Ich gebe diesem Hotel 9 von 10 Punkten. Es ist ein neu eröffnetes Hotel, und selbst in der Hochsaison zum CSD konnten wir ein Zimmer zu einem super Preis buchen. Die Decken haben einen industriellen Charme, und es ist mit Klimaanlage und Küchengeräten ausgestattet – alles ist neu. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die bodentiefen Fenster im Zimmer mit Blick auf den Efeu draußen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber, und das Zimmer bot viele Haken und Schränke für praktischen Stauraum. Leider war das Badezimmer sehr kalt, selbst wenn die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer auf warm gestellt war. Bad und Bett waren makellos sauber, das Schlafzimmer war hervorragend, und es war draußen sehr ruhig, sodass wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es Verkaufsautomaten mit Speisen und Getränken, einen Gemeinschaftsspeisesaal und kostenpflichtige Gepäckschließfächer; im Untergeschoss befindet sich außerdem eine Lounge. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr angenehm, sauber und komfortabel, und der Service des Personals hat mich definitiv dazu bewegt, wiederzukommen! Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass das Hotel etwas weit von der U-Bahn-Station Heinrich Heine entfernt liegt (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg mit Gepäck) und dass die Umgebung nicht die sicherste ist. Die Gegend, in der sich das Hotel befindet, ist jedoch sauber.

Non posso assolutamente consigliare la colazione dal prezzo esorbitante. A quel prezzo, si può fare una colazione doppia in un bar vicino. Per quanto riguarda la posizione: è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Gesundbrunnen, quindi è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. ... La posizione è estremamente buona, proprio accanto alla stazione di Karlshorst. Al piano terra si trovano una caffetteria e un supermercato. Nel seminterrato si trovano anche lavatrici e asciugatrici. Ho soggiornato lì per 5 notti. Il primo giorno non è stato un granché. L'acqua della doccia era fredda e l'asciugacapelli era sporchissimo. Dato che la reception è aperta solo in orari piuttosto limitati ogni giorno, nonostante ci sia un buon canale di comunicazione WhatsApp con intelligenza artificiale per rispondere alle domande generali, i problemi di cui sopra non sono stati risolti fino al giorno successivo. Inoltre, ogni volta che si entra in camera si sente un po' di cattivo odore, ma è sopportabile. Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo e la posizione, questo hotel è un'opzione competitiva per viaggi d'affari o di piacere.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin. At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
