The hotel has excellent service. I was upgraded to bigger room without any fee. The location and the room quality is excellent also. Highly recommend!

Probably the cleanest hotel we've stayed in. The staff is incredibly friendly and the cleaning is exceptional.we were upgraded to the business room for free. Got a bag of clothes cleaned also for free.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights The hotel room is very clean and comfortable Location is very close to Metro Station The manager is also very beautiful and kind She also informed about many tourist attractions in Suzhou. Amazing experience at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and kind, and they were very helpful when we asked for recommendations for food and events nearby. We chatted for a bit and they gave great advice for where to go for new year's! They even upgraded us to a nicer and larger room, which had nice light. There's even a convenience store and subway stations nearby, making it convenient to travel from there. Would 100% recommend, would book again!

Easy to find, very clean room, clean sheets & towels. Room size is good, easy to move around & space to put things. Internet is fast, staff excellent. I was 30 min late checkout, they’re okay. Highly recommend. Next door a good noodle restaurant, mini supermarket, a nice 30 mins walk to big modern shopping mall with everything.

A small hotel that close to everything, 700m from metro line2, buses are on the doorstep, plenty of foods nearby and coffee shops etc…., mostly, the staff are very helpful the moment you arrive, will definitely come back!

Room was clean and tidy. Very Friendly lady at front desk helped me with a lot. Had upgraded the room for me, helped with my wifi connection, navigation, wechat usage and even recommended places to eat and visit. For a solo traveller first time in suzhou, she made my stay pleasant. Room amenities were just sufficient for me. The bun shop downstairs sells really nice 鲜肉月饼 n I personally love the rose 月饼. 8 mins walk from 三香广场 station, quite convenient as there's a Starbucks, kfc and family mart just outside exit 2.

This hotel is cheap if you compare the price and amenities it provides. I stayed here for 3 days and was satisfied with service and room. My room was upgraded to the bigger one for free, as the room I booked initially was too small and they had free one.

Great location, just a few stops away from the main railway station, and the metro station is a short walk away. Great value for money, and fairly new property setup. No complaints at all.
