KKKR.Superb service and very efficient staff. Excellent location and spacious rooms.
The only thing missing for the perfect corporate stay was a Nespresso machine with capsules in the hotel room , which is becoming standard practice across most high end hotels.
Will be using again on my travels to Berlin for sure.
Rooms are a bit dusty with my charger covered with dust aster only one day. Shelves and lamps also had dust on them.

Il manager ha fatto di tutto per aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Le camere erano eleganti e pulite e la posizione era a pochi passi da molte attrazioni e dal sistema di trasporto pubblico della stazione zoologica

Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

BbibidibabidibooHo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo hotel. La posizione è eccellente – c'è un fermo di autobus proprio fuori, che ha reso arrivare a tutte le principali attrazioni incredibilmente conveniente. È anche solo a 10 –15 minuti a piedi da una vasta gamma di negozi e ristoranti.
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata, con un'ottima qualità di Byredo. In qualità di membro, ho goduto di alcune grandi perche' come bevande complimentarie e check-out gratuito fino alle 2 pm, che rendevano il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Il personale è stato eccezionalmente amichevole e utile durante il mio soggiorno. In generale, ero estremamente soddisfatto e consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque visitasse la zona.

It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste.
Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. You can also feel a sense of professionalism from the staff, as if they take pride in working here.
The breakfast is also excellent—on par with that of a quality restaurant.
The rates are high, but the level of quality justifies the price.

La posizione era un po' troppo lontana da Mitte per essere raggiunta comodamente a piedi, anche se non troppo lontana dall'ingresso del Tiergarten. Camera pulita e spaziosa, bella hall spaziosa, ma apparentemente priva dei servizi essenziali di un hotel di questo calibro.
