UUtente ospiteLa reception dell'hotel è molto amichevole e utile. Hanno fornito informazioni utili e anche prenotato un taxi per me. Apprezzatelo. La signora pulizia della stanza molto attentamente e buono. La stanza è sempre pulita e tempestiva. La stanza di lavanderia ha 5 lavastoviglie e 5 asciugamani - mi piaceva. Situazione vicino al metro, ma non molti negozi. Tuttavia, devo solo camminare per meno di 10 minuti per raggiungere negozi e ristorante.

EEvoFunkHonest Review of The Madison Hotel, Jinan – Good but Not 4-Star Standard According to Trip.com’s grading system, The Madison Hotel is listed as a Trip Plus 4-star hotel, but based on our recent stay, we believe it falls short of that rating. While we had a mostly pleasant experience, there were noticeable issues that prevent us from agreeing with the 4-star classification. The Positives - Check-in & Staff: The reception team was friendly, and one staff member could communicate a little in English, which was helpful. - Room Comfort: Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and allowed individual adjustment. - Amenities: We appreciated the complimentary bottled waters and two soft drinks restocked daily in the fridge. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located inside Wanda Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible. The Negatives (Why It’s Not 4-Star) - Cleanliness Issues: The room wasn’t cleaned to a 4-star (or even 3-star) standard. We found nail clippings on the bedside mat, indicating poor vacuuming. - Shower Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was inconvenient. - Breakfast Limitations: While the Asian food options were good, there were very few Western choices. Additionally, the Western cutlery felt sticky and wasn’t properly cleaned. - Staff Sleeping at Reception: On our second morning, when we tried to check out early, the reception staff were asleep on the couches. We understand they may have been exhausted, but this is unprofessional for a 4-star hotel. Final Verdict The Madison Hotel is a decent option, but we’d rate it as a solid 3-star hotel, not 4-star. If you prioritize location and comfort over luxury service and cleanliness, it’s a reasonable choice. However, management should address housekeeping and staff training to meet higher standards. Would we stay again? Possibly, but with adjusted expectations. Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) – Good, but not 4-star.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

NNatDiscoversAsiaSi trova a pochi passi da Jinan Railway, quindi è un buon hotel da considerare quando si utilizza HSR - ma noti che la maggior parte HSR andrà alla stazione Jinan West che non è così vicino alle attrazioni turistiche. Ho camionato quasi ovunque da questo hotel, perché il traffico stradale di Jinan è caotico, rendendo passeggiate verso attrazioni turistiche vicine un po' incredibile per gli stranieri. Non è vicino alla stazione di metro, ma non usare il metro, perché non ti porta direttamente a attrazioni come quelle di altre città cinesi e devi scoprire i trasferimenti. Ciò ha detto che è a distanza di cammino (20-30min cammino attento dodging tutti i carri armati scooter e ciclisti inamici) alle attrazioni più decenti come la loro vecchia zona CBD, che è grande per la fotografia stradale. Se devo scegliere di nuovo, resterò più vicino ai cluster di primavera, perché andrò a cabina ovunque, in quanto quell'area sembra più vibrante. Inoltre, questo hotel appare ospitare grandi gruppi che rende impossibile avere un colazione tranquillo. Quando cerco di avere un colazione presto alle 7:00 quando il colazione inizia a servire, così che possa iniziare il mio giorno presto, mi ha colpito vedere tutta la caffetteria piena di turisti. Devo ritardare il colazione per 40 minuti, così posso avere un posto per mangiare in pace.

OOtautahianThis hotel is about a 15 minute walk south of Ji'nan West station, so is a good choice if you want to stay near the station, but is quite far from the tourist attractions in the city center. My room was big and quiet, and the laundry room and gym were large and very secure. I gave the service full marks in this review because although there was a small incident, the two reception staff I talked to werw very courteous, and one later came to my room with some consolation gifts as a sign of good faith 👍
