Il servizio è fantastico da tutti i dipendenti di Mercure.Anche con l'inglese limitato, abbiamo fatto tutto insieme utilizzando app di traduzione 🤭alimento, viaggi, shopping, anche aiutando con il nostro bagaglio alla stazione ferroviaria. La custodia della casa era meravigliosa e ci ha sempre salutati caldamente.Anche bellissime snacks di benvenuto. Ci ritroveremo sicuramente! 👍🏻💗

Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

L'hotel è molto più vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e è il primo hotel che vedi attraverso la piazza a sinistra. Se vieni in auto, dovrai guardare con maggiore attenzione, perché la strada di accesso è un po' facile da perdere. In generale, pulito e confortevole, con un buon colazione e personale utile.

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

隨機選的酒店，沒想到體驗這麼棒！屋裡衞生做得到位，設施都挺好用，網絡也流暢。有事兒喊前台，迴應都很及時。整體氛圍很舒服，不會讓人覺得拘謹。不管是臨時落腳還是住幾天都合適，真心推薦大家來試試。前台小谷服務很棒！

Grande esperienza alberghiera, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno qui! Il colazione è fantastico e offre tutto quello che potresti desiderare quando visitate Jinan. Era la mia prima volta a provare specialità locali come la carne e il , e erano eccellenti. La selezione occidentale è anche un'accentuazione. I prodotti di panificazione sono eccellenti e i dolci sono tutti deliziosi. Le strutture di nuoto sono molto ben mantenute, con una piscina 25-metre perfetta per l'esercizio fisico e il relax. Le strutture di servizio sono disponibili dalle 6:00 alle 11:00, quindi si ottiene davvero grande valore per i soldi. In generale, abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza e consigliamo molto questo hotel.
