Hotel 5 stelle a Mumbai

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, with great food and a high standard of service. Overall, it’s a fantastic place and we truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in generale. Le camere sono sul lato più piccolo, ma il servizio è eccellente e la posizione è grande. Mi sorprende che, in due occasioni separate, diversi dipendenti mi si avvicinassero per confermare se ero un ospite in casa. Non sono sicuro che questa sia una pratica standard per tutti gli ospiti, ma mi ha fatto uscire dalla guardia e mi ha fatto sentire incomodo, soprattutto visto che si tratta di un ben noto istituto internazionale. Belle decorazioni di Natale!

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Al checkout, il personale non era in grado di offrire un servizio in tempo utile e mentre mi serviva, anche un altro cliente è stato intrattenuto che ho trovato strano servizio clienti, il personale non era in grado di rilasciare i soldi bloccati e non è stato rilasciato da oggi. Infine, il personale ha preso un lungo periodo di tempo a produrre una fattura e non ha ancora ricevuto un e-mail per la fattura. La gestione deve prestare attenzione alla formazione del personale.

,The location is very good. The hotel is quite huge and might have been great in the past but the cleanliness or room quality is very old and average. It's definitely not bad but surely not like a 5 star, the way it looks in pictures.
