Staff are friendly and helpful. But a few are obnoxious. Maybe because i am outsider? Not really sure. Make sure to book tower 1 if you want to use the pool. Tower 2 is a long walk for kids who want to use the pool. Breakfast is so-so. Dining area at tower 2 are very limited. Location is great. Adjoining with the mall

The best hotel in singkawang so far. Staffs are courteous and humble, feels very welcoming. Its facilities are, room cleanliness are great. Very comfortable and located right next door to the grand mall. Food and shopping are easily available.

Dirty and dusty room, dirty towel. All the staff need a proper hospitality training to handle guest complaints. Kebersihan perlu di tingkatkan, kamar berdebu dan kotor, terutama handuk sudah kuning dan banyak bercak. Staff hotel lumayan ramah tapi tidak bisa menghandle komplain dengan baik ( perlu training yang lebih)
