Hotel 5 stelle a Mumbai

The service at the Oberoi Mumbai was fantastic.  Danny, a member of the concierge team, arranged an amazing day at Elephanta Island for me and some friends of mine from India, and he did so in a matter of minutes with no notice.  Sachin, also part of the concierge team, was also exceptionally helpful, as was Shreya at the reception desk.  Johnson, the doorman/bellman, Saksham, a cook, and Endrea, a trainee, were also very helpful and very friendly.  The food at Fenix was excellent.

L'hotel è situato a T1 ma la maggior parte dei voli passano attraverso T2. I problemi di taxi e traffico erano l'unico a valle. Grande ristorante e colazione istituito. Piscina e palestra erano pulite e convenienti. La camera era spaziale e ben attrezzata.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti a The Westin per celebrare il compleanno di mia moglie Ritika, e devo dire – l'intera esperienza è stata meravigliosa. Da quando siamo arrivati, l'ospitalità e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono stati impressionanti. Un ringraziamento speciale a Jasmina, che si occupava perfettamente di ogni accordo, i suoi sforzi hanno reso l'occasione memorabile per noi. La decorazione, la struttura della stanza e la vibrazione globale riflettevano il calore e l'eleganza. L’intero personale era cortese, ben gestito e estremamente professionale. Tutti si sono resi felici e confortevoli per tutta la nostra permanenza. Raccomanda molto a The Westin di chiunque voglia celebrare un'occasione speciale. Grazie ancora per aver fatto il compleanno di Ritika così speciale!

Scrivo questo per sottolineare un incidente disturbante durante il mio soggiorno, equilibrato dal modo professionale che la gestione ha finalmente gestito. Il 9 marzo, alle 7:20, un membro del personale entrava nella mia stanza (1010) senza colpire, annunciarsi o ricevere il permesso. In quanto donna che rimase da sola in India per la prima volta, mi sono sconvolto incredibilmente, mentre mi sono appena svegliata fuori dal doccia e non mi sono vestita completamente, e questo è stato un grave infrazione alla privacy e alla sicurezza. Devo tuttavia congratularmi con la direzione per la rapida e professionale risposta che ha dato al problema. Hanno avviato un buon recupero di servizio, sinceramente scusato per la caduta, e hanno fornito una garanzia formale che stanno riesaminando le loro procedure operative standard (SOP) per garantire che ciò non accada mai ad un altro ospite. Sebbene l'esperienza iniziale sia stata molto deludente, apprezzo che l'hotel abbia preso piena responsabilità e abbia dimostrato di apprezzare la sicurezza degli ospiti e il loro feedback.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Servizio deludente e necessario per fare molte chiamate per ottenere servizio in camera. Al checkout, il personale non era in grado di offrire un servizio in tempo utile e mentre mi serviva, anche un altro cliente è stato intrattenuto che ho trovato strano servizio clienti, il personale non era in grado di rilasciare i soldi bloccati e non è stato rilasciato da oggi. Infine, il personale ha preso un lungo periodo di tempo a produrre una fattura e non ha ancora ricevuto un e-mail per la fattura. La gestione deve prestare attenzione alla formazione del personale.

Non è un hotel a 5 stelle, ma un hotel a 4 stelle che mantiene la sua vecchia eredità.È troppo vecchio, AC non funziona raffreddamento molto basso, la maggior parte del tempo è caldo, nessun frigo in camera, cibo servito in camera fredda e non cucinato. La dimensione della camera è troppo piccola rispetto a cinque stelle. Anche i servizi a cena sono molto poveri, abbiamo ordinato te, caffè e caffè freddo per gli ospiti ci sono voluti 45 minuti per servire il tè troppo freddo e caffè che ha creato una cattiva impressione. Gli ho chiesto di pagarlo alla mia stanza, e hanno rifiutato di dire che era contro la nostra politica e che dovete pagarlo qui, il che significa che non si fida del vostro ospite ( mai visto come questo in nessun hotel 5 stelle). Per quanto riguarda la pulizia che non vengono e puliscono regolarmente o cambiano le tue tovaglie, devi chiamarle due o tre volte, poi arriva solo il personale. In pratica, ha un buon ambiente, ma non è un hotel a 5 stelle. Ho visitato questo posto quasi dopo 15 anni, e hanno degradato piuttosto che migliorato. Per mantenere la reputazione e il personale dovrà lavorare molto duramente.

,The location is very good. The hotel is quite huge and might have been great in the past but the cleanliness or room quality is very old and average. It's definitely not bad but surely not like a 5 star, the way it looks in pictures.
