一年不寫一篇點評的我今天無論如何要寫一下！上一次這麼好的入住體驗還是在三亞的艾迪遜，本來路過南潯沒報多大期望，可這次古言溪名宿真的給行程加分太多。剛下完訂單民宿管家就及時聯繫了我們，提前將房間空調打開，給我們提供行程建議等，入住當時正好趕上運河音樂節，車開不進去，民宿管家和店長兩個人頂着40度的高温，從民宿一路跑到主幹道路，協調停車的問題，拿着傘等我們下車，幫拿行李，到了酒店，先喝三道茶，回房間先休息，聽説我感冒了，除了下午茶之外，還特意給我煮了一碗姜米茶，有被感動到。孩子們游泳換下來泳衣她們看到也會拿去洗好烘乾。晚上我們夜遊南潯回來後在大廳休息，我讓前台幫忙倒杯水，她直接端來一杯水外加一壺茶，説是茶水更解渴，太貼心了有木有！房間都很新，也很智能，小孩子們很喜歡。民宿位置也非常好，就在張靜江碼頭隔壁，喜茶和宜園往前一點點的位置。早餐可以吃到雙交面，品質也非常ok，最後離店的時候還送了伴手禮，糕點熱的很好吃，總之，此次旅途100分的話民宿佔了99。以後也是我和朋友的定點酒店了。最後再次感謝店長和前台小姐姐們，你們一定會是精品民宿服務類的標桿😊
