Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful: I had few requests during my stay and everything was kindly and efficiently accommodated. The location at the Marine Drive is nice as only steps away from the promenade and few restaurants around; view from the room is amazing! Moreover, Colaba is easy to reach by foot with a 15 mins walk: overall the position is ok for tourism. If you are there for business and you need to travel across the city (especially towards the airport side), it's maybe not the best option to pick, better to choose something more central. Breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious, everything felt extremely fresh. Only small cons were: - the gym which is quite small and lack some basic machines like bikes, but what is there is all Techno-gym and new! - the overall finishing that feel a bit old (but very well kept), which is why - I guess - it's good value for money overall.

The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of its convenience to Nariman Point and Colaba. The rooms are spacious and the bed linen is clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what they offer. The service at the breakfast buffet was a little indifferent. The choice and taste of the breakfast is average. Must drop into Geoffrey’s bar located on the ground floor. Quiet bar with nice decor. Overall, a pleasant experience from all aspects

Great location for a one night stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and large. Plenty of continental and Indian options in buffet breakfast Would recommend this hotel for solo travel

I had a great stay at Hotel Bawa Continental. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The service was wonderful, and the staff was always helpful and attentive. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Clean and simple place to stay. I didn’t have a window so it felt a little claustrophobic. Nobody cleaned my room until I asked them to on day 3. The housekeeper only entered my room after noticing I had come back after a long day, around 1630. The hot water was also not very hot, and didn’t last for a long time (perhaps I wasn’t using it correctly..). Anyway, if you’re used to western hotels, I would HIGHLY recommend just splurging on one of the nicer ones. You won’t regret it.

Поездка была волшебной. Сотрудники отеля помогали во всем. Мы не смогли уехать на автобусе обратно из Ширди в Мубаи, слетела бронь автобуса, сотрудники отеля организовали быстро комфортное авто такси. Благодаря, чему мы вовремя были в Мумбаи. Сам отель шикарный, новый, номера очень красивые и чистые. Через дорогу находится сам храм Ширди. Обязательно вернусь туда еще раз. Большое спасибо за своевременное решение вопросов.

In generale, una buona esperienza. Ci sono delle strutture ma è necessario pagare per giocare a piscina, snooker, hockey, ecc.. solo stanza a vapore, ma nessuna sauna. Cambiamenti non sono molto puliti. Il tempo di check out è alle 10:00 che è troppo presto, soprattutto quando si serve colazione fino alle 10:30. La doccia nella stanza non è buona perché l'acqua viene molto lentamente. Il asciugacapelli fornito è di scarsa qualità. Le materassi fornite sono materassi di primavera che non sono comodi per dormire. I prezzi dei menu alimentari e bevande sono irrealistici.

rooms were very small, too much sound of drill machines, hammer tongs etc. almost nil toiletries..we had to buy from outside. not too courteous front desk staff. restaurant was good, house keeping and room service was good. location ok..have to go around from back side for access of sea. overall..average property, could have got better property at the price I paid

Let me start by saying the description of the size of the room was misleading. It is described as a 30m2 room but what I got was not even half that size. On the plus side, the hotel is really close to the Gateway of India right on the heart of Colabra. There are plenty of eating and shopping options. On the minus side, the room was on the small side. There were not enough powers outlets but the few that were in the room were universal plugs. There was also no table to work from in the room. Last but most importantly, I think the room and facility did not justify the hefty price tag that came with it.
