The location of the hotel is very good. Close to many tourist attractions ,You can walk or ride a bike and near the metro station The room is big and very clean. All of front desk gently and politely. 10/10

Good hotel, clean, they’ve got everything you need. It’s located on 4th floor of a building whose 1st floor is a big jewelry store. You need to go to the left of the building to find entrance. One thing I’m not satisfied with is that I asked trip.com for their WeChat for better navigation support but they didn’t accept my friend invitation. Although I said that I will stay in the hotel. That made it hard for foreigners like us to find the hotel as we can not understand Chinese. It would be better if they accepted our wechat friend request to support us find the hotel location. 住酒店就是要選擇連鎖品牌，服務品質都可以得到保障，前台的小姐姐熱情親切，推薦了附近的特色小吃，地理位置很好，地鐵站很近，距離山塘街景點衹有8分鐘，很不錯。

離山塘街很近，環境很差，窗户臨街晚上一直叫賣到半夜11點多，早上4點左右各種清掃聲叫賣聲又此起彼伏，整夜都別想睡好覺。很搞笑的是衞生間是塑料板隔的，隔音很差樓上一洗澡水敲在塑料上面的聲音挺滲人的，屋內很臟，地上衞生間都是頭髮床頭都是灰塵，床1.8米的但是床墊子總移動而且床墊子是彈簧的上面沒有鋪被網格的彈簧硌得慌，半夜走廊也是各種聲音，住了兩晚基本上沒怎麼睡，非常糟糕😰 衞生間忘記拍了，塑料板的😱

服務態度很好，這裏的小姐姐人都好親切，房間裏面網絡流暢，地理位置很好，距離景點很近。

這次酒店選的真的特別好，環境衞生都很不錯。從蘇州火車站下車直接坐地鐵2號線兩站從石路站下車，出站直行右轉幾分鐘就到。出行非常方便，去山塘街走路5分鐘。樓下也有商場，葯店，小吃店，蛋糕房。前台小姐姐服務也很好，我們早晨7點就到了，有空房直接就辦入住了，總之這次旅行很愉快！

服務態度很好，親切，業務熟練.衞生：乾淨整潔 ,設施齊全。地鐵站很近，離景點很近.

不是拖，實話實説。外面環境看着會忐忑，但是入住下來還不錯，附近好吃的，好玩多。哪怕不是觀前街之類的，附近就可以吃到很多美食。距離地鐵也近。到各景區很方便。不是很追求入住體感的，可推。

走廊凌晨有人經過聲音都能聽見，早上6點就開始施工，隔音效果很差 床單上有點小灰塵 下樓都是各種店鋪挺方便，步行就能抵達山塘街 前台很友善，總體還是不錯的

房間不錯！離山塘街挺近，步行到地鐵口也不遠
