Very convenient. There were 2 malls walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpfull too. Only the pool water was extremely cold but eitherway ill be coming back again thats for sure.

Location is great as it is in the center of the city and is in between two malls. Staffs are great - we were allowed early check in at 11:30am since out room is already available that time, and we were able to leave our baggage in the lobby for a while after check-out. Facilities are okay - there is a mini fridge, safety deposit box, in-room slippers, and hot shower is also available. We did not try the breakfast as many reviews mentioned it is not buffet style.

Nice experience, very good location, near two big malls, though toilet is very cramped. Overall, good for short-term stays, food in the coffee shop is good too.

Centrally located with nearby mall, convenience store, restaurants, bus stop, and hospital. Most staff were attentive and helpful. Just hope that they have a gym or any basic fitness stuff. They also have a restaurant and cafe. I love their caramel macchiato!!!

Great Hotel! With a pool view and also beside the mall, which is more convenient for us. We are happy with our stay! Thank you.

The hotel was nice especially location, on every floor they have water dispensers and it’s easy to consume the drinker water , I think it’s a good i like it, however the bad things the for smokers : you can’t smoke inside even tho you can’t smoke outside of the hotel premises , you have to go to footpaths on road for smoking , I think it’s quite rude , the hotel at least allow smoking outside of the hotel building. If you are smoker then don’t come

Found this hotel by searching "Hotels near ta***tay highlands" and they claimed it was 13 minutes away from "Highlands" 😂 we needed a place to stay to sleep only and leave by 6am to go to the venue for preparation. Arrived at the hotel 9pm and it was 35 minutes away from the place that we need to be ( that without traffic ) this is by far the most deceiving, ugly and filthiest hotel we've been to. Never again we will stay here. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Rooms have molds and dust. Walls have marks on it blinds have dirts too. We put clean towels on our pillows just to be sure coz it has a pungent smell. The entire night you can here the noise from outside 😂 if we only arrived early i would find another hotel but we dont have a choice last night. This place sucks. Better to stay in much cheaper hotels than here or might as well get a nice 5 star hotel. Lesson learned before the end of 2023 😂
