Questo è l'Hanting con le peggiori strutture che abbia mai visto.
1. Il telaio della finestra e il vetro sono quasi separati. Non oso assolutamente toccare la finestra. È la prima volta che vedo questa cosa.
2. Dopo che la porta è bloccata, si sente un suono quando oscilla avanti e indietro. La fessura della serratura è molto più grande della serratura della porta? ? ? ! Sembra che non sia chiusa a chiave. Se c'è movimento nel corridoio, la porta oscillerà avanti e indietro.

L'esperienza è molto buona. La camera è pulita e ordinata. Mi piace particolarmente l'albero di cachi fuori dalla finestra e sono felice di guardarlo. In realtà vivo in questa stanza. Anche il materasso in camera è moderatamente morbido e duro. Non c'è sensazione di mal di schiena. , L'effetto di proiezione è molto chiaro, anche il suono è buono, il film nella stanza è fantastico quando sei stanco, la posizione non è lontana da Guanqian Street, il capo è super gentile e ci ha anche presentato al cibo speciale e ristoranti. 酒店外觀和房內裝修比較貼合蘇式園林風。位置相當不錯，後面一條街就是報恩寺，獅子林，蘇州博物館，拙政園，平江路。出行也挺方便。服務也挺不錯了。特別是老闆娘（應該是），笑容親切，熱情洋溢。沒早餐是硬傷，另外景區內舊房改造的地板（穿一次性拖鞋易滑，建議配防滑的）和通風（有異味）略顯遺憾。

Non c'è niente da dire sulle strutture. L'hotel è molto bello. È collegato alla zona panoramica di Panmen dietro l'hotel. È possibile fare una passeggiata sia di giorno che di notte. RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

UUtente ospiteÈ davvero un buon posto per portare un bambino. Ci sono molte persone che soggiornano al Mid-Autumn Festival, ma non è molto affollato. La colazione dell'hotel è buona! Guardare la luna in riva al lago di notte è bellissimo! C'è anche uno spettacolo di luci nel Daguan Garden di fronte alla hall dell'hotel. Seduti nel cortile in stile cinese, puoi guardare il cielo e ammirare la luna! Mio marito non era arrivato quando ho fatto il check-in. Ho portato il mio bambino da solo e la reception dell'hotel ha organizzato una bellezza accogliente per aiutarci con i bagagli e mandarci in camera. Le guardie di sicurezza, gli addetti alla pulizia del laghetto e le zie che pulivano la stanza mi hanno fatto sentire molto professionale! Spero che l'hotel lancerà più pacchetti di sconto in modo che io possa venire spesso in futuro, ahah!

I camerieri sono relativamente giovani, vestiti in modo più personale e sono molto amichevoli con i clienti di Ctrip. Hanno sistemato le stanze ai piani alti con grande cura. UUtente ospiteLa prima stanza che abbiamo prenotato era un paio di anatre, ma dopo qualche grido e una chiamata, siamo stati trasferiti rapidamente in un'altra stanza senza anatre, e il personale era così utile, gentile e disposto a comunicare in inglese al meglio della loro capacità. Hanno fatto un sacco di gesti con bocche di frutta, sacchi profumati e anche una consegna personale del menu alimentare quando non riuscivamo a trovare il menu inglese sulla TV. I loro frequenti arrivati ci hanno fatto saltare in vestiti per prendere la porta ogni tanto, ma ogni volta siamo stati grati di ricevere un tale pensiero e un tale odore.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

L'alloggio in famiglia n. 56 consigliato dai nostri amici. L'ultima volta che sono venuti in questo posto per il team building. Ha avuto molto successo, quindi siamo venuti anche noi. Ci sono sale riunioni, KTV e anche la lobby è molto grande. Le strutture in famiglia sono complete, cantando e giocando a carte. Giocando a carte, bevendo tè e bevendo tè, il capo è caldo e premuroso e il cibo ha un sapore molto buono. Ci siamo divertiti molto a giocare negli ultimi due giorni. Questa volta il team building è davvero il posto giusto 😁
