The hotel was really good for the price, the location is great, very close to many places and very accessible by driving, walking, motorbike etc. The price was really good for the stay. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful (we were sick and they helped a lot with ordering medication and delivering it to the room). The cleanliness was good but is not the best but I would say is already great for the price.

No regrets selecting this small boutique hotel. 3 floors, served by elevator. The room was bright and beautiful. Kitchenette/dining area. Kettle, coffee/tea, bottled drinking water, refrigerator, induction hotplate and basic cutlery/crockery provided. A 3 seater sofa and coffee table in the sitting area. The king bed that we had was so comfortable and firm. The bathroom was luxurious. A separate shower room, separate WC room, a separate section with vanity counter/wash basin and luxurious bath-tub. The staff were so attentive. They noticed that it was my daughter's birthday, and surprised her with a birthday cake when we came down to the lobby. The hotel is situated in a small alley road. Very quiet and peaceful. Convenience shops, are just a stone's throw away. Otherwise, expect to use Grab taxi, or Grab ride frequently. Not much night life and activities in this part of Kuta. Except for Batubelig beach about 15mins stroll away, which is dotted with bars with outdoor beach seating, where you can catch the beautiful sunset.

가성비 좋은 숙소였어요. 우선 위치가 매우 편리하고 새 건물이라 전체적으로 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 조식도 정말 맛있었네요!

酒店很新，地理位置好，距離海灘近，周邊覓食方便，性價比高，下次到峇裏島還會選擇這家酒店。

In the rainy season, this place floods, especially in restaurants. I think the person who designed this building only followed his own wishes without looking at other aspects. I say no more to this place. The price more expensive than the other and we will get floods in the morning breakfast.

Book for 7 nights but we leave the hotel after 3rd night. Reasons: because hotel insisted want me to pay 400K of my blood period on the bedsheet, which I informed the front desk directly after I made it dirty accidentally. I called AGODA but no solution till we decided to book another hotel. The Hotel not willing to return my money. Extremely disappointed because it was insulting for me as WOMAN. On the leaving day, they even want me to sign the nonsense Disclaimer statement. Room: dirty with a lot of ants in the bathroom, face towel dirty when I open and want to use it. Breakfast: a la carte, only half cup of coffee. Staff: not professional. Pool: very small. Location: inside of alley but not quiet.

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights at this amazing new Hotel. All the staff were so helpful and polite particularly Ketut who helped us with recommending places to visit and certainly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. The hotel is spotless/clean, a great relaxed atmosphere in a stunning environment. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this new establishment. Particularly the rooms on the 3rd floor that have your own private swimming pool with an amazing view. We will be back and stay here again. Julian.

Bij het uitchecken in ons verblijf (Mokko Suites Batubelig) werd ons gevraagd om te wachten zodat een hotelmedewerker een ‘double room check’ kon doen met twee hotelmedewerkers. Dit vonden wij al verdacht omdat het de eerste keer was na 14 dagen rondtrekken door Java en Bali dat er een ‘double room check’ werd gedaan, waarbij ons uitdrukkelijk werd gevraagd om nog niet te vertrekken. Na een aantal minuten bleek uit de ‘room check’ dat er een kleine handdoek miste. Wij werden ervan beschuldigd deze te hebben gestolen en moesten hiervoor 55.000 IDR betalen. Omdat we een vlucht moesten halen en omdat onze taxi stond te wachten, hadden wij geen tijd om de discussie aan te gaan. Wij hebben het bedrag betaald om verder conflict te vermijden, maar zijn ervan overtuigd dat de hotelmedewerkers onze kamer hebben betreed toen wij uit eten waren in Canggu. In de namiddag (na room cleaning) was de handdoek aanwezig in de kamer. Na onze avond in Canggu was de handdoek verdwenen. Wij vinden het zeer onprofessioneel om beschuldigd te worden van diefstal en dat hotelmedewerkers zomaar in onze kamer komen. Het is ook een goedkope truc om geld te stelen van toeristen. Na de betaling en wanneer wij naar de taxi wandelden, hoorden wij de twee hotelmedewerkers luidop lachen. Dit hotel heeft ons een negatieve ervaring achtergelaten en is alles behalve een aanrader. Het zijn oplichters!
