"Our stay at Yuexi Hotel was convenient, especially for railway travel as it’s very close to the station. The room had a great view, a comfortable bed, and a big screen to watch movies, which we really enjoyed.
However, the room could have been cleaned better as there was quite a lot of dust. We were also disappointed with the reception service — the staff downstairs were not very friendly, and two of them were on their phones when we arrived. We did not feel very welcome and believe the professionalism and attitude at reception could definitely be improved."

"酒店非常好，停車場超級大，對自駕的人來來説非常友好，沒有停車費。周圍非常便利。距離趵突泉有5公里，我們停下車打車去了趵突泉，然後溜達着去芙蓉街和寬厚裏！這裏距離寬厚裏非常近，有幾分鐘就能到。早飯很豐盛，基本上我喜歡吃的都有，昨天晚上沒有吃到據説有名的把子肉，結果今天早上在早飯看到了。真是萬萬沒想到！點贊，如果下次去濟南，我一定還會定這家酒店。
啊對，順便提一嘴，酒店旁邊有個香葱大餅。。真是一絕，挺好吃的😆，不討厭葱和麪食的可以住酒店時候去試一下。"

"環境：環境很好，在濟南有一片徽式建築，真的很少見，主要是遠離鬧市，在市中心的位置還有一片靜區，滿園的綠竹，一步一景非常好，還有一湖水，養了很多錦鯉，早上餵魚，一堆錦鯉爭先恐後地過來～房間也相對來説面積夠大，兩張床，有個茶歇區，兩個人住剛剛好～
設施：有洗衣機烘乾機這一點很好評，入住時下雨褲子鞋子都濕了，衣服晚上洗了就能烘乾了，下次要有能處理鞋子的就更好啦～
店內小日子手工活動體驗:我選了餵魚，其實就一個走廊，到了魚食魚就游回來了，沒啥體驗感～跟想象的不一樣，不知道其他的項目怎麼樣；
衞生：我覺得還可以，確實看到了淋浴間那個微水泥有黃色污漬，但正常吧，家裡的微水泥使用久了都會這樣，可以理解；最大的bug是淋浴間馬桶間的門是透明的，非常不方便～
服務：24小時在線，打電話有疑問反饋得很快，能迅速解決問題，這點就很贊～"

Sono una viaggiatrice solitaria che non parla cinese e ho prenotato questo hotel in fretta e furia subito dopo essere arrivata alla stazione ferroviaria di Jinan in una giornata di pioggia, sentendomi piuttosto indecisa su cosa fare; il personale mi ha contattata immediatamente e mi ha aiutata fino all'hotel, portandomi i bagagli, aprendo un ombrello e accompagnandomi in una splendida camera. Mi hanno persino permesso di fare il check-in anticipato, mi hanno fornito un ombrello per passeggiare in città e mi hanno dato un buono per la colazione gratuita: sobtouch. I biscotti al momento del pagamento sono stati un piccolo gesto di cortesia e la tranquilla vista sul lago mi ha offerto una ricarica rapida e perfetta tra una giornata di visite turistiche e l'altra: l'ideale per un breve soggiorno nel mio itinerario di 14 giorni in Cina. L'hotel non è in centro città, ma è facilmente raggiungibile con Didi (circa 7-10 minuti per raggiungere i luoghi principali). Di notte è perfetto per un sonno ristoratore.

AAndrew BeagrieThis is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel. Every time we go to Jinan, we always come here. Location is excellent - right on the beautiful canal and a short walk to both Daming Hu and the food street. The hotel service is excellent - quick check in, any request promptly dealt with. The cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful - my wife lost her watch in the room and the cleaner took extra time to help her look and find it. We stayed in one of the hotel's newly renovated suites - great facilities and amazing view of the lake. I would definitely recommend upgrading to one of you stay. Breakfast has a wide range of tasty options - recommend the freshly made jianbing and roujiamou. The restaurant also has an excellent evening buffet - for a very reasonable price you get a great range of food including seafood, hotpot and barbecue - an drinks are included as well. Overall another fantastic stay at this hotel and looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place!

GGxwgongGrazie a Xiao Li alla reception per averci preparato la camera. Abbiamo portato i nostri due figli e i nostri genitori a Jinan durante le vacanze estive e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro giorni. Onestamente, abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta; è stata un'esperienza senza problemi per tutta la famiglia.
La posizione è eccellente; né gli anziani né i bambini si sono stancati. Si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dalla sorgente di Baotu, a cinque minuti da Piazza Quancheng e anche Kuanhouli è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Durante le ore più calde della giornata, tutta la famiglia tornava in camera per godersi l'aria condizionata e fare un pisolino, per poi uscire di nuovo alle 15:00, rinfrescati e pronti per la giornata. In passato, quando viaggiavo con anziani e bambini, la mia più grande preoccupazione era che non sarebbero più stati in grado di camminare, ma questa volta non c'è stato alcun problema: potevano riposare quando volevano e fare passeggiate quando volevano.

UUtente ospiteIl personale dell'hotel è ben formato e ben informato. La posizione è eccellente, con molte attrazioni vicine, tra cui ristoranti, negozi, .La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta, e mi è particolarmente grato la doccia forte e confortevole, che era perfetta dopo un lungo giorno. In generale, è stata una grande esperienza, e consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque visitasse la zona.

GGuangchiguangchideyuwan位置：酒店位置相當好，就在大明湖畔，露台坐着就可以看到超然樓，房間在二層，無論白天還是晚上都有極佳視野。
停車：酒店有自己的停車場，提前可以報車號，到酒店就可以直接進。
設施：對酒店設施還是比較滿意的，房間夠大，有個喝茶的羅漢床。大床也很舒服，是為數不多我覺得睡着很舒服的酒店床，床墊柔軟又有支撐，枕頭高度也合適。
乾濕分離，智能馬桶。
自己沒帶洗澡穿的拖鞋，浴室腳墊沒找到，浴室裏的地面硌腳，一定帶洗澡的拖鞋哦。
有個圓浴缸，酒店準備了一次性浴缸套，很貼心，但是一直在外邊逛，沒有嘗試。，應該是平時沒人用，下水道乾的，所以浴缸下水道有反味兒，而且浴缸就在床旁邊，希望酒店想辦法解決一下。哪怕加個硅膠密封蓋也是好的。這也是唯一對酒店不滿意的地方。
落地窗和露台門的玻璃從裏往外看非常清晰，從外往裡反光明顯，可以當鏡子，保護客人私隱，非常滿意。
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，落地窗擦的非常乾淨，從屋裡往外開視野乾淨，毫無遮擋感，必須表揚。露台畢竟是露天的，難免會有小蟲子，親子住客孩子會害怕，建議酒店讓人定期清理一下露台欄桿角落的蛛網會更凸顯細節。
環境：晚上露台下會有打太極的，跳舞的，不過不會太晚，十點多景區大部分燈就都關了，窗簾也是遮光簾，所以十點之後還是比較安靜的。早上也有太極拳小分隊，音樂相對舒緩，沒感覺吵鬧。但是進出房間的樓門口有很多大爺拉二胡、唱戲，不過我個人並不反感，倒是覺得有煙火氣，就是進出大門的時候有點吵。
下樓就是大明湖畔，跳舞，打拳，唱歌，打球的人很多，還有寫字的大爺和去大爺水桶喝水的大白貓。
服務：入住前的電話溝通，主動發送酒店位置和告知具體導航地址，停車位提前錄入，入住時候小姑娘主動幫忙搬行李，入住後房間介紹很細緻，贈送了早餐，房間需求響應非常快。重點表揚服務人員，因為意外劃破手，詢問是否有碘伏，本來還覺得送的太慢，溝通後才知道當時酒店沒有碘伏了，服務人員直接去外面幫忙購買並儘快送到。非常感謝。退房時候送了伴手禮，一些當地小吃和一個漂亮的大明湖冰箱貼，非常喜歡。
餐飲：早餐屬於普通自助早餐，吃飽沒問題，味道都還可以，其它正餐都在外邊吃的，沒有嘗試酒店餐廳。從外邊帶了漂亮的點心回來在露台泡茶，吃點心，賞風景，微風習習，無比愜意。
總體來説酒店環境非常好，位置非常好，服務非常好。想辦法解決一下浴缸下水道反味兒的事情就可以全五星好評了。下次應該還會選擇這家，真的印象非常好。
