We had a pleasant stay in this hotel from the time we check in until we check out. Liu Baiyi provided excellent service throughout our stay. She took good care of us. She also helped us to find good restaurant, massage etc. She also provided free upgrade to us.
Location was a bit far from city centre and main attractions. However, there is shopping mall next to it which is a plus point.
Breakfast was good as well. However, please take note they start clearing on the dot when it is 10’o clock. So better to go earlier for breakfast.

Nice hotel, location is fine too and many places to walk around by the hotel. Finding a place to eat, a pharmacy is easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful too👍👍

Recommend for a short trip to Suzhou. Good location but a little far from old town

Great location for me 15- 20 mins from the railway station and close to the industrial area.
Room are spacious , great shower, good breakfast . Staff super nice and helpful.
Housekeeping is really busy guess a bit understaffed at the moment
For amenities unfortunately gym was under renovation and I booked it for this .. was a little disappointed but would deffo stay here again . Hope it’s finished next time
Can order outside food delivery for dinner or there’s a Starbucks and a noodle place around the back of the adjoining building to the hotel .
