La posizione geografica di questo hotel è eccellente, centinaia di metri dalla zona di vacanza di Wanda. Ci sono molte cose da mangiare e giocare intorno a lui. Il servizio del capo è molto entusiasta. Il viso dolce è sempre fatto con sorriso e gioco speciale, Il viaggio di tre giorni ci aiuta a capire chiaramente che tutto il gioco è stato giocato e non mi sento stanco. C'è davvero un senso di tornare a casa. Voglio aggiungere un notevole valore all'impressione nord-est. Devo essere elogiato e raccomandato.

I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip. As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan. Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered. Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

絕對令人驚歎的酒店，擁有俯瞰長白山的絕美景色，員工體貼周到，整體服務堪稱一流。特別要提一下劉增玉先生，他竭盡全力確保我們擁有一次完美的住宿體驗。我最早是在五月份來到這家酒店，當時是想先看看餐廳，目標是親眼驗證這裏的景色是否像大家所説的那樣驚艷。景色絕對沒有讓人失望（不過當時餐廳因活動而未開放）。那時酒店員工就已經非常熱心了，我也下定決心夏天要以住客身份再來一次。酒店的所有主要區域都能看到長白山（當然要視天氣而定，而這可能是個不小的變數），所有房間也都能看到山景（不過據説有些房間的視野可能會稍有遮擋）。酒店內的餐廳和其他設施或許看起來有限（比如沒有健身房，游泳池也比較小等），但餐廳的餐飲質量絕對遠超預期（如果不説它是相當驚艷的話，這點我會另寫評價）。游泳池雖小，但是恆温的，而且同樣能欣賞到絕美的山景。我們入住期間，有一羣我猜是美術教授和專業藝術家的人專程來此畫山（可見這裏的景色有多出色）。他們 apparently 為了這個景等了六天才等到（合適的天氣）。另外值得一提的是，雖然這裡有很多家庭和年幼的孩子，而且員工始終非常樂於助人、細心周到、儘量滿足需求——但酒店本身並不是專門為親子設計的。不過，如果能增設一些專門的小童區域之類，這個問題很容易解決。與度假區內的其他酒店相比，這裏離主要的度假區域和商業街也相對較遠（所以帶孩子的話會稍微辛苦一些）。從很多方面來説，這並不是一家適合帶孩子入住的酒店，而更像是一家適合帶你想與之生孩子的人、或者已經育有孩子的老伴一同前來的酒店。最後，我們購買的套餐性價比簡直超高。套餐包含了度假區裏的很多活動項目，我們在三天兩晚的時間裏根本用不完所有權益。所以，儘管這家酒店價格不菲，但搭配套餐後的性價比實際上非常出色。總體強烈推薦，尤其推薦各種套餐。絕對是一家必住的酒店，希望將來還能再來。 Absolutely amazing hotel with stunning views of Changbaishan, attentive staff, and excellent service all around. A special mention must be made for Mr. Liu （劉增玉）, who went out of his way to ensure for us a fantastic stay. I first visited the hotel in May to visit the restaurant and see if the view was everything everyone said it was. The view most certainly met expectations （but the restaurant was closed for an event）. At that time the staff was already very helpful, and I was determined to come back to visit in the summer as a hotel guest. All the main areas of the hotel offer a view of the mountain （weather conditions permitting, which can be a big if）, and all the rooms have a view as well （although apparently some rooms may be slightly obstructed）. Restaurant and other amenities within the hotel may seem limited （I.e. no gym, small pool, etc.） but the restaurant food was definitely much better than expected （if not just outright fantastic, which I’ll write about separately）. Pool is small but heated and offers again an amazing view of the mountain. When we were here, a group of what I believe were Art professors and professional artists came to draw the mountain （that’s how good the view can be）. They apparently waited 6 days for the right weather conditions. Another thing to note is that while there were a lot of families and young children here, and the staff was always extremely helpful, attentive, and accommodating - the hotel itself is not designed to be kids friendly per se. But that can be easily fixed if there are some dedicated kids areas, etc. It’s also relatively far from the main vacation areas and commercial street when compared to other hotels within the vacation area （so a little bit tougher for the kids）. In many ways, it’s not a hotel designed for bringing kids to, it’s more a hotel designed for bringing someone you want to have kids with or had kids with. Finally, the package that we bought was just amazing value. It included a lot of the activities in the vacation area and there was no way we could use all the benefits in the 3 days and 2 nights. So even though this is an expensive hotel, the value with the package actually is extremely good value. Highly recommend all around and in particular recommend any packages. Definitely a must stay and hope to be back again in the future.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan, e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale da iniziare a finire. Quando arrivai, mi salutai caldamente il personale, che andò oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che il mio check-in fosse stato ordinato e piacevole. La loro amicizia e attentazza mi fece sentire a casa. Per tutta la mia permanenza, il personale è rimasto incredibilmente utile, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, sia per la cena locale che per il trasporto organizzato. L'alloggio era molto lussuoso. La mia stanza era spaziosa, bellamente progettata e offre una vista fantastica. L'attenzione ai dettagli nel decoro e nelle strutture riflette davvero i standard elevati del marchio Park Hyatt. Le strutture del resort sono state anche impressionanti, con una fantastica primavera calda fuori dalla neve che ha fornito un perfetto ritiro dopo un lungo giorno sulle corse. Le opzioni di cena erano deliziose, con una varietà di cucina deliziosa che si occupava di tutti i gusti. Ognun pasto era un piacere culinario e il servizio era impeccabile. Un altro punto di vista è stato l'accesso allo sci, la posizione ideale per i principianti e gli sciatori esperti. In generale, il mio soggiorno al Park Hyatt Ski Resort a Changbaishan non era altro che magico. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel per chiunque cerca una diga lussuosa e memorabile nelle montagne. Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The arrangements were thoughtful and well-coordinated, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. They also prepared a lovely birthday celebration for our children, which made our holiday especially memorable. We highly recommend this hotel. I would like to express our special appreciation to Lucia for her warm welcome call at the very beginning of our stay and for arranging our room upgrade. Her professionalism and support greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Everything is good but there is still room for improvement. The package come with ski ticket however should include free locker for people staying in the hotel. Dinner set menu for club benefit taste good but the meat portion is too less. Lounge overall is good but dessert selection for afternoon tea and happy hour are the same should have different selection. Everything is good and will be back again for ski next time.

L'hotel è nella città antica di Liu, tutto è una casa di legno. L'ambiente è molto tranquillo. Un viaggio di famiglia, soprattutto con i bambini, non deve preoccuparsi di incontrare altri; Il più caldo per noi è quello di accogliere nostro fratello maggiore. Questo è il suo *********. È stato attento al nostro viaggio da quando siamo partiti. È molto entusiasta e attento. E l'hotel è vicino alla zona paesaggistica di Changbai Mountain West Point. Il parcheggio è molto conveniente. In generale, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto, superb!!!
