Had a wonderful time with the two young kids and elderly parents at the new establishment.

Nitty gritty details are the hotel is second to none . The overarching facilities are crème de la crème. There is no place better than here. It’s an ideal place for business conferences, family gatherings, and ad hoc event for nuptial anniversary, connubial ceremony. The place is very beautiful, in a nutshell, the experience is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious !

This is not really a four seasons service! I tried four seasons hotel in HK, US and also in EU, this time I had a very bad service experience! One waitress booked me a table when I went for my breakfast, after I came back to the table with some food, there're five guys try to take my table and one of the hotel waiter in suit was even helping them for doing so! I sat down and 10 minutes later the same waiter came back said they made a mistake that I did come earlier than the 5 guys… So, you down even know how to manage your table in "four seasons" hotel? I get even much better service in a 700rmb Marriott hotel!

The hotels vibe is really good ..but the price I think is too high …I think they should add some activities for the guests like afternoon tea in that price ..it will make the stay more exciting..the breakfast was the best

I rarely write reviews, but we had such a lovely stay here I wanted to let everyone know! Service, food, location, amenities - EVERYTHING was awesome. Special mention for Penny at the front desk who made our arrival and stay so much smoother and easier than any other family trip I have had in China, if not anywhere.

衞生：很乾凈很整齊 環境：安靜舒適，房間隔音效果還是很不錯的。 服務：每個人都很親切 住了6天，每天都很舒適快樂。酒店活動空間很足夠，光是騎行和游泳就讓孩子玩的很開心了！小童遊樂區也很不錯。早餐品質高，選擇多！11點才結束太好了吧～大堂的餐廳雖然選擇不多但好吃，中餐廳的話前台可預約，但我個人來説不推薦。和孩子去吃點了三個菜都吃飽了最後一個還沒上。催了兩遍上來的菜都冷掉了，埋個單也等了很長時間也是需要催促！這一餐印象很減分，旁邊兩張桌子也都是一樣的情況。都在等…除了這個，其他的都不錯！是很愉快的一次入住體驗，下次要一家三口去！

遇見隔壁婚禮用房，吵了一下午，和酒店講過以後立刻為我們換了安靜的房間，並且延遲退房到下午四點，在這超強颱風的天氣，實在貼心。 老公生日，有專屬蛋糕和起泡酒，謝謝酒店的細緻安排 另外，早餐是真的很好很好

這是蘇州金雞湖邊最新開的酒店，在湖邊小島上，我帶着滿滿的期待來。 新鴻基的地產，裝修材料用得好，環境優，酒店衹有五層樓，是平鋪的格局，到哪裡都是要走一走的。 最最值得的户外無邊泳池的日落，因為衹開到10月，衹開到晚上8:30，所以能看到是非常珍貴的體驗。池畔的Pizza居然提供了五種辣椒醬，四季真的對食物有追求啊！ 早餐無功無過，最喜歡多汁的小籠包、蛋撻也是一層又一層的酥脆。麪澆頭都不錯。 中餐的價格不菲，人均至少500了，翻開菜單陷入選擇困境。好多菜是創意菜，且是功夫菜，雖然價格不菲，但非常驚艷。例如：夜香花乾坤糟方，顛覆你的想象。中餐廳要給張曉成師傅點贊。 這家酒店每個部門的服務都非常好。 湖景房非常值得。

和爸媽一起入住四季，升級了原本的望湖房，6樓風景確實很棒。傍晚騎行也挺舒服的，看看金雞湖吹吹風。入住酒店還贈送了旅拍服務，體驗很好，出片效果很棒。驚鴻旅拍師傅p圖風格挺自然的，種草了。晚上還去spa了，有送600的券，沉香精油味道很好聞。整體入住體驗很不錯，服務人員給的情緒價值很到位，就是牙刷質量還有待提升。

When life gets chaotic and exhausting, you can always count on the Four Seasons for a peaceful retreat. 即便是七夕入住高峯，四季也沒有讓人失望，接待依然親和有序，還主動將入住房型升為別墅，讓二次造訪的我忍不住開始計劃第三次。 小住期間，硬件設施依然無可挑剔，早餐豐盛而美味，一直持這樣的想法：國內酒店並不缺少出色的硬件，但服務理念和細節卻是普遍的短板，而這一點恰恰讓四季鶴立雞羣。無論是前台接待、客房服務，還是餐廳的工作人員，都能夠讓客人感受到恰如其分的友善和關懷，看到客人在一旁坐下聊天，及時遞上茶水；用早餐間隙，適時詢問睡眠感受，並不失時機地highlight一下酒店床品的特色……親和有度，卻不會過於唐突。也許衹是一些小小細節的注重，在住客心裏卻是很有分量的印象。This is the essence of a pleasant stay!
