Hotel sul mare a Istanbul

Ottima esperienza, molto felice. La colazione era molto ricca, ho provato i classici della colazione turca e la cucina internazionale. L'hotel ha un ambiente bellissimo. Abbiamo cenato al Çirağan Palace e assaggiato cibo e bevande turchi classici. Ci siamo divertiti molto e abbiamo completato uno schizzo di pittura a olio in riva al mare: ”Stretto”.

A quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees. The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney. The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea. The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point. The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too. The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting. The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea. Overall a fantastic stay.

Soggiorno fantastico. Servizio impeccabile e colazione eccellente. Letto comodo, vasca da bagno incantevole e una vista fantastica! Ogni singolo membro dello staff: ospitalità al massimo livello. Lo chef del ristorante sapeva che avevo problemi alla gola e mi ha preparato una tisana curativa senza chiedere. Sauna e piscina sul tetto erano incantevoli. Posizione perfetta per essere a Kadikoy. Tornerò sicuramente! Grazie!

Il Carillon Hotel si trova proprio lungo il fiume. Lo scenario fuori dall'hotel è molto bello al mattino. Se desideri un trasporto, prendi il tram T1 per la Moschea Blu e scendi e cammina per circa 10 minuti. L'hotel ha una porta sul retro per un facile accesso. Puoi suonare il campanello e l'addetto alla reception ti aprirà la porta, puoi andare direttamente nella hall dopo essere entrato, il che è molto comodo. L'inglese dell'impiegato non è molto buono, ma farà del suo meglio per comunicare con gli ospiti e fornire aiuto, e il suo atteggiamento è amichevole.

Удобное расположение, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, маленький уютный отель, нам достался семейный номер с балконом на 1 этаже, уборка ежедневно, завтрак однотипный, но голодным не останешься ( яйцо,сигара бёрек, сыр,колбаса,овощи,печенье,фрукт),кофе растворимый из аппарата,чай,сок. Отзывчивый,милейший персонал. Номера ,мебель и сантехника немного уставшие,но в рабочем состоянии. Прямо под окнами( балконом) проходит ж.д и автодорога,.возможно на этажах выше 1-го слышимость ниже. Наличие балкона с видом на море для вечерних посиделок прекрасный бонус. Завтрак на террасе с красивым видом .В целом приятное впечатление.

Abbiamo cambiato itinerario, il che significava che l'hotel che avevamo prenotato non era nella posizione ideale per noi e ci ha costretto a fare molti avanti e indietro e poiché non avevamo prenotato la cancellazione gratuita, abbiamo potuto modificare o annullare la prenotazione. Ci sono posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze e una bella strada principale per la colazione, cibo, ristoranti ma nessun minimarket. C'è una bella passeggiata per una passeggiata, tuttavia è un po' una missione attraversare dall'altra parte della strada trafficata a causa della recinzione. Quindi devi camminare sul ponte presidiato. Da lì ci vogliono 1,5 ore a piedi per Sultanahmet. Non c'è una navetta dell'hotel, quindi l'unica altra opzione per raggiungere le attrazioni principali è il taxi. In inverno non è così male, forse 10 minuti per Sultanahmet e 20 minuti per la Torre di Galata. L'hotel è in realtà abbastanza decente, pulito, area bar con biscotti gratuiti, area bagagli. Non ero molto entusiasta del requisito di inserire la tua carta nell'ascensore per usarlo, ci ha confusi soprattutto perché nessuno ce l'ha detto. Servono una buona gamma di cibo a prezzi ragionevoli. La stanza era abbastanza grande per una coppia, con tutti i comfort standard come bollitore, doccia, WIFI gratuito e aveva anche una comoda sedia, scrivania e divano. Aveva anche una cassaforte gratuita che era facile da usare e abbastanza spazio per riporre le cose. La stanza era pulita e ho trovato il letto abbastanza comodo. La vista sul mare era fantastica, forse una stanza più in alto sarebbe stata migliore.

В целом отель неплохой. Понравился номер, из которого открывался шикарный вид на набережную и море, кровать очень удобная. Бассейн на 7 этаже. Вообщем всё хорошо, но есть нюансы. Для меня путешествие и отдых - это не только хороший отель, но и улыбчивый персонал. Здесь с этим проблемы. К персоналу лишний раз обратиться неудобно, кажется, что ты их напрягаешь своими просьбами и вопросами😅 Уборка номеров тоже оставила некоторое недоумение: видно было, что заходили и начали убираться, но что-то их отвлекло и не закончили: одну кровать застелили, вторую нет, полотенца поменяли, пол не помыли/не пропылесосили, воду не добавили (при заезде было 2 бутылки по 0,5 л. Хотя допускаю, что, возможно, это они были в качестве комплимента). Халатов в номерах нет, полотенец тоже не хватает: у нас было 2 полотенца для рук, 1 среднее и одно большое - странный набор для 2х взрослых. Отель мне понравился, даже несмотря на нюансы, но это точно не 5 звёзд🤷♀️

this hotel was in a great location. The staff was very helpful from the very first moments we arrived. The rooms were freshly renovated, and the bed was the best one we’ve had in many months of travel very firm very new. We really enjoyed the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, we enjoyed the smiles. We enjoyed the location, easy walking distance to all kinds of things to do and we also enjoyed the price for being right on the bosphorus river. It was a very good deal in comparison to all the other ones around there. we will be back again. 

I was supposed to checkin in the early morning of 3rd December so I had booked from he previous night (2nd Dec). I arrived the hotel after an overnight flight and checkin was smooth. The room was comfortable too. I had a whole working day ahead and in the evening I returned absolutely tired to catch on some sleep (I even skipped dinner). But, I was woken up by constant ringing of my phone at 1AM. Startled, I ran to pick up the phone but by this time the caller just disconnected the line. I paid little heed and went back to sleep. The next night, same thing happened. This time I managed to speak to the caller who was probably from hotel accounting and wanted to confirm whether I had paid for 2 nights or 3 nights? At 1 AM? I had no idea. My booking was for three nights and I had not done the math on how much was charged on my credit card when I was checking in. So I paid for 3 nights for 2 nights of good sleep but both nights I was disturbed at unholy hours. When I complained about this at reception, there was no senior hotel staff available (I suppose their sleep is important) and the staff present at the desk just made an excuse by saying that his English wasn't very good. Sorry, I am not staying here again!!!

La sua posizione, la pulizia e il colazione erano buone.Non ho detto che c'era un problema con il titolo di doccia nell'iniziativa dell'hotel, ma non ho risolto questo problema.Questo tipo di disturbi possono essere in ogni azienda.Se si arriva più velocemente, sarebbe bello
