Le donne delle pulizie hanno iniziato a pulire alle 6:30 sbattendo le porte. Non è un brutto hotel, è pulito e la posizione non è male... solo le donne delle pulizie...

The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. They gave us christmas gift. The service always clean our room. However, I am not comfortable with the pillows they have and it is quite hard. The breakfast has not much western food to offer. Te he locayion is not that convinient no fastfood store or starbucks near to this place. But all in all it was fine

A bit far, limited facilities. Room is okay. Staffs are okay

Very beautiful and clean room. Comes with a bathtub it was great. I booked it twice.

Ok for business

This is a very nice hotel. Everything is clean. Stuff, administrative, of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. This is the best what I liked here, a very friendly stuff. And the hotel by itself looks very good. I highly recommend to go here😊

It’s I located near SIP railway station which is very convenient for anyone wanting to catch a train or arriving at that stop. It is however quite far out from the downtown area and more on the outskirts of SIP. I found the hotel to be good value for money with friendly and helpful staff even if the hotel itself is quite old. The only issue I had was the noise in the morning with the cleaners banging around in the rooms from 7:30 and sound proofing was not very good so I could here them like they were in my room.

The service at this hotel is great. The receptionist and the front desk staff are so nice and friendly. However, the room I booked was not good. It was very dim and dark. The one light kept flickering and also it was a smoking room and I requested not smoking room. Also no shower, just a bath and the hotel is very old not a very new western style. Sound proofing is also bad the Ayi was shouting so loud outside and woke me up.

設施：很齊全的，三樓就是健身房洗衣房一體的還有桌球可以打，很不錯👍 衞生：很乾凈，房間也很亮堂，前台小姐姐還免費給我升級了商務房間，服務超好 環境：環境是這周邊很好的了 服務：服務真的很好，入住體驗感很棒，服務到位，熱情！下次還會來這邊👀

看Eason的演唱會遇到的神仙酒店，乾淨整潔視野開闊性價比超高，早餐也很豐盛。離高鐵站和奧體都很近。美中不足是等電梯比較慢和夜裡會有水道聲？不知道是不是常規事件。在房間裏看了一場超美的日落差點捨不得出門。下次去蘇州還會優先考慮這裏～
