Hotel con spa a Istanbul

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is new, beautiful, pleasant and very clean. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a coffee machine — it may seem like a small detail, but even many good hotels in Istanbul do not have one, so this was a great plus. Unfortunately, however, the service currently falls noticeably short of the level of the hotel itself. 1. When we arrived, there was hardly any welcome at all. We would have appreciated a little more attention from the very beginning — even something as simple as a warm greeting. 2. Water and coffee were brought to our room only after the first night. On the following days, housekeeping did not come to our room at all, although we could hear the staff servicing other rooms on our floor. 3. It was my birthday during our stay, but there was absolutely no attention or even a small birthday greeting from the hotel. For a hotel of this level, I believe this is an important part of being guest-oriented and providing a good experience. 4. Overall, the staff were not particularly welcoming throughout our stay. Almost no one greeted us during our entire time at the hotel. The only time we received any personal attention was around 1 a.m., when we were returning from celebrating my birthday and a member of staff wished us good night. Unfortunately, that was about it. Before staying at this hotel, we stayed at another hotel in Istanbul, where almost every staff member we came across would greet us. Because of that, the difference in the level of service was especially noticeable. At check-out, we were offered a postcard and were given a red bracelet with an evil-eye charm. It was a thoughtful gesture in itself, but unfortunately, by that point it did not change our overall impression of the service. Especially since the gift is offered at check-out and guests are then immediately asked to leave a review. I simply don’t think it would be fair to leave a positive review about the staff when there are still such noticeable shortcomings in the level of service and attention to guests. That said, I would still recommend the hotel itself. It is beautiful, new and has a lot of potential. I sincerely hope the management will pay more attention to the service and the guest experience. It would be a real shame for such a beautiful hotel to lose some of its appeal simply because of a lack of attention to guests. I hope you will improve the service and maintain the high standard that this beautiful hotel deserves. With better hospitality, the overall guest experience could truly match the level of the property.

Posizione perfetta per tutto, siamo andati a piedi ovunque, dato che le principali attrazioni e i bazar erano raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. A sinistra c'era la Basilica di Santa Sofia, il Palazzo ecc., a destra i bazar... dritto in fondo c'era il mare. L'hotel era incantevole e la colazione aveva tutto ciò che mi piaceva e anche di più. La vista dall'alto era incredibile; si poteva vedere tutta Istanbul. La nostra camera era pulitissima e avevamo persino della musica rilassante in bagno, il che è stato davvero un bel tocco. Ho dato 4 stelle per i servizi perché, sebbene l'hotel abbia una spa, speravo davvero in un'esperienza hammam, ma purtroppo non è stata all'altezza. Se offrissero un'ora o anche solo una parte della giornata solo per donne, questo hotel sarebbe stato un successo assoluto. Un piccolo inconveniente è stato che il nostro taxi non poteva lasciarci o venirci a prendere direttamente fuori dall'hotel, quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare per circa 3 minuti. Detto questo, la zona sembrava molto sicura: siamo uscite alle 22:00 come due donne e ci siamo sentite completamente a nostro agio. C'è persino una stazione di polizia proprio di fronte all'hotel! Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno fantastico e lo consiglio vivamente.

L'hotel dispone di una posizione incredibilmente conveniente: la fermata del tram è a soli tre minuti a piedi, la metropolitana è anche vicina, e i terminali di traghetto sono a circa dieci minuti. Tutto quello che avete bisogno è vicino, tra cui uffici di cambio con buoni tassi, negozi dolci, ristoranti e grandi attrazioni. L'hotel e la nostra camera erano eccellenti. L'interno era piacevole, pulito e moderno, e c'era spazio sufficiente per due persone. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno, e il servizio e il personale erano grandi. Il segnale Wi-Fi è stato forte e affidabile. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano e guardava una bella piccola strada.C'è una moschea vicino, quindi la chiamata alla preghiera può essere sentita molto forte qualcosa da tenere in mente. Il buffet è disponibile e può essere pagato all'hotel. Il cibo era fresco e delizioso, con una buona selezione. Tuttavia, si può anche trovare colazione per circa la metà del prezzo nei bar vicino all'hotel :) La piscina è stata l'unica parte inferiore. La piscina stessa era bella, ma non molto grande. Tuttavia, indossare una capsula è obbligatoria :( Puoi comprarla all'hotel per 5 €, ma nuotare in uno non è particolarmente comodo. L'hotel dispone anche di una terrazza con un ristorante. Le viste della città e del Bosphorus sono fantastiche, ma purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare il cibo, perché la cucina non si apre fino alle 6 p.m. L'hotel ha entrate da due strade diverse, che è molto conveniente. E 'anche diviso tra due edifici situati accanto l'uno all'altro, quindi non essere confusi :) Sarei sicuramente rimasto in questo hotel al mio prossimo viaggio :)

La camera base è più piccola, le scorte e l'acqua sono buone e anche le strutture pubbliche come la piscina all'aperto sono anguste e limitate. Mi è stata data una vista laterale dello stretto al 7° piano. Era una vista molto laterale, ma la vista era abbastanza buona. La posizione è un po' scomoda. Non è molto lontano dal New Palace, dal New Galataport e da Taksim in linea retta. Tuttavia, l'hotel si trova nel mezzo di una pendenza. Non è conveniente salire o scendere essere detratto. Il servizio è generalmente buono, educato, premuroso e cortese, ne sono soddisfatto. La colazione è in stile europeo + stile locale e la scelta per gli stomaci cinesi è molto limitata. Dopo due o tre giorni ti stancherai un po'. Non ci sono molte varietà di frutta fresca, ma la qualità della frutta secca va bene. Inoltre il segnale della rete TV è scarso. Non so se questo è il caso solo nella nostra stanza o se è un fenomeno comune. Comunque puoi ancora controllare diverse stazioni televisive europee, americane e locali. C'è un grave ritardo nei quattro set centrali insisti a guardarlo per un po', si bloccherà. Lo scopo della segnalazione per la riparazione era di riavviarlo. L'ufficio tecnico sembrava essere ben consapevole del problema ma non era in grado di fare nulla, quindi alla fine hanno dovuto arrendersi.

È un buon posto per rimanere se hai qualcosa da fare a Esenyurt. È molto vicino all'università di Esenyurt. La piscina è bella, ma era fredda anche se siamo in mezzo ad una ondata di calore. Molte persone hanno lasciato la piscina perché era così freddo da usare. Il ristorante della piscina ha fatto il classico “scambio” turistico di aggiungere frittelle francesi alla nostra ordinazione senza ordinare loro di aumentare le vendite - non mi aspettavo questo in un hotel. Il hammam aperto che gli ospiti possono usare gratuitamente ha avuto un odore orribile, ma le camere VIP erano belle e abbiamo avuto un buon massaggio. La colazione era buona, anche se mi sorprendeva che fossero venduti omeletti e succo fresco per 4 euro ciascuno (un'altra cosa che non ho mai visto in un hotel aperto buffet per colazione). Le letti/sedie nelle nostre camere erano disegnate male, ma la camera era molto spaziosa e bella in generale. Le lame e i tovaglioli erano puliti. Il personale di manutenzione e di ricezione erano molto amichevole e fantastico. La palestra era buona e mi sorprendeva di vedere l'attrezzatura di Pilato.

Love this hotel, location is just 5mins walking to Galata and 5mins walk to Karakoy tram station. Room is soooo big! And worth the price. Paid for Presidential Suite and i consider it one of the best hotel in the area

The hotel is decent, though I’d say it’s a 3-star property rather than a 5-star one. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast at all. The rooms are spacious; we booked a family suite and were told it included two large beds and two small ones, but we were disappointed to find only one large bed and two small ones. As for the reception staff, some were helpful while others were not—they lacked a friendly demeanor.

The hotel, room and staff are great! There is something that honestly brothered me.  Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.  And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company. Does not seem fair

The hotel is beautiful and clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. What I did not like about the hotel : - Our room was never cleaned ,we would go out all day and come back to find dishes from last night dinner . - There were cats all over the hotel inside , everywhere , the lobby, restaurant , the pool ,it’s like a cat rescue or RSPCA - None of the staff spoke English , even basic English - The restaurant staff were worse ,due to communication breakdown room service orders were sometimes wrong. Had room service all the time cos the whole place had cats . - Location is the killer - it’s extremely far from any attractions ,shopping or Turkey experiences I would recommend for aesthetics - it looks beautiful, the entrance and lobby is amazing ,minus the cats, the pool area is good and the rooms are clean and spacious . For holiday and exploring Turkey do not go there
