Dopo la prenotazione, il servizio clienti sarà aggiunto una microscrittura, molto entusiasta, chiedere cosa rispondere e dare un buon posto per consigliare di giocare intorno. Ho prenotato un pacchetto 458, perché ho portato due bambini, la stanza originale era troppo piccola, e il servizio clienti mi ha detto che dopo avermi aggiornato la stanza gratuitamente, E'veramente un grande pelicolo. L'ambiente è nella zona paesaggistica, e il sonno è pieno di pezzi. Oltre a vedere bene, il pomeriggio è anche il cibo di arachidi. Il arachidi è loro stessi. Il terreno è aperto, super lode 👍🏻 La bellezza è un po'molto di arachidi popolari 🦟 in montagna, Non c'è niente di male con gli altri.

Questo hotel si trova a soli 25 km dal centro di Suzhou, sotto una bella montagna (sul lato della collina, veramente), zona che ha una camminata morbida, una tavola da tè e una cucina eccellente in campagna.
Le sorgenti calde sono ben mantenute e pulite, con una varietà di temperature e acque minerali. È un posto davvero bello per prendere una data, anche se consiglio di andare alle piscine un po' più tardi la sera per evitare le famiglie e i loro figli. RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

Pros:
- L'hotel è autocontenuto e non c'è bisogno di lasciare l'hotel. Ci sono grandi e ben mantenute aree per le nostre passeggiate quotidiane con il bambino, compresi musei e pagodi tradizionali dotati in tutto il luogo. All'interno dell'hotel vi è un ristorante cinese, occidentale (bicchiere, pizza) e giapponese (teppanyaki) e una sala da gioco per bambini e piscina, insieme ad altre attività amicali come la mangiare conigli e giochi sul prato.
- L'hotel è vicino al lago e è molto bello.È molto rilassante andare lungo il lago.
- È una città antica a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal lobby principale dell'hotel.
- Il personale è generalmente amichevole e utile
- Sono disponibili camere ampie e familiari. Ci siamo fermati in una suite di vista sul lago, che era proprio per noi e per il nostro bambino.
- Hotel è a prezzi accessibili secondo le norme internazionali

- Ci sono stati nozze molto alte sul prato che ci trovavamo ogni giorno nel lago, e la musica e l’inizio di tutto il tempo di gioia hanno disturbato l’atmosfera tranquilla del luogo, e anche il bevanda mattina e pomeriggio del bambino. EElena from ChinaI was surprised this hotel was pretty good for its money. High floor, no noise, inside living complex, clean. I stayed 1 night, but it's possible to live there for a couple of weeks, there is a kitchen with all the necessary things, bath tube, living room, bedroom in the apar**ent.
They gave me a room without disgusting smoke smell. Not sure if all their rooms are non smoking, just it's so hard in China to get a REAL non smoking rooms, most of the hotels just pretend they have them.
Will definitely stay there again.

UUtente ospiteReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
