1,500. There’s a lot to do around the area. Better not lock yourself up in the room!!! 🙂

Quando siamo arrivati, il responsabile della ricezione ha chiesto la nostra prenotazione. Ci ha consegnato la chiave. Oltre la zona di ricezione è una stanza con tavoli e sedie per chi vuole prendere il lavoro. La lobby era impressionante per un hotel economico, con belle opere d'arte (non l'ha presa in considerazione né fotografata) e ornamenti e giacche impressionanti. Ho visto anche la veranda con tavoli e sedie. La stanza era pulita e ha anche un bel quadro locale. Abbiamo ricevuto tovalette e toletta. Se vuoi una buona, devi portare la tua tovagliola. Il riscaldamento dell'acqua era buono. Wi-Fi/Internet è forte, sono rimasto nella veranda stamattina perché il segnale di rete era migliore.

Viviamo qui molto felice.Ci sono una grande stanza (non c'è problema con dieci persone), i miei figli amano i loro letti.E'molto conveniente dove andare, proprio al contrario del Picnic Grove e del People's Park!Hanno una buona statua dell'Armata di Liberazione. Hanno anche servizi in camera, ma il servizio per la colazione è un po'di ritardo.

La nostra stanza è buona. La stanza è pulita ma la zona della doccia ha un po' di sporcizia visibile. Solo la piscina è stata scaricata perché non è riscaldata, rendendo difficile nuotare soprattutto alla notte e nei giorni pioviggine.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

our stay was pleasant, comfortable and amazing. People are so courteous, and always ready to extend help, facilities are well kept. Recommending this Resort to friends and relatives, Very near to the church, market, scenic view especially the Taal Volcano and the environs.
