Hotel con colazione a Fusong

An excellent hotel with great convenience and thoughtful services. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. It was a truly pleasant stay with attention to detail that made the experience even better. Highly recommended! Their homemade breakfast is also delicious and adds a personal touch to the stay.

Poiché l'aereo è in terra la sera, è troppo tardi per arrivare all'hotel. Ho visto il piccolo fratello che ha appena lasciato il lavoro alla porta. Sono molto entusiasta di aiutarci a prendere il bagaglio e mandarlo dentro.Presto sono stati organizzati per soggiornare e benvenuti a frutta. La stanza è grande, il letto può essere in realtà accoppiato in un letto super grande, le strutture sono complete, e i dettagli sono abbastanza disponibili per i fan.Ogni angolo dell'hotel è progettato in modo completo, e il gatto di roulotte auto-alimentato, super carino. La colazione è ancora più controllata, non come un pannolino, e'cosi' deliziosa!Quando arriva il maestro del conducente ha detto che il popolo esisteva abbastanza bene vicino!Non è un viaggio!Interessante, provi presto!

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

L'hotel offre una elegante camera moderna con bagno che si distingue grazie alla sua WC ‑ giapponese. La sua posizione è pratica solo 10–15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria West Changbaishan e vi sono molte opzioni di cena vicino, con il ristorante coreano diventare un vero e proprio accento. Il pranzo è accettabile, ma il fatto che le uova cucinate siano per ordine renderebbe più interessante. Il vantaggio reale di rimanere qui è l'accesso alle fonti calde, inclusi nel prezzo della stanza. Mentre durante il nostro soggiorno sono state chiuse diverse piscine, le bagni all'aperto sono state aperte e hanno fornito un'esperienza molto piacevole. Un piccolo dettaglio che potrebbe migliorare il comfort sarebbe aggiungere un gancio alla porta del bagno per vestiti e asciugamani. In generale, questa proprietà combina strutture moderne, una posizione conveniente e fonti calde rilassanti, anche se alcuni piccoli aggiustamenti potrebbero rendere il soggiorno ancora migliore.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan, e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale da iniziare a finire. Quando arrivai, mi salutai caldamente il personale, che andò oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che il mio check-in fosse stato ordinato e piacevole. La loro amicizia e attentazza mi fece sentire a casa. Per tutta la mia permanenza, il personale è rimasto incredibilmente utile, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, sia per la cena locale che per il trasporto organizzato. L'alloggio era molto lussuoso. La mia stanza era spaziosa, bellamente progettata e offre una vista fantastica. L'attenzione ai dettagli nel decoro e nelle strutture riflette davvero i standard elevati del marchio Park Hyatt. Le strutture del resort sono state anche impressionanti, con una fantastica primavera calda fuori dalla neve che ha fornito un perfetto ritiro dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse. Le opzioni di cena erano deliziose, con una varietà di cucina deliziosa che si occupava di tutti i gusti. Ognun pasto era un piacere culinario e il servizio era impeccabile. Un altro punto di vista è stato l'accesso allo sci, la posizione ideale per i principianti e gli sciatori esperti. In generale, il mio soggiorno al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan non era altro che magico. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel per chiunque cerca una diga lussuosa e memorabile nelle montagne. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The arrangements were thoughtful and well-coordinated, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. They also prepared a lovely birthday celebration for our children, which made our holiday especially memorable. We highly recommend this hotel.
