Hotel di lusso a Fusong

"Questo posto è sorprendente.Abbiamo avuto una vista delle corse così un certo plus. 😊 L'unità è pulita e il personale è amichevole e utile. Il meglio è che si può camminare solo circa 100 metri dalle corse. Una notte ho avuto un problema quando la mia stanza era piena di fumo di sigarette così tanto, così abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte del balcone aperte a temperature sub-zero. Quando ho fatto il giorno dopo, erano estremamente scusanti e il loro servizio clienti mi ha contattato per chiedere ulteriori informazioni e hanno inviato un piatto di frutta come scusa. I miei figli hanno deciso che questo sarà il loro futuro destino per lo sci a causa della comodità e delle condizioni di neve. Una cosa che ci ha distratti tutti, ma non ha distratto dal soggiorno.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto. La camera con le letti gemelli sembrava avere una più grande e migliore bagno con un bagno. Ma la camera con un letto grande aveva solo un bagno più piccolo e una doccia. Ancora una volta, non ci mancava niente del nostro soggiorno, ma ci stavamo davvero ingannati."

"Everything is good but there is still room for improvement. The package come with ski ticket however should include free locker for people staying in the hotel. Dinner set menu for club benefit taste good but the meat portion is too less. Lounge overall is good but dessert selection for afternoon tea and happy hour are the same should have different selection. Everything is good and will be back again for ski next time."

"Il letto dell'hotel è spazioso 1.3M e confortevole abbastanza per un adulto e un bambino. La selezione del colazione è ampia, il personale dell'hotel è molto utile per organizzare il trasporto al ristorante vicino. Solo l'hotel ha una certa distanza dal principale resort sciistico. L'impianto di sci e l'impianto di sci devono prendere un piccolo autobus che può essere molto ricco e deve stare fermo."

"Questa è la mia prima visita a Harbin, e anche se ho letto molte recensioni che dicevano che questo resort era bello, ero ancora preoccupato per il trasporto. Ho scritto all'hotel in anticipo, e Coco mi ha risposto gentilmente e mi ha anche contattato su WeChat per spiegare come arrivare lì. Ha anche organizzato un trasferimento privato dalla stazione ferroviaria così meraviglioso servizio! Eravamo sulla luna di miele, e Coco ci sorprese di aggiornare la nostra stanza in una suite molto spaziosa. Era assolutamente bella, e apprezzo davvero il gesto pensativo. Mi piaceva tanto! Poiché abbiamo usato un eSIM e non avevamo un numero di telefono cinese, Coco ha anche aiutato a registrare e generare il codice QR che abbiamo bisogno per visitare le fonti calde al Club Med, alimentare il deer, sciare e guidare l'UTV. Ci è un Burger King, una piccola zona urbana con ristoranti e negozi di comodità, e molti bellissimi punti fotografici. Il ristorante del colazione è bellissimo, con una vasta gamma di cibi. "絕對令人驚歎的酒店，擁有俯瞰長白山的絕美景色，員工體貼周到，整體服務堪稱一流。特別要提一下劉增玉先生，他竭盡全力確保我們擁有一次完美的住宿體驗。我最早是在五月份來到這家酒店，當時是想先看看餐廳，目標是親眼驗證這裏的景色是否像大家所説的那樣驚艷。景色絕對沒有讓人失望（不過當時餐廳因活動而未開放）。那時酒店員工就已經非常熱心了，我也下定決心夏天要以住客身份再來一次。酒店的所有主要區域都能看到長白山（當然要視天氣而定，而這可能是個不小的變數），所有房間也都能看到山景（不過據説有些房間的視野可能會稍有遮擋）。酒店內的餐廳和其他設施或許看起來有限（比如沒有健身房，游泳池也比較小等），但餐廳的餐飲質量絕對遠超預期（如果不説它是相當驚艷的話，這點我會另寫評價）。游泳池雖小，但是恆温的，而且同樣能欣賞到絕美的山景。我們入住期間，有一羣我猜是美術教授和專業藝術家的人專程來此畫山（可見這裏的景色有多出色）。他們 apparently 為了這個景等了六天才等到（合適的天氣）。另外值得一提的是，雖然這裡有很多家庭和年幼的孩子，而且員工始終非常樂於助人、細心周到、儘量滿足需求——但酒店本身並不是專門為親子設計的。不過，如果能增設一些專門的小童區域之類，這個問題很容易解決。與度假區內的其他酒店相比，這裏離主要的度假區域和商業街也相對較遠（所以帶孩子的話會稍微辛苦一些）。從很多方面來説，這並不是一家適合帶孩子入住的酒店，而更像是一家適合帶你想與之生孩子的人、或者已經育有孩子的老伴一同前來的酒店。最後，我們購買的套餐性價比簡直超高。套餐包含了度假區裏的很多活動項目，我們在三天兩晚的時間裏根本用不完所有權益。所以，儘管這家酒店價格不菲，但搭配套餐後的性價比實際上非常出色。總體強烈推薦，尤其推薦各種套餐。絕對是一家必住的酒店，希望將來還能再來。 Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views of Changbaishan, attentive staff, and excellent service all around. A special mention must be made for Mr. Liu （劉增玉）, who went out of his way to ensure for us a fantastic stay. I first visited the hotel in May to visit the restaurant and see if the view was everything everyone said it was. The view most certainly met expectations （but the restaurant was closed for an event）. At that time the staff was already very helpful, and I was determined to come back to visit in the summer as a hotel guest. All the main areas of the hotel offer a view of the mountain （weather conditions permitting, which can be a big if）, and all the rooms have a view as well （although apparently some rooms may be slightly obstructed）. Restaurant and other amenities within the hotel may seem limited （I.e. no gym, small pool, etc.） but the restaurant food was definitely much better than expected （if not just outright fantastic, which I’ll write about separately）. Pool is small but heated and offers again an amazing view of the mountain. When we were here, a group of what I believe were Art professors and professional artists came to draw the mountain （that’s how good the view can be）. They apparently waited 6 days for the right weather conditions. Another thing to note is that while there were a lot of families and young children here, and the staff was always extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating - the hotel itself is not designed to be kids friendly per se. But that can be easily fixed if there are some dedicated kids areas, etc. It’s also relatively far from the main vacation areas and commercial street when compared to other hotels within the vacation area （so a little bit tougher for the kids）. In many ways, it’s not a hotel designed for bringing kids to, it’s more a hotel designed for bringing someone you want to have kids with or had kids with. Finally, the package that we bought was just amazing value. It included a lot of the activities in the vacation area and there was no way we could use all the benefits in the 3 days and 2 nights. So even though this is an expensive hotel, the value with the package actually is extremely good value. Highly recommend all around and in particular recommend any packages. Definitely a must stay and hope to be back again in the future."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!"

"L'hotel fornisce servizi di trasporto aereo e stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro turistico di Changbai Mountain. La prima ondata di Changbai Mountain ha è al mattino. Fornisce ogni giorno ogni tipo di attività di genitori. Puoi contattare i piccoli animali a distanza. Puoi portare i bambini a mano e a portata di vapore alla sera, e può anche adottare piccoli pantaloni, Ci sono anche molte strutture all'aperto, davvero un vero hotel di vacanza per bambini e genitori!E il rapporto di prezzo di partecipazione del servo offerto dall'hotel è molto buono, molto più economico di quello che vivevamo in una zona di vacanza di Wanda. Prima di venire, temevo che non ci fosse posto per mangiare vicino all'hotel. Quindi il ristorante dell'hotel era molto delizioso e il prezzo era anche ragionevole. La prossima volta che vengo a Changbai Mountain, vivrò qui, e consiglio fortemente la famiglia del bambino!"
