JJJGGCCRRWe came as a family and were put in a ajoining room, one with 2 queen beds and one with a king bed. The rooms were spacious, though they felt a bit dated and had a bit of a lingering smell (perhaps covered up tobacco smell?) but were otherwise clean. No coffee machine in the room, only a boiler with instant coffee which is a bit disapointing from a Marriott property. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection, although the coffee could be improved (was just machine based coffee). The spa, pool and gym facilities were good enough but a bit small and dark overall. Location of the property was excellent, easily connected to central Berlin.

PPrejakFirst of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get.
Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

L'hotel è relativamente vecchio e l'arredamento rispecchia molto lo stile di un vecchio hotel.
C'è un bollitore e una macchina per il caffè. Non so se il bagno è dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento. È caldo quando ci cammini sopra a piedi nudi. L'aria condizionata è un po' rumorosa.
È un po' scomodo trovarsi lontano dalla stazione degli autobus e della metropolitana, ma il vantaggio è che la zona circostante è relativamente tranquilla.
L'atteggiamento nell'ordinare in sala è molto buono e il gusto è nella media. La foto mostra la cena che abbiamo fatto. Non so come fosse il cibo del ristorante.

Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

AAngelinchinaViaggiavo spesso in hotel e dormivo molte notti all'anno, non avevo mai avuto la situazione che avevo quando sono arrivato a Hilton Berlin.
Ho prenotato e pagato per una “Camera gemella con Dome View” circa 4 mesi prima del viaggio.
Al check-in, mi è stato automaticamente assegnato una stanza che non era né gemella né Dome View (potete vedere la vista nelle immagini sottostanti); sono tornato alla ricezione due volte, a lamentarmi che non fosse la stanza che avevo prenotato, il personale dell'hotel era più sfavorevole, Non mi hanno permesso di parlare con il manager, non hanno fornito alcuna soluzione o alcun tipo di compensazione, la loro risposta era semplicemente che l’hotel era stato prenotato e che non c’era niente che potessero fare.
Questo era sbagliato per diverse ragioni, prima mi assegnarono una stanza che aveva solo un letto, secondo non mi offrirono alcuna soluzione, eccetto aggiungere un letto di rotoli alla stanza, terzo non mi permettevano di parlare con il manager.
Sono molto deluso, queste esperienze non appartengono a una catena hotel come Hilton. Questo incidente sfortunato ha inciso il mio soggiorno all'hotel.
Spero che questa recensione possa in qualche modo essere rivolta a qualcuno a Hilton e fare qualcosa per evitare che altri ospiti abbiano un'esperienza simile.
Inoltre, le strutture della sauna non erano apparentemente parte del prezzo della camera (non si parlava di questo), e quando ho controllato, ho scoperto che dovevo pagare ogni volta che ho usato la sauna.
