UUtente ospiteThe location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well.
We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too.
We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest.
The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products.
If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

UUtente anonimoI I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Abbiamo avuto una camera doppia di circa 16 m2, molto moderna, per 2 notti. È stata inclusa una microonde e un frigorifero con ghiaccio. Un piccolo tetto con scherzi, ha reso la stanza ancora più affascinante. Il bagno era anche il top. Tutti i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto. La colazione era molto buona.
A seconda delle preferenze, si può utilizzare i mezzi di trasporto pubblico, come autobus e tram, direttamente davanti all'hotel, o si può andare a pochi passi fino alla stazione ferroviaria.
Un paese di shopping è vicino e ci sono anche diverse possibilità di saturare. Ci sono fast food come la metropolitana, i doni o cibo cinese, ma anche diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze come italiani, greci, thailandesi ecc.
Per il nostro soggiorno, l'hotel era la scelta giusta.

SSergeiПо соотношению цены и качества для Берлина норм. В коридорах есть странное покрытие, наверное, идет ремонт. Сам отель в старинном доме. Кровать неудобная. И постельное белье так себе. Зато завтрак порадовал, без изысков, но я прям с удовольствием ел. Были фрикадельки, салат с майонезом. В целом очень хорошо. От центра не совсем близко из-за пересадок в метро. Но само метро прям рядом. И около отеля прям торговая улица Курфютерсдам начинается. В целом отель, если вы ограничены в деньгах, то вариант хороший.

UUtente ospiteStayed in a suite with jacuzzi bath and sauna - it was August and quite hot in Berlin so didn't use the sauna but the jacuzzi was nice once I'd worked out how to use it. Overall the room and bathroom was quite clean but there was dust, hair and a baby's dummy underneath the bed. There was a floor standing AC unit in the room which was quite noisy when running - I had to turn it off before sleeping. The room was in a different building to reception but upon check in the receptionist kindly showed me to the room so this was not really an issue. Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the U-bahn. Balcony was a nice addition too.
Bed was big and comfy but had two single duvets / covers rather than one full width one, I'm not sure if this is usual for Berlin?
I only interacted with staff during check in and check out and was treated politely and professionally each time.
Overall not too bad but not quite as luxurious an experience as it could have been for the price.
