I liked the hotel. People at the counter did not speak English, but not a serious issue these days as a phone can be used to translate. Had decent gym equipment (free dumbels upto 25kg) and other equipment. Also laundry room. I can imagine going to this hotel again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night. The facilities were fantastic, and the room was perfect—incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed, and equipped with high-quality amenities. The shower was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the complimentary laundry, tea, and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, patient, and helpful. For such a reasonable price, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Suzhou.

Beautiful hotel, amazing ladies at reception. Everyone was helpful especially because I don’t speak Chinese. I had a great experience. I wish they offered more western meals.

Such a peaceful and cute hotel! Its a little far from the CBD but overall was amazing! The accommodation is great, very clean and the services was super! The staff was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

這次來蘇州玩準備去石湖景區，所以選擇了周邊的亞朵。前台服務好熱情，退房也有暖心水，發票開的很迅速準確，房間還幫忙做了升級很暖心。 房間很乾凈，淋浴間也很大，蠻驚喜的，之後來蘇州還會考慮這邊。

這是入住亞朵這個品牌以來最糟糕的一次入住體驗。原計劃定了2天的房間，結果入住當天中午11點左右前台給我打電話問我還來不來？大春節的不問候就算了，來一通這樣的電話。抵店後進入大堂給人的感覺是小且臟亂差，電梯裏也是破舊臟。專門備註寫了安排安靜無煙的房間，酒店也回覆了已經按照要求準備好了，結果給安排在正對電梯廳😂！大春節的本以為定了一直挺喜歡的品牌酒店，結果讓自己瘋狂至極！

設施：不錯 衞生：蠻好 環境：很安靜 晚上一點都不吵，入住免費升級了一張大床，滿意贊贊贊贊 服務：很熱情，還有漢服可以免費租用 非常滿意，值得推薦

酒店有提供夜粥免費項目，挺好的，很貼心！對於遠行的客人，比較晚入住，恰好趕上，可以解決“温飽”問題，。連住3晚，第1晚，享受了，若不是有夜粥（也有少量小食，可以管飽）我就要捱餓撐到天亮。

蘇州大學城的亞朵酒店一直是旅行中的最愛，床品舒適、衞生好，服務好，這個亞朵環境比較新，特別是服務非常貼心，礦泉水還給了温暖的，機器人幫忙送物品，蘇州之行很好的體驗。

不錯非常好，房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，和前台溝通續住出現了點問題，為了表達歉意贈送了早餐，態度非常不錯，有機會還來住

酒店的服務十分貼心，考慮到跑馬選手的需求，精心準備了一份參賽物資，每一樣都兼具實用性，讓人感受到了酒店的用心與關懷。 前台的工作人員態度熱忱且專業素養極高，辦理入住手續時有條不紊，高效又便捷，給人留下了極佳的第一印象。 酒店的地理位置得天獨厚，優越性顯著。周邊交通網絡發達，臨近地鐵站，僅僅步行一個路口的距離，無論是前往賽場還是探索城市，都極為便利。
