I had a truly enjoyable and wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to get around and explore. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing and satisfying stay. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The service throughout my stay was outstanding; the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. Great food, exceptional service, and the perfect location made this a memorable stay. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in generale. Le camere sono sul lato più piccolo, ma il servizio è eccellente e la posizione è grande. Mi sorprende che, in due occasioni separate, diversi dipendenti mi si avvicinassero per confermare se ero un ospite in casa. Non sono sicuro che questa sia una pratica standard per tutti gli ospiti, ma mi ha fatto uscire dalla guardia e mi ha fatto sentire incomodo, soprattutto visto che si tratta di un ben noto istituto internazionale. Belle decorazioni di Natale!

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Il mio soggiorno al Radisson Mumbai aveva i suoi alti e bassi, la stanza era comoda, ma la costruzione in corso era una questione importante. Il rumore era persistente, e un giorno la marcia era così forte, era proprio vicino alla mia stanza, rendendo impossibile riposare o dormire correttamente. Una esperienza particolarmente frustrante è stata quella del ristorante GOMA, che ha ordinato un pasto di corso e ha chiesto in anticipo le dimensioni delle porzioni, dicendo che ogni porzione sarebbe adatta per una persona. Tuttavia, quando arrivarono i cibi, le porzioni erano abbastanza grandi per più di due persone. Dovremmo cancellare il corso principale e altri piatti perché non potevamo finire le prime. Tuttavia, ci sono stati imputati per l’intero corso. E' il dovere del ristorante informare accuratamente gli ospiti sulle dimensioni delle porzioni, e questa malcomunicazione ha portato a una sfortunata esperienza di mangiare. Il personale di altre aree si trovava davvero in piedi, Shivam e Vijay, dal ristorante, erano incredibilmente attenti, ricordando sempre i miei ordinativi e assicurandomi che avessi il caffè in pacchetto quando mi sforzavo di lavorare. Jaytin dal Musafar Restaurant è stato un grande aiuto con pranzi confezionati, sempre ci offre deliziose cibi e prestare attenzione alle nostre preferenze. Arjun dal pranzo in camera è stato costantemente gentile e amichevole, rendendo ogni consegna di pasto una piacevole esperienza. Mentre l'hotel aveva le sue sfide, gli sforzi di questi dipendenti hanno aiutato a migliorare il mio soggiorno.

Ferma per una notte prima della crociera. L'hotel è stanco ma confortevole. Le finestre sono andate al prossimo edificio, così era tranquillo. Possono dormire dopo la notte prima a causa del volo. La camera da bagno ha un set di denti, la camera ha un set di tè e acqua. La colazione è insolita, ma si può scegliere qualcosa di appropriato. Tutto ciò che era più economico al momento della prenotazione sulla foto sembrava molto più triste. Si trovava in una posizione molto conveniente, che si trovava intorno alla stazione Cherchgate, da dove si può raggiungere il lavandino di Dhobi-Gat e i mulini di Dharawi. Non volevamo solo che all'entrata abbiamo quasi tirato fuori le valigie e le mani per portare in camera, anche se ci siamo resistiti, e quando siamo stati portati in camera abbiamo dato 100 rupie, il vettore sembrava che gli avessimo dato 1 rupie. Non abbiamo bisogno del suo servizio e non abbiamo ritirato i soldi in linea di principio.

Ho vissuto due notti venerdì e sabato.Il club è al secondo piano, la musica ha un enorme rumore dalle 20:00 alle 26:00.Raccomandato agli amanti del club. Bene, perché è vicino alla porta indiana e a ogni attrazione turistica, ma è difficile a causa della mancanza di sonno. La finestra della stanza non ha un buco.E'facile invadere. Il bagno è moderato nella pressione idrica del tempo, le finestre non sono completamente chiuse, nessuna porta di chiusura, gli insetti sono facili da entrare. Nessun pezzo di carta igienica.Nessun dentifricio.Ci sono rivestimenti e lavanderia.Nessuna protezione per capelli. La colazione non è ricca, ma non è buona. Il luogo del colazione è molto confuso. Il personale del luogo del colazione è molto diretto, ma sono intelligenti e felici di aiutare. La mattina, c'era un giornale all'ingresso della stanza. Il corridoio dell'hotel e le scale sono relativamente pulite. C'è un desktop per PC, ma i pantaloni sono molto alti.
