Great place and the standards you'd expect of Holiday Inn, but you really need to drive to make it more convenient. There's only one bus to and fro which costs 1,230 Yen from Shinano-Omachi station. There is also nothing in the near area nor any Uber services. Still, the restaurant is pretty decent and there's a pool + Onsen with a simple vending machine as well as a shop selling apparels or food items. Christmas vibes were all-in when we went around mid November.
Overall, a great hotel and if the location doesn't bother you because you drive, you'll likely have a good time.

PPalinalenaIf you plan to travel the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, this hotel is your best choice. The bus stop to Ogizawa and Shinano-Omachi station are right in front of the hotel. They also provide luggage forwarding service to Toyama station for those who do the one-way trip on the tateyama kurobe alpine route, which allow you to travel super early as you don't have to wait until the luggage forwarding service (at shinano omachi station) open at 7.50am. The room is clean. The price is reasonable+ come with complimentary breakfast. 10/10 would recommend.

I love the food, the service, and the staff of the hotel, which will wipe all the tiredness gained from climbing Tateyama.

UUtente ospitethe location is a bit far from the bus station but it's good that shuttle bus service is provided free of charge, the best thing is the dinner set with more than 10 dishes and all are very delicious, the onsen is also very relaxing with both indoor and outdoor, all staffs are very nice and polite

ZZHAOWENPerché la comunicazione giapponese non ha richiesto molto tempo, ma è ancora molto paziente, gentile e amichevole per aiutare a soggiornare e introdurre negozi circostanti e per aiutare il trasporto di bagagli di giorno dopo giorno.
Lo spazio di alloggio e la piscina di massa sono confortevoli, e il tetto ha spazio per sgombrare, riposare e guardare le stelle.
Il luogo è vicino alla stazione, e si raccomanda molto per coloro che parteno presto il giorno dopo al Dipartimento Nero di Lishan!

有公共大浴池
但一定要客人3:00pm 才能check in, 欠缺彈性，亦要客人們同一時間久等check in , 希望酒店可改善，靈活處理！！
而且 Trip.com 已從我信用卡扣了費用，但到店後又再要付費，需然trip.com 說會退回費用，但現在我扣除了雙重費用，很不合理
