Hotel con palestra a Mumbai

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in generale. Le camere sono sul lato più piccolo, ma il servizio è eccellente e la posizione è grande. Mi sorprende che, in due occasioni separate, diversi dipendenti mi si avvicinassero per confermare se ero un ospite in casa. Non sono sicuro che questa sia una pratica standard per tutti gli ospiti, ma mi ha fatto uscire dalla guardia e mi ha fatto sentire incomodo, soprattutto visto che si tratta di un ben noto istituto internazionale. Belle decorazioni di Natale!

L'hotel è situato a T1 ma la maggior parte dei voli passano attraverso T2. I problemi di taxi e traffico erano l'unico a valle. Grande ristorante e colazione istituito. Piscina e palestra erano pulite e convenienti. La camera era spaziale e ben attrezzata.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti a The Westin per celebrare il compleanno di mia moglie Ritika, e devo dire – l'intera esperienza è stata meravigliosa. Da quando siamo arrivati, l'ospitalità e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono stati impressionanti. Un ringraziamento speciale a Jasmina, che si occupava perfettamente di ogni accordo, i suoi sforzi hanno reso l'occasione memorabile per noi. La decorazione, la struttura della stanza e la vibrazione globale riflettevano il calore e l'eleganza. L’intero personale era cortese, ben gestito e estremamente professionale. Tutti si sono resi felici e confortevoli per tutta la nostra permanenza. Raccomanda molto a The Westin di chiunque voglia celebrare un'occasione speciale. Grazie ancora per aver fatto il compleanno di Ritika così speciale!

Stavo qui per 1 notte come hotel di transito dopo un breve viaggio a Mumbai. L'hotel è molto grande dall'esterno e dà una buona prima impressione. Tuttavia, durante l'iscrizione, mi è stato dato una camera con 2 letti regina anche se avevo prenotato una camera da letto re. Il ricevitore mi disse che era una bella stanza, quindi l'ho accettata, ma sinceramente mi sentivo come una stanza normale.Credo che le camere da letto del re fossero probabilmente vendute fuori, il che probabilmente mi ha dato una stanza di primo piano. Non ero molto felice di questo, ma poiché era solo un soggiorno di transito e dovevo svegliarmi presto per il mio volo, ho deciso di non farne una domanda. Un altro sconto è stato il servizio di decollo dell'aeroporto, che costa 1700 INR, compresa la tassa ($25 dollari) per solo circa un giro 10-minute. In generale, ok per un breve soggiorno di transito, ma non perfetto.

Scrivo questo per sottolineare un incidente disturbante durante il mio soggiorno, equilibrato dal modo professionale che la gestione ha finalmente gestito. Il 9 marzo, alle 7:20, un membro del personale entrava nella mia stanza (1010) senza colpire, annunciarsi o ricevere il permesso. In quanto donna che rimase da sola in India per la prima volta, mi sono sconvolto incredibilmente, mentre mi sono appena svegliata fuori dal doccia e non mi sono vestita completamente, e questo è stato un grave infrazione alla privacy e alla sicurezza. Devo tuttavia congratularmi con la direzione per la rapida e professionale risposta che ha dato al problema. Hanno avviato un buon recupero di servizio, sinceramente scusato per la caduta, e hanno fornito una garanzia formale che stanno riesaminando le loro procedure operative standard (SOP) per garantire che ciò non accada mai ad un altro ospite. Sebbene l'esperienza iniziale sia stata molto deludente, apprezzo che l'hotel abbia preso piena responsabilità e abbia dimostrato di apprezzare la sicurezza degli ospiti e il loro feedback.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always friendly and ready to assist. The variety of dining options offered delicious food, and the overall service was top-notch. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Definitely recommend for a memorable and enjoyable stay.”

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
