Sono un americano qui in Cina che studia kung fu per l'anno e ha fatto un viaggio a Jinan per un breve fine settimana per rilassarmi un po'.Mi è davvero piaciuto l'Atour Light Hotel! E'la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto in un hotel Atour e sono stato lasciato una volta per niente. Il mio cinese è davvero orribile, ma il personale del front desk è stato utile e gentile. La stanza era pulita e, devo dire, in generale odio i bagni e devo indossare un paio di mutandine solo per entrare nel locale, ma questo non è stato il caso in nessuno degli hotel Atour che ho soggiornato. L'atmosfera è grande, le strutture perfette per quello che cercavo, e la posizione oltre eccellente. Il cibo locale si ferma proprio fuori dalla porta dell'hotel e, se siete un occidentale che cerca qualcosa di familiare, McDonald's è anche intorno all'angolo. Non c'è bisogno di questo, il cibo locale colpisce il punto. Ciò significa che non ho lamentele. Grande servizio, grande camera, grande posizione. 10/10 consiglia.

Utente anonimoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Jinan.
The hotel only opened in June, so everything is brand new. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Although the room was a little on the small side, it was thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the late check-out until 4:00 pm, which was incredibly convenient and made my travel plans much more relaxed.
The butler service was exceptional. Every staff member I met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality made me feel at home throughout my stay.
I also really enjoyed the special breakfast and afternoon tea, both of which were beautifully prepared and added a nice touch to the overall experience. To top it all off, the hotel even presented me with a small gift at check-out, which was a thoughtful surprise.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again when I visit Jinan. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. When I got lost, they even came to fetch me from my DiDi, which I really appreciated. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout my stay. It was my first time in Jinan, and I would definitely recommend this place. The location is great and very foreigner-friendly.🌹🌹

L'hotel è situato nel centro di un'attrazione e quindi l'accessibilità è limitata. Non è vicino a nessuna stazione di metropolitana né alla stazione principale, quindi è necessario chiamare l'hotel per prendere quando si sta accedendo con bagagli.
La posizione è buona, è vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali e abbiamo praticamente camminato a tutte le attrazioni (20k passo al giorno).
La stanza è un po' piccola e il riscaldamento non è coerente.
La vista che ci saluta ogni mattina quando usciamo è bella, dal momento che l'hotel è situato all'interno di un bellissimo lago.

maymaymay33L'hotel è un ottimo ostello, un po' difficile da trovare in primo luogo perché è al 19° piano di un altro edificio, ma le strutture erano grandi. L'ostello è elegante e pulito, e la vista era magnifica dalle aree comuni. Il personale era così amichevole anche. C'è anche un mercato notturno vicino. Rimanere qui!

SHUM TSUE YENReception service is reasonably good, fast check-in, staff are friendly but speaks very basic English, hood enough by China standards.
Stayed in the same hotel during opening a year ago, the room condition has since deteriorated but kept decently clean by very hardworking housekeeping staff.
Hotel does not have any facilities hence nothing to comment.
I stayed for 9 days this time round and the breakfast menu hardly changed throughout, bored with the same offerings after 2 days. Restaurant is very short staffed, with the same lady manning the noodle station & eggs station is also clearing tables. Only 1 staff handling the entire restaurant at most time.
Perhaps due to competitive pricing offered, expect to encounter some low end guests with very uncultured behavior.
Overall, it's a decent stay and good value for money.
