Katherine’s been very kind and helpful as she has reached me ahead of my check-in and has provided sufficient help during my stay. The location of this hotel makes my visit super convenient. And the view is fantastic.

Excellent stay at the W, pool and hot pool were great, service from the staff was above and beyond what you would normally expect. Room was large clean and kids loved it. Breakfast was a huge selection of great food and not too busy for 10am on a Sunday

My second time here. Same excellent service both at check in and the breakfast buffet. Great range of breakfast foods! Will definitely visit again next time I’m in need of some relaxation time!

Excellent location, connected to a big shopping mall, close to the lake. They upgraded us to a bigger room. The place is very clean, the service very good, the staff good English speaking. Highly recommended

Overall, it was a great stay. As per other W hotels around the world, Suzhou W is modern and trendy hotel with good amenities. Centrally located close to Jinji lake with a lot of restaurants and bars around. Some hiccups at the checkout time but quickly resolved by their friendly staff.

The comfortable king-size bed, adorned with crisp linens and plump pillows, promised nights of restful sleep. The room's spacious layout provided a sense of openness, while the carefully curated color palette exuded a calming atmosphere. The room services at Suzhou W Hotel were nothing short of impeccable. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that my every need was met promptly and efficiently. Kimi, a male staff member, stood out with his warm demeanor and exceptional service. He greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Kimi's attention to detail was remarkable, and he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services was impressive, and he was always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions I had. The Suzhou W Hotel also boasted an impressive array of facilities to cater to the well-being of its guests. The large gym, equipped with top-of-the-line workout devices, provided a haven for fitness enthusiasts like myself. Whether it was a morning jog on the treadmill or a full-body workout using state-of-the-art strength training equipment, the gym offered everything I needed to maintain my fitness routine. The spacious and well-lit workout area, coupled with the panoramic views of the city, created an invigorating environment that motivated me to push my limits.

We enjoyed our stay and our room was upgraded. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they had great customer service. The room and facilities were clean and we cannot wait to come back 😊 Would definitely recommend.
