酒店緊鄰趵突泉、上新步行街，地理位置優越。酒店為民國建築風格，內部裝修也盡顯民國特色。全屋智能，床品及洗漱用品皆著名品牌。辦理入住時工作人員即送上一杯鮮榨西瓜汁，解渴又消暑，還送上香氛。免費早餐、下午茶雖然衹有四種套餐選擇，但食材營養搭配比較合理，口味也不錯。工作人員都非常熱情，入住非常快，幫助拿行李送至房間，有賓至如歸的感覺，退房後也幫助拿行李送上車。如果再次來濟南還會選擇本酒店。

Il personale adorabile (小杜同學😝) ci ha fatto sentire come a casa con la sua calorosa ospitalità e attenzione. L'incredibile tecnologia AI domestica ha aggiunto un tocco moderno che ha davvero migliorato la nostra esperienza, rendendo tutto così comodo. L'atmosfera era impeccabilmente pulita, creando un ambiente accogliente in cui rilassarsi. E abbiamo adorato la piscina: un posto perfetto per rilassarsi! Non vediamo l'ora della nostra prossima visita. Grazie per un soggiorno indimenticabile!

Strutture: la stanza è grande, tutti gli oggetti devono essere completi, ci sono bevande fredde nel frigorifero, la temperatura dell'acqua è adatta, il letto è morbido e duro. Igiene: tutti gli oggetti della stanza sono nuovi.Ci sono molti tipi di colazione, Cina e Occidente, e non cibo prefabbricato, questo è difficile. Ambiente: stile cinese, stile elegante.Isolamento sonoro buono, molto tranquillo. Servizio: la bellezza della reception ha anche inviato zucchero speciale e regalo di accompagnamento quando è andata.L'alloggio ha aggiunto una microscrittura al direttore, che è molto conveniente.

Booked a 2 bedroom room (with washing machine). The initial room assigned to us was stuffy, not cold and basin was leaking. The staff assisted by changing us to another 2 bedroom room. I would like that their service is good and they resolved the issue efficiently. No issue with new room, happy with daily housekeeping. They provided us sufficient drinking water daily. Definitely a good place to stay! Highly recommended!

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

I use Sheraton many times, but first time in Jinan. As always hotel offers high standard service. Really impressed by their preparation for my kids, thank for Vicky, they enjoyed that very much and we had a wonderful time!

We booked the Kangyi Connecting Family Room, and it was an excellent choice for a family group. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel generously allowed us to check in early. Even when one of the two rooms wasn’t ready yet, they let us safely leave our luggage so we could head out and tour the city without hassle. The front desk staff speak English, which made everything straightforward. Both rooms were very clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The twin room even had a bath tub, while the other room was thoughtfully designed for older guests or wheelchair users, with supportive handles in the bathroom — a detail we appreciated. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant offered a convenient start to the day. One of the highlights was that the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful since our train ride was scheduled for later in the afternoon. This flexibility made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great hotel for families looking for convenience, comfort, and dependable service. I would definitely stay here again.

酒店屬於雅高體系，前台小哥服務態度超棒，很大方，給升級到了開房套，還貼心的贈送了早餐，房間設施中規中矩，衞生間水很熱，挺好。早餐種類很多，挺好吃的。小問題就設施因年久保養不太到位，衞生間門框膨脹開膠門關不上，台盆下水很慢，總體來説很不錯的選擇。
