"Situato nel cuore della zona turistica, gode di una posizione comoda vicino a tutto. Le camere sono ben fornite di articoli da toeletta e le aree comuni sono pulite e ordinate. La posizione è eccellente e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il maggiordomo, Haha, è stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo sempre prontamente a qualsiasi domanda. "What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back."

"Everything is good but there is still room for improvement. The package come with ski ticket however should include free locker for people staying in the hotel. Dinner set menu for club benefit taste good but the meat portion is too less. Lounge overall is good but dessert selection for afternoon tea and happy hour are the same should have different selection. Everything is good and will be back again for ski next time."

The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions: 1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding. 2. "It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. "絕對令人驚歎的酒店，擁有俯瞰長白山的絕美景色，員工體貼周到，整體服務堪稱一流。特別要提一下劉增玉先生，他竭盡全力確保我們擁有一次完美的住宿體驗。我最早是在五月份來到這家酒店，當時是想先看看餐廳，目標是親眼驗證這裏的景色是否像大家所説的那樣驚艷。景色絕對沒有讓人失望（不過當時餐廳因活動而未開放）。那時酒店員工就已經非常熱心了，我也下定決心夏天要以住客身份再來一次。酒店的所有主要區域都能看到長白山（當然要視天氣而定，而這可能是個不小的變數），所有房間也都能看到山景（不過據説有些房間的視野可能會稍有遮擋）。酒店內的餐廳和其他設施或許看起來有限（比如沒有健身房，游泳池也比較小等），但餐廳的餐飲質量絕對遠超預期（如果不説它是相當驚艷的話，這點我會另寫評價）。游泳池雖小，但是恆温的，而且同樣能欣賞到絕美的山景。我們入住期間，有一羣我猜是美術教授和專業藝術家的人專程來此畫山（可見這裏的景色有多出色）。他們 apparently 為了這個景等了六天才等到（合適的天氣）。另外值得一提的是，雖然這裡有很多家庭和年幼的孩子，而且員工始終非常樂於助人、細心周到、儘量滿足需求——但酒店本身並不是專門為親子設計的。不過，如果能增設一些專門的小童區域之類，這個問題很容易解決。與度假區內的其他酒店相比，這裏離主要的度假區域和商業街也相對較遠（所以帶孩子的話會稍微辛苦一些）。從很多方面來説，這並不是一家適合帶孩子入住的酒店，而更像是一家適合帶你想與之生孩子的人、或者已經育有孩子的老伴一同前來的酒店。最後，我們購買的套餐性價比簡直超高。套餐包含了度假區裏的很多活動項目，我們在三天兩晚的時間裏根本用不完所有權益。所以，儘管這家酒店價格不菲，但搭配套餐後的性價比實際上非常出色。總體強烈推薦，尤其推薦各種套餐。絕對是一家必住的酒店，希望將來還能再來。 Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views of Changbaishan, attentive staff, and excellent service all around. A special mention must be made for Mr. Liu （劉增玉）, who went out of his way to ensure for us a fantastic stay. I first visited the hotel in May to visit the restaurant and see if the view was everything everyone said it was. The view most certainly met expectations （but the restaurant was closed for an event）. At that time the staff was already very helpful, and I was determined to come back to visit in the summer as a hotel guest. All the main areas of the hotel offer a view of the mountain （weather conditions permitting, which can be a big if）, and all the rooms have a view as well （although apparently some rooms may be slightly obstructed）. Restaurant and other amenities within the hotel may seem limited （I.e. no gym, small pool, etc.） but the restaurant food was definitely much better than expected （if not just outright fantastic, which I’ll write about separately）. Pool is small but heated and offers again an amazing view of the mountain. When we were here, a group of what I believe were Art professors and professional artists came to draw the mountain （that’s how good the view can be）. They apparently waited 6 days for the right weather conditions. Another thing to note is that while there were a lot of families and young children here, and the staff was always extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating - the hotel itself is not designed to be kids friendly per se. But that can be easily fixed if there are some dedicated kids areas, etc. It’s also relatively far from the main vacation areas and commercial street when compared to other hotels within the vacation area （so a little bit tougher for the kids）. In many ways, it’s not a hotel designed for bringing kids to, it’s more a hotel designed for bringing someone you want to have kids with or had kids with. Finally, the package that we bought was just amazing value. It included a lot of the activities in the vacation area and there was no way we could use all the benefits in the 3 days and 2 nights. So even though this is an expensive hotel, the value with the package actually is extremely good value. Highly recommend all around and in particular recommend any packages. Definitely a must stay and hope to be back again in the future."

"Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat."

"We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope."
