The Hyperion is located near to underground (U-Bahn) Station „Güntzelstrasse“ which offers direct access to West Berlin center „Bahnhof Zoo“ or with a bit more walk or train change (Berliner Straße) a direct east-west underground line. Directly next to the Hotels there are restaurants, supermarkets and a drug store.
The hotel is very clean and with modern equipment. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and has all you need (incl fridge and coffeemaker) you need.
The surrounding area is quiet (not traffic can go through the street - but access by car is possible). The area is safe even though Berlin reduced lighting to save energy.

Posizione:
Penso che la posizione sia perfetta. Zona non troppo trafficata in quanto è a 8 minuti a piedi da Kurfürstendamm ma comunque centrale. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze e puoi camminare per 10 minuti fino alla fermata dell'autobus 100 che ti porterà dove vuoi.

Servizio ottimo e cordiale. L'addetto alla reception ci ha accolto con un sorriso caloroso e il check-in è stato rapidissimo. Abbiamo anche chiesto delle pantofole e le abbiamo ottenute subito. Perfetto.
Pulizia
Il pavimento in pietra presentava alcune macchie ma niente di grave o ”sporco” in alcun modo. Il servizio in camera era davvero buono e in generale l'hotel era super pulito e igienico, soprattutto nell'area spa.

La sauna e la piscina erano super pulite e un ottimo posto per rilassarsi. La colazione era un sogno, dai waffle sul pane alle salsicce calde, le opzioni erano quasi infinite.

La camera assegnatami era esattamente come mostrato dalla foto della prenotazione. Grande e luminosa. Stupenda. Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni rilassanti. Camera silenziosa e dotata di tutto (ovviamente senza il bidet ma ci si abitua). Personale affabile e cortese . Colazione super per quantità, varietà e qualità. Una scoperta fantastica da unire a quella di una superba Berlino e dei suoi impareggiabili abitanti. Non per limitate disponibilità economiche ma consiglio di risparmiare nei ristoranti e ridurre le attrazioni: Berlino si visita a piedi (spostandosi di quartiere in quartiere con i mezzi pubblici) ed è una scoperta continua. Dopo 5 giorni ci siamo resi conto di averne apprezzata solo una minima parte. Grazie a tutto il personale dello Sheraton!

È stato un grande impianto in una posizione davvero buona.Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere. Tuttavia, a causa delle questioni di pulizia, una stanza è stata chiusa alle 16:00 e una stanza è stata chiusa alle 18:00.

Se venite a Berlin con dei ragazzi , questo albergo è fatto per voi! Eravamo in 3 e devo dire che la camera è stata molto comoda . Unica pecca la mancanza di una porta per il bagno . L attuale porta scorrevole di vetro fa un rumore infernale quando si maneggia e non da nessuna privacy . Trane questo tutto ok con anche una colazione da campione . Io e i miei figli ci ritorneremo sicuramente nella catena Hilton . Saluti dal Italia . Pascal

L’hotel NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse è anche conosciuto con il nome precedente, NH Berlin Friedrichstrasse; è un hotel 4 stelle in stile contemporaneo ed è ubicato in un’ottima posizione sulla Friedrichstrasse, vicino ai più famosi luoghi turistici e zone commerciali.
Da qui basta un breve passeggiata per raggiungere il Brandenburg Gate e il viale Unter den Linden. Anche il Reichstag, il Friedrichstadt-Palast, il Deutsches Theater, lo State Opera, il Bode Museum, il Pergamonmuseum, la Alte Nationalgalerie, la metropolitana, la stazione ferroviaria Friedrichstrasse, negozi, bar e ristoranti sono tutti in zona.
L’hotel, oltre a offrire una vasta gamma di servizi quali minibar, TV a schermo piatto satellitare, Sky TV, Wi-Fi veloce gratuito, finestre insonorizzate, sauna, fitness room, 10 sale conferenze e parcheggio sotterraneo, ha anche un bar, servizio biglietteria per il teatro e due ristoranti -uno con buffet e uno à la carte- che servono piatti locali e internazionali.

Uno dei migliori hotel del nostro viaggio in Europa. L'hotel si trova convenientemente al di fuori della stazione S/U, Berlino Friedrichstrasse. Ci sono due entrambi gli ingressi per l'hotel e entrambi sembrano molto grandi, il lobby è ben decorato e hanno anche preparato tè e un snack leggero (cake/cookies) per gli ospiti mentre noi raffreddiamo al lobby. L'ispezione è stata piacevole e il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e allegro, davvero rendere il nostro giorno.
Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al livello 4 con una vista molto bella sulla città, la stanza è pulita, spaziosa e è davvero contemporanea e moderna, con uno specchio enorme per le vostre tiri quotidiane OOTD.
Il colazione era davvero grande, la diffusione era enorme e offre molte scelte per soddisfare le diverse esigenze. Il personale ha prestato attenzione a pulire le piastre e ha aiutato.
In generale, è stato un soggiorno perfetto e sicuramente visiteremo di nuovo NH Berlino!

L'ostello è situato vicino alla stazione U-Bahn e non lontano da Alexanderplatz, la posizione stessa è molto conveniente, in una zona vibrante con molti posti da mangiare. Il personale era bello, e c'erano molte attività dove ho incontrato persone di tutto il mondo, le toilette e i bagni erano abbastanza puliti e ben mantenuti.
La stanza per 6 persone era molto piccola e era molto calda quando erano presenti tutti i 6 o anche i 5 persone. Ma se aprissi la finestra, diventava solo super alto e ancora meno possibile dormire. La stanza aveva le finestre proprio sopra una strada piuttosto occupata, e anche la notte c'era costante rumore auto, ronzio, tram passeggiando e così via. Potete sentirlo molto al secondo piano, quindi nonostante abbia un letto confortevole, non posso dire che abbia dormito bene una delle notti che ho soggiornato.
Quando si accede, vi daranno anche un buono per una birra gratuita nella loro birra di base. È stato bello, ma il vetro di campione è così piccolo, come 100 ml? Ho aspettato che fosse una bevanda di dimensioni piene per essere onesti:) Anche se, la birra è davvero bello.

La posizione è abbastanza buona, vicino al famoso centro commerciale di lusso Kadewe di Berlino. Una stanza è sufficiente per una persona sola, ma la camera doppia è un po' troppo piccola, può ospitare due persone, ma non c'è spazio per mettere 2 scatole grandi e 2 scatole piccole... Il prezzo è un po' caro, e l'hotel nel complesso sembra un po' insoddisfacente, adeguato al prezzo. La colazione è piuttosto ricca (quella negli hotel tedeschi è praticamente la stessa tipologia, sapete).

Le ore di apertura della sauna dalle 14:00 alle 20:00 nei fine settimana sono assolutamente inaccettabili per un hotel di classe di lusso. Nel momento della prenotazione non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione sul fatto che i tempi del Spa sono così regolamentati e che il pool è completamente chiuso. Su richiesta della reception abbiamo ricevuto informazioni che il pool è chiuso a causa di misure di risparmio energetico e che, inoltre, il personale non ha ancora ricevuto informazioni. Riteniamo che, se una parte significativa dei servizi non può essere fornita, i prezzi per il pernottamento debbano essere adeguati in modo adeguato, e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere del nostro soggiorno come avevamo previsto!

Service at reception
The full payment including city taxes have been paid via my credit card upon booking. The payments paid and breakdown including city taxes are stated very clearly on the booking voucher. However despite this, I was asked to pay a deposit of amount close to Euro 600 which was the full amount of my stay that was paid using my credit card. Upon asking, I asked the trainee/Lena why I have to pay so much again when I had paid the full amount via credit card.
Lena then checked with the another lady receptionist on the deposit that should be secured. However, this lady receptionist informed us to pay a deposit of euro 50 which I have no issue. However, she rudely informed me that I have to pay city tax. I told her that it has been paid and I showed her the booking voucher which clearly shows that city taxes have been paid. But she informed rudely that the amount was charged in other currency, not Euro. Seriously, when I heard this, I was shocked with the “intelligence” of this lady receptionist. She needs to be educated on what is “foreign currency equivalent” and to have some common sense. I disputed this and insisted that i had paid the full amount including city taxes, which was stated very clearly on the booking voucher. Lena agreed with me and reiterated to this lady receptionist that the booking voucher indeed stated that all payments including city taxes have been paid. Thereafter, the lady receptionist left rudely without any apologies.
The receptionists should be trained and their service should be improved. Firstly, they should have checked that I have fully paid and should not secure a a deposit of almost euro 600. Only when I asked, they rechecked, but no apologies. Secondly, even after they rechecked, they did not check clearly that city taxes have been paid and insisted me to pay city taxes. No apologies either when they found out. The service from the lady receptionist (shorter girl with curly hair) was so rude and no apologies even though she was wrong in the first place.
I highlighted this issue and feedback to the shiftleader, Andreas Levi and made known to him about the receptionists. He immediately went to check and confirmed that all payments including city taxes have been paid earlier via credit card. Thanks Andreas Levi for checking and making our stay better.
Bed
Not sure why some beds have comforters/topper while some beds without. The beds with comforters are so comfy! Our bed without comforters.
Breakfast
For Europe’s standard, I think the breakfast in this hotel is considered good. With few hot food such as overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, baked bean, and eggs. The omelette is nice (thanks to the chef!) Some selections of bread, lots of choices of good quality teas. Few selections of juices. Coffee machine. Fresh honey comb.
Complementary water
It is odd that complimentary water is only provided to the guests for the first night despite I stay 3 nights. This is the first time I experience this in Europe. Perhaps guest should make different booking for each night.
Proximity to trains and attractions
Close proximity to train stations and some main attractions.
Summary
Overall service was good (except for 1 rude lady receptionist). I will still recommend this hotel. Take the breakfast.

Ho prenotato una camera singola, non rimborsabile per due notti, che era bella e pulita. Tutto ciò che doveva essere era lì.
Devo ammettere due carenze:
1. La signora amichevole sul desk front ha ricevuto le informazioni sbagliate dal sistema, quindi devo pagare una seconda volta sul sito (prepagato al trip.com).
Grazie al suo ufficio, il manager della notte l'ha scoperto e mi ha restituito il denaro prima che fosse stato prenotato.
2. Ho scelto l'hotel solo per la grande piscina da nuotare al mattino. Purtroppo la signora amichevole (primo contatto) mi ha detto che la piscina è chiusa il giorno dell'arrivo, ma potevo usare il bagno invece gratuitamente oggi. Dovrebbe aprirsi il giorno dopo, così potrei fare la mia mattinata.
La mattina dopo, nel bagno, mi hanno detto che la piscina non si aprirà oggi per ragioni di manutenzione.
Entrambi i temi mi hanno preso quasi un'ora che è un no per sprecare tempo clienti ...

Stayed here for a weekend for the Euro 2024 Final. We booked it very late but what an awesome find. The rooms are immaculate and very well equipped. We were on the ground floor and so had a nice little veranda out on the courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The shower, however, doesn’t offer the greatest amount of privacy as it’s not separate from the main bedroom which didn’t bother me, however some people may like slightly more privacy. There is a nice bar as you enter, some outdoor seating and they do a breakfast at extra cost, which has a huge variety including premium quality hot drinks with take away cups. Very reasonably priced especially when you consider the occasion. There is hotel parking available just around the corner which I believe was around €12 per day in an enclosed safe car park. The surrounding area seems nice enough although we generally went straight to the centre where the fan zone was located. We were extremely happy with this hotel .

UUtente ospiteI had several options for a hotel to stay at, and I'm so glad I chose this one. The hotel was conveniently located near metro stations, bus stops, and lovely places for coffee and brunch. The staff was super friendly and was able to answer all my questions, and they even gave me a handy map and a list of local events and sights to check out during my stay. The room was comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep I've had in ages on the super-comfortable bed too. I genuinely can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. My only regret is not checking out the Benedict restaurant on the ground floor -- it looked busy, and the diners always looked very satisfied with their food, so that's something I'll have to check out next time I'm staying here. One thing to mention: if you're travelling for work, ask the staff to put you in a room with enough power sockets. Unfortunately, I could use only one power socket by the table, while the remaining two were pretty far from the office table (there's one socket per each side of the bed, which is helpful if you need to charge your phone or other devices). While this meant that I wasn't able to work in the comfort of my room, I'd recommend checking out the local coffee shops (make sure you go on a day you can use a computer, as a lot of Berlin coffeeshops have a ”no laptop” policy on Saturdays and Sundays). That aside, this hotel is excellent, and I guarantee you'll have a tremendous 5-star experience here that'll make you want to come back -- I know I will!

La posizione dell'hotel era ideale. È stato vicino a attrazioni, ristoranti e shopping, rendendo molto conveniente esplorare la città.

UUtente ospiteStayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Room had microwave, kettle, fridge and stove, ask at reception if you needs plates or pots etc.. Reception closes at around 10.30pm, very helpful friendly guy. There is a lift. Didn't try cafe for breakfast as seemed pricey. There are a few tables and chairs out the front so can bring your own beer and sit outside of an evening. Enjoyed our stay, and bought travel tickets as it's about 30-40 minutes walk to Brandenberg Gate etc..

Ho soggiornato a luglio 2022in una stanza doppia uso singola, quindi poteva essere occupata da 2 persone, non ci sarebbero entrate.Nella stanza 410 non erano presenti ne' cassetti ne armadi, l'eventuale valigia non aveva posto, suppellettili invecchiati male, lampadario rotto. la mattina del sabato ho deciso di fare il breakfast in hotel, misero e triste, niente spremute d'arancia e succo scadente, quanto al salato rimaneva un fondo di uova scrambled secco ed appallottolato, al manifestare qualche perplessità' il cameriere imbarazzato si e' rivolto in cucina per ordinarmi 2 uova fritte ma la chef ha detto: no!!!!! ho firmato il conto e sono sceso nei caffè' vicini l'hotel ed ho effettuato la mia colazione, sicuramente più' buona ed a un costo sinceramente più' ragionevole.Il bello viene ora, al check out ho manifestato il malcontento e mi e' stato risposto con mille scuse e si scusavano ancora di più' perché' ormani avevano chiuso il conto e non potevano stornarmi la colazione, hanno insistito per offrire qualcosa, ho preso una bottiglietta d'acqua, ho ringraziato e sono andato via,qualche ora più' tardi mi arriva una notifica sul cellulare meraviglia l'hotel Two mi aveva addebitato euro3,50 (non si per cosa pero' il valore e' identico a quello di una bottiglietta d'acqua).Lascio a chi legge le dovute conclusioni.Una ulteriore nota, l'hotel o meglio la catena che sfoggia l'essere ”Heterofrendly” e' lontano da ogni scena *** di Berlino......sapevatelo!!!!!!!!!!!

UUtente ospitePrenotando all'ultimo, abbiamo trovato posto solo nelle stanze dell'ostello. La camera, sufficientemente spaziosa per 4 persone, disponeva di 2 letti singoli e 1 letto a castello. Mancavano, però, delle sedie, oppure dei tavolini per appoggiare le valigie ( che sono rimaste a terra tutto il tempo)visto che gli armadi non ci sono. Stessa cosa per quanto riguarda il bagno: mancano delle mensole per appoggiare le cose. Nel complesso, però, la struttura è pulita, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la prima colazione semplice ma buona. Quello che fa aumentare il voto è sicuramente la posizione strategica: vicinissima alla fermata della metropolitana è non distante da luoghi di interesse turistico.
