I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mula Hotel in Istanbul with my family, including two toddlers, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. Nestled in the heart of the old Sultanahmet area, the location couldn’t be more ideal. It’s within walking distance of all the major attractions, offering a perfect blend of convenience and cultural immersion. The surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise, with an array of great restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Plus, the easy access to the tram makes exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself is a gem. My room was not only beautifully appointed but also boasted a stunning sea view that added a special touch to our family stay. Waking up to the serene vista of the sea was truly a highlight. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made our stay with toddlers smooth and enjoyable. However, what really sets Mula Hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was not just professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. Their constant smiles and readiness to assist at any hour truly made me feel valued and taken care of. From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. In conclusion, Mula Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that offers a memorable experience. Whether it’s the prime location, the beautiful rooms, the delicious food, or the unparalleled service, this hotel ticks all the boxes for an exceptional stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially those traveling with family.

Hotel is in great location in the heart of Karakoy. Public areas are beautifully decorated and room is well appointed with good air conditioning and amenities. Breakfast is far too expensive and there are plenty of good and cheap alternative nearby, so I would recommend booking on a room only basis. The only real negatives are that the hotel is slow to respond to pre-stay emails, and the check-in and check-out processes are unnecessarily protracted. Also, the lady on reception needs to lose her attitude. She is aloof, questioning and sarcastic, and this does not give a very good impression at all. Despite her I would stay here again.

Hotel eccellente, situato in una posizione molto comoda. Vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni e ai mezzi di trasporto. Il mio soggiorno è stato rovinato solo dal terribile odore nel bagno che, nonostante le mie richieste, l'hotel non è riuscito a eliminare.

Everything was great and excellent Metro Access: The hotel is a convenient 9-minute walk (about 420 meters) to the Osmanbey Metro Station. This links you directly to Taksim Square, Nişantaşı, and historic sites Neighborhood: Situated in a trendy area surrounded by popular cafes, local restaurants, a pharmacy, and supermarkets. Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue are just a 5-minute drive away. Airport Transit: It takes roughly 38 minutes to reach Istanbul Airport. An airport shuttle service can be arranged via the front desk for an extra fee.

This team is truly the heart of the hotel — their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication created a warm and inviting atmosphere we won’t forget. La mia prima notte è stata un disastro perché la corrente elettrica della mia camera continuava a saltare e ci hanno messo quasi 3 o 4 ore per ripararla, per questo non sono riuscito a dormire tutta la notte e anche i miei piani per la mattina sono andati in fumo. Ho chiesto al direttore dell'hotel, il signor Arda, di concedermi una notte in più (lui ha rifiutato), il trasferimento dall'aeroporto alla data del check-out (lui ha rifiutato), un upgrade della camera (lui ha rifiutato). Poi il signor Arda ci ha promesso una cena gratuita al ristorante sul tetto ed è stato fantastico. Il mio piano iniziale era di rimanere 3 notti, ma poi l'ho prolungato per altre 2 notti grazie a un uomo, il signor Karem alla reception, la persona più gentile dell'hotel. Il signor Karem e il signor Arda ci hanno aiutato molto e ci hanno supportato in ogni aspetto, ma mi dispiace dire che tutti gli altri membri dello staff hanno avuto una sola risposta. Mi dispiace, non possiamo aiutarti. Tornerò sicuramente. Grazie al signor Arda e al signor Karem ❤️ e infine grazie al signor Servet che ci ha parlato del servizio navetta gratuito offerto dall'hotel che ci porta a Taksim. Upon arrival we received a room facing the main street. We could not sleep well because of the noise of the cars, but the next day the room was replaced with a quieter one. Thanks to the understanding staff. Everything was good, but the room's bathroom is old and needs maintenance and updating.

Voglio il rimborso immediato, l'hotel è bello da davanti ma dentro è un inferno le camere sono surriscaldate e le pareti sottili, era impossibile chiedere di cambiare camera. Il servizio di pulizia era super gentile e il servizio di portineria era eccellente ma questo hotel non vale il prezzo, in Francia allo stesso prezzo ci sono dei palazzi

Olanaklar çok az. Mesela kapalı havuz yok. Masaj yaptırdık ama masaj odası eskimişti. Ama otelin çalışanları çok kibar ve çok gayretli. Onların hakkını yiyemem
