Le strutture sono relativamente vecchie e sugli sgabelli sono presenti liquidi sconosciuti... Non è possibile consegnare cibo da asporto nelle camere degli ospiti e il robot del negozio consegna solo fazzoletti e articoli in camera su questo piano. Non c'erano fazzoletti in tutta la stanza, quindi ho chiesto alla receptionist di darteli. Ci siamo recati all'ingresso del primo piano per prendere il cibo da asporto. La signora al banco del servizio non distingueva tra destra e sinistra. Ci ha detto che lo scaffale del cibo da asporto era sul lato sinistro quando siamo usciti. Dopo aver cercato un molto tempo, abbiamo scoperto che lo scaffale da asporto era sulla destra. Per vedere il concerto di Ren Xianqi, l'ho sopportato...

Real nice environment. Nice front desk services (Verena was excellent). Nice SPA area. Very rich breakfast with many options.

Services are great. Room is nice & clean, got all the necessary items for a night stay. Bed is comfortable as well.

Hotel is new and conveniently located near to mrt, only thing is that amenities wise, the room we were given had a leaking pipe and we had to change the room. Appreciate the service team who gave us a free upgrade! Room was also really cold during winter as the aircon can’t be adjusted to be warmer. Overall, good hotel in a decent location, but room amenities not the best.

Great hotel, very luxurious and worth every penny, bed is comfortable, facilities are clean and high quality, all top notch.

I was upgraded to their suite which had a kitchenette, dining area, and living room. Great location!

Staff was wonderful, they accommodated my request for a late check out.

It was a great stay. Friendly and professional stuff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.
