I’m a usual customer of Regis Osaka, thanks to its excellent service from the moment that I enter the premise. The friendly, helpful and thoughtful front office and concierge staffs differentiate the Regis brand ! Champagne sabering daily is a highlight!

Location is great. Within walking distance to train station and many places of interests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Polite staff and impeccable service. Valet parking is 3500 JPY per day and you don't need to worry about anything else.

The service crews were top notched. The room was clean and smell good. Toilet was a little old and some doors are light and should build in soft closing. I could door banging noise beside my room. Their additional complimentary services, such as iron pressing was great. Breakfast spread was good and fulfilling too.

Please make a right decision for not choosing this one I feel it was a nightmare forever

The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. The gym room is adequate but there isn’t a pool in a 5 star hotel 🙃.

A perfect stay and a great value for money. I was very impressed with this hotel. From the room to the facilities, from the service to the transportation, I am very satisfied. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, including a gym, swimming pool, etc., which allowed me to fully relax in my free time. In terms of service, the employees are enthusiastic and very professional, which makes me feel very friendly.

Excellent Breakfast, Very spacious room and huge bathroom, We checked in after dark but have troubles finding light switches which is inside a drawer.

would be nice if they had a pool. location is near the train station. business district with a lot of food and coffee options. service is spectacular as always. we have been to this hotel more than 5 times and we have tried other 5 star hotels, new and old ones but will always return to st regis with a smile.

我們是寒假家庭出行2大2小，位置非常好，就在本町（也可以説心齋橋，距離200米），逛心齋橋，大丸百貨等太方便了。馬路對面是5層樓的高爾夫用品商場，對於我這個打球的人來説，綜合專賣店實在是不錯！衹不過帶孩子去的沒給我那麼多時間好好逛！ 酒店早餐半自助，比較老錢風，服務都挺好！ 瑞吉的管家式服務確實不錯，入住給送飲料，後面幾天陸續孩子都有juice需求，我也順帶來冰美式的，管家都貼心送來。 我們住的雙床房，床還挺大的，看上瑞吉bathroom的雙面鏡子，放大那麪特別清晰，我讓管家告訴我購買地址或者連結，因為我要飛回去了，還給我貼心恢復郵件和關於鏡子在哪裡購買和品牌的訊息。我們喝水多，送水頻率也很高！比三亞瑞吉更好些！
