L’hotel è in una posizione strategica rispetto al centro di Kuching. Questa diciamo che è la nota positiva. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera la situazione invece era abbastanza critica, ho trovato lenzuola e cuscini sporchi (segnalato in reception e subito cambiate), pavimenti pieni di polvere e moscerini vari che hanno attaccato tutto il cibo che avevamo.

Good place to stay in Kuching… Very Well located… Walking distance to the famous Waterfront… Good Service… Clean and the check in and check out processes were fast !!

The tv on off by itself. if the tv turn on and have harry potter i don’t mind actually.

Everything was good. Clean. Superb staff

Just minus (The Management should take actions) 1. The toilet bowl covered is shaking (need to replace or repair) 2. Shud provide slippers as whenever I take a shower the floor is wet. 3. Instead, cheap soap should be replaced with shower gel. 4. TV is not user friendly and does not have a standard channel to every room and it is possible to add more news channels. Luckily this trip we mostly spent outside.. Overall, satisfy staying at this hotel moreover the staff (FO - Mimi n her colleagues), Maintenance & Housekeeping team are generally attentive n friendly plus the location. Fully recommended and for Muslim travellers the Kuching City Mosque is walkable (5 mins from the hotel).. Lastly, I missed the Quran recites as before along the corridor. 😔 Also, this is my 1st time to write long reviews 😅 Thanks. Ur repeat customer (Room 202 & 313)

Only stayed for one night but very clean and a good location so cant complain

the location of this hotel is very strategic and just walkable to shops, mosque, waterfront etc, (about 10 minutes). nevertheless, this hotel still needs a lot of improvement about their cleanliness and facilities. my room 223 is somewhat unsatisfactory and pretty awful especially their pillow is smelly and the matress also seems very dirty and mouldy. the bathroom also look very old. overall it is a good stay here but don put high expectation when stay in this hotel.

Nice location affordable fees. But the parking space is limited.

Hotel was okay but the room quite small and the bathroom is verry small (very limited movement during shower Hahaha). I think the hotel is old/rundown already and need some renovation. they should do better with the price given. Cause i hv been to few hotels in kuching with same price but better amenities. The staff is friendly and got parking.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Dormani in Kuching, and it had its ups and downs. We were fortunate to secure a room with two single beds for less than RM80, which was quite a steal given its proximity to Masjid Bandaraya Kuching. The main reason we chose this hotel was its convenient walking distance to the mosque, allowing us to easily attend Eid Adha prayers. However, our room was not without its issues. The bed linens were disappointingly dirty, with noticeable blood stains in several places. The window frame was dusty, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Moreover, one of the towels provided was torn, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff at Hotel Dormani were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They were quick to address our concerns and tried their best to make our experience comfortable despite the shortcomings. In conclusion, while this hotel offers excellent value and convenience for those visiting Kuching, improvements are needed in maintaining cleanliness and the condition of amenities.

We booked for 3 nights. The check in process was excellent. We stayed at level 3. The room is small and bit dirty. I am not recommended for couple to stay in this room. The towel smelled bad so we planned to use our own towel. Bathroom also small and water pressure was low. Tthe hotel has limited parking space. Overall, I give 2 star for our stay.
