La posizione geografica di questo hotel è eccellente, centinaia di metri dalla zona di vacanza di Wanda. Ci sono molte cose da mangiare e giocare intorno a lui. Il servizio del capo è molto entusiasta. Il viso dolce è sempre fatto con sorriso e gioco speciale, Il viaggio di tre giorni ci aiuta a capire chiaramente che tutto il gioco è stato giocato e non mi sento stanco. C'è davvero un senso di tornare a casa. Voglio aggiungere un notevole valore all'impressione nord-est. Devo essere elogiato e raccomandato.

L'hotel è situato vicino alla vecchia porta della zona paesaggistica di Changbai Mountain West, al centro turistico della zona paesaggistica di West West è molto conveniente. I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

這次長白山之行入住的松果裏酒店，體驗感真的超出預期✨！房間空間寬敞開闊，面積很大，我們一家四口住進來輕輕鬆鬆，活動開完全不擁擠，居住舒適度特別高。 酒店贈送的遊玩權益含金量很高，包含好多園區項目，省去不少額外開銷，出行遊玩省心又划算。特別要表揚前台的小慧，接待的時候熱情周到，耐心細緻地給我們講解園區路線、各項贈送權益，方方面面都交代得清清楚楚。酒店整體工作人員服務都很貼心友善，有問題響應及時，處處都能感受到滿滿的誠意。 園區環境優美，出行去各個遊玩點位也很方便，吃住玩一體化，帶孩子度假選這裏太合適了，整體行程特別舒心愉快，下次再來長白山還會優先選擇松果裏，真心推薦給帶家人出行的朋友們！

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Great service and spacious, clean rooms! The only downside was a noisy AC unit—we turned it off and braved the cold instead. 😂 Pros: ＞ Easy transport (frequent shuttles + 10 RMB taxis). Great extras like hot springs and snow tubing. Cons: ＞ Icy, man-made snow (painful falls!). Double pricing for the holidays—and apparently, it’s not even peak season yet! Would love to explore more of the resort facilities next time.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan, e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale da iniziare a finire. Quando arrivai, mi salutai caldamente il personale, che andò oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che il mio check-in fosse stato ordinato e piacevole. La loro amicizia e attentazza mi fece sentire a casa. Per tutta la mia permanenza, il personale è rimasto incredibilmente utile, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, sia per la cena locale che per il trasporto organizzato. L'alloggio era molto lussuoso. La mia stanza era spaziosa, bellamente progettata e offre una vista fantastica. L'attenzione ai dettagli nel decoro e nelle strutture riflette davvero i standard elevati del marchio Park Hyatt. Le strutture del resort sono state anche impressionanti, con una fantastica primavera calda fuori dalla neve che ha fornito un perfetto ritiro dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse. Le opzioni di cena erano deliziose, con una varietà di cucina deliziosa che si occupava di tutti i gusti. Ognun pasto era un piacere culinario e il servizio era impeccabile. Un altro punto di vista è stato l'accesso allo sci, la posizione ideale per i principianti e gli sciatori esperti. In generale, il mio soggiorno al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan non era altro che magico. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel per chiunque cerca una diga lussuosa e memorabile nelle montagne. Non posso aspettare di tornare!

❄️ L'hotel non è la scelta più conveniente per le famiglie con bambini piccoli o per gli sciatori meno esperti, poiché si trova lontano dal centro della città. Il centro della città è anche dove si trovano le fonti calde, il parco acquatico, le attrazioni di neve e ghiaccio, così purtroppo un sacco di tempo viene sprecato nel trasporto. 🚐 Il servizio di navetta è un'area chiara per il miglioramento. La frequenza è limitata e spesso abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po', a volte mancano due navette complete prima di poter accedere. Aumentare il numero di navette renderebbe una grande differenza. 🎿 I passaggi di sci sono flessibili: possono essere utilizzati in qualsiasi giorno, compresi i giorni di check-in e check-out. L'uso è limitato ad una volta alla notte, e si può scegliere sia giorno o notte sciare ma non entrambi lo stesso giorno. Tuttavia, non è necessario utilizzare questi giorni in consecutivi, che dà alle famiglie più libertà di pianificare giorni di riposo. 🏠 Nel lato positivo, la stanza era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il bar, l'area fitness, la sala ping-pong e la sala yoga erano tutti piacevoli e hanno aggiunto varietà al soggiorno. La colazione è anche molto diversa e buona.

Quando ho viaggiato sul monte Changbai, ho confrontato molti hotel e alla fine ho scelto Momoland. I had a pleasant stay at Westin during my trip, the ski resort is easily accessible via the magic carpet from the hotel. Ski equipment can also be hired from B1 level of the hotel for Westin guests. The hotel offers complementary shuttle bus service to and from the railway station which was particularly convenient for us, as we had multiple large suitcases. The spacious room made the experience positive and comfortable, snow mountain view was also a bonus.
