Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.
