Hotel 4 stelle a Mumbai

Had a stay lasting a week. From checking-in to checking out the service was great. The finest I have experienced. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help if something was required. Food was good when we had breakfast and lunch. Broad choices to satisfy most diners. From the greetings from the security, to the porters to the front desk, restaurant and cleaning team all were great. Location was good, right next to Lower Oshiwara Station Line 2A. Great for travelling and connectivity to South Mumbai and North too. Pleased with our stay and would recommend to fellow travellers. Regards Hitesh

Not too fancy. they have what you would need for a business stay. Gym is too small. 99% Breakfast is catered only for Indians. Wish there was more Western options for other travellers.

L'hotel era pulito e la camera era spaziosa , il colazione era molto buono l'unico svantaggio è stato la posizione che non era molto conveniente e l'indirizzo è molto ingannevole dice BKC ma in realtà questo hotel non è situato esattamente a BKC

Il mio soggiorno al Radisson Mumbai aveva i suoi alti e bassi, la stanza era comoda, ma la costruzione in corso era una questione importante. Il rumore era persistente, e un giorno la marcia era così forte, era proprio vicino alla mia stanza, rendendo impossibile riposare o dormire correttamente. Una esperienza particolarmente frustrante è stata quella del ristorante GOMA, che ha ordinato un pasto di corso e ha chiesto in anticipo le dimensioni delle porzioni, dicendo che ogni porzione sarebbe adatta per una persona. Tuttavia, quando arrivarono i cibi, le porzioni erano abbastanza grandi per più di due persone. Dovremmo cancellare il corso principale e altri piatti perché non potevamo finire le prime. Tuttavia, ci sono stati imputati per l’intero corso. E' il dovere del ristorante informare accuratamente gli ospiti sulle dimensioni delle porzioni, e questa malcomunicazione ha portato a una sfortunata esperienza di mangiare. Il personale di altre aree si trovava davvero in piedi, Shivam e Vijay, dal ristorante, erano incredibilmente attenti, ricordando sempre i miei ordinativi e assicurandomi che avessi il caffè in pacchetto quando mi sforzavo di lavorare. Jaytin dal Musafar Restaurant è stato un grande aiuto con pranzi confezionati, sempre ci offre deliziose cibi e prestare attenzione alle nostre preferenze. Arjun dal pranzo in camera è stato costantemente gentile e amichevole, rendendo ogni consegna di pasto una piacevole esperienza. Mentre l'hotel aveva le sue sfide, gli sforzi di questi dipendenti hanno aiutato a migliorare il mio soggiorno.

Hotel Heritage in Mumbai offers a delightful stay with warm hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, and a perfect central location. A great value for money — highly recommended!

I will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here. I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive. So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect. The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful. The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles. The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job. Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

Always lovely to stay at this hotel, rooms (Club Myra) are superb, their food buffet is delicious, staff is very friendly and eager to help you. Also, they have a small cafe on the first floor with delightful items on the menu.

Il ricevimento è molto amichevole, sono più presto del tempo di soggiorno.La pressione dell'acqua nella serratura è buona e la stanza è molto pulita. Sono andato all'aeroporto con Uber, ma penso che sia in una posizione conveniente, circa venti minuti. In generale, Cospa è buono, voglio usarlo di nuovo.

Good hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

To be honest, It was kind of hard to find the hotel but I was glad that I could find this hotel. It’s located nearby with the Airport. So for those who always book early flight, you can stay in this hotel. Everything is so vintage in this hotel and so peaceful. Worth every penny.
