1, la signorina e il fratello dell'hotel sono molto carini e molto entusiasti.Accogliere la porta e aiutare a prendere il bagaglio. 2, l'ambiente dell'hotel è particolarmente buono. Ci sono laghi. La serata è molto tranquilla per camminare vicino al lago. Ci sono anche persone che pescano, molto gentile. 3, il piatto di colazione è davvero molto bello, che fa la gente aperta. 4, anche il letto è molto comodo.

La posizione geografica di questo hotel è eccellente, centinaia di metri dalla zona di vacanza di Wanda. Ci sono molte cose da mangiare e giocare intorno a lui. Il servizio del capo è molto entusiasta. Il viso dolce è sempre fatto con sorriso e gioco speciale, Il viaggio di tre giorni ci aiuta a capire chiaramente che tutto il gioco è stato giocato e non mi sento stanco. C'è davvero un senso di tornare a casa. Voglio aggiungere un notevole valore all'impressione nord-est. Devo essere elogiato e raccomandato.

I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip. As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan. Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered. Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

已經是二次入住了，上次是23年的夏天，這次是26年的冬天，感受了不一樣的風景，酒店房間是很有東北味的大炕（加上大花被子），雖説是家庭套房衹能入住4人，其實睡10個人都綽綽有餘，冬天暖氣給的很足，晚上睡覺會感覺熱，第二晚自己把炕和地暖温度調低了睡起就很舒服，孩子每天睜眼就想出門玩雪，這下滿足了南方小土豆玩雪的願望啦

Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

#Hotel consigliato Il Tianmu Days Hotel non è lontano dall'aeroporto. Non c'è bisogno di camminare a lungo dopo essere scesi dall'aereo di notte. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è altissimo. Ci sono molte piscine termali sia all'interno che all'esterno, le piscine all'aperto sono bellissime per scattare foto e c'è una piscina per bambini all'interno, adatta a genitori e bambini. C'è un ristorante al secondo piano, che ha un buon sapore e non è costoso. È molto vicino a Luneng e al Wooden House Village. Puoi andare a sciare e goderti le passeggiate sulla neve di Luneng. Ed è molto più economico di Luneng. Luneng costa dai 4.000 ai 5.000 yuan a notte. Ogni volta che prendo un taxi, sento dire dall'autista, o dalla gente del posto quando esco a mangiare, che le sorgenti termali di Tianmu sono le migliori qui vicino, e che questo hotel ha installato un tubo dell'acqua lungo 150 chilometri alta quanto una persona, che collega le sorgenti termali sul monte Changbai. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The arrangements were thoughtful and well-coordinated, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. They also prepared a lovely birthday celebration for our children, which made our holiday especially memorable. We highly recommend this hotel. I would like to express our special appreciation to Lucia for her warm welcome call at the very beginning of our stay and for arranging our room upgrade. Her professionalism and support greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Everything is good but there is still room for improvement. The package come with ski ticket however should include free locker for people staying in the hotel. Dinner set menu for club benefit taste good but the meat portion is too less. Lounge overall is good but dessert selection for afternoon tea and happy hour are the same should have different selection. Everything is good and will be back again for ski next time.
