Hotel con balcone a Fusong

I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

Ho avuto una memorabile esperienza di visitare Changbaishan a ovest, il viaggio di inverno incredibile dal bus e poi incitante moto neve a cavalcare al vertice per vedere una vista incredibile, ha segnalato questo soggiorno come il migliore del mio viaggio. Come straniero non cinese, i funzionari/ricevitori dell'hotel sono stati così gentili e mi hanno portato a superare le difficoltà e mi hanno guidato passo per passo per arrivare a Changbaishan. Il bagno caldo era bello, il colazione era ricco di caffè fresco, mentre non molti hotel erano offerti. La posizione è proprio all'opuscolo della porta dei biglietti Changbaishan dove si può battere la folla alla montagna se si inizia presto. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca confortevole di salire Changbaishan, per gli stranieri si può solo avere un'app traduttore poi si sarà bene.

Un ambiente molto bello e un grande cibo, ma le tende sono polverose, e non sono state utili con il bagaglio dei miei genitori e non hanno offerto servizio di portata alla nostra stanza.

It is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

La posizione dell'hotel è al cima della montagna della zona di vacanza, che è la migliore posizione per vedere il picco principale della montagna di Changbai. Nella hall dell'hotel si trova e guarda un mare forestale sotto i piedi. Il paesaggio circostante è senza riserve. La copertura forestale è alta, l'aria è molto alta di ossigeno negativo. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

Everything is good but there is still room for improvement. The package come with ski ticket however should include free locker for people staying in the hotel. Dinner set menu for club benefit taste good but the meat portion is too less. Lounge overall is good but dessert selection for afternoon tea and happy hour are the same should have different selection. Everything is good and will be back again for ski next time.

Vieni in vacanza qui, una delle delusioni per i sudisti è guardare la neve, quindi sono venuto. Ho visto questo hotel online. La posizione è molto buona, molto vicina alla zona sceneggiata, molto conveniente. L'igiene e il servizio della seconda stanza sono molto buoni. La risposta è molto tempestiva. Devo aggiungere un po'di cappello e l'ho presa subito. E'sì.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente, le strutture sono state pensate e ben coordinate, e il personale è stato costantemente amichevole e attento. Hanno preparato anche una bella celebrazione di compleanno per i nostri figli, che ha reso la nostra vacanza particolarmente memorabile. Si consiglia molto questo hotel.
